The air pump has a burst hose and there is no warning, I lost money because I swiped the card and only later realized that the hose was cut. In addition to not having any warning, the hose was still hanging in the right place, pretending to be working normally. I thought I would never see this at a Shell station.

The nice girl with the wonderful greeting made my morning. I appreciate that. Very polite friendly. Just a friendly fuel stop from a local fuel station.

A couple months back I visited this gas station and the pump had an error with the lock, spewing out gasoline. The man came outside and blamed us for the error with the pump, speaking condescending and rude. Today, June 1, I visited the gas station once again and while Inserting gas, the gasoline spewed everywhere, when coming outside he was no help in answering questions and rather blamed us stating “you should’ve stopped it” when explained the stop was not working. When he finished blaming us, he grabbed a cone, ignored us, and went outside but not before saying “Now I have to be charged 200 for the guy to fix this” not worrying, 1. Of my safety with being covered in gas, and 2. The reoccurrence of these incidents of the pump being broken and dangerous.

After this Carwash service my car still was dirty , need another car wash service👎 Payed $28 for suv, third row fully dirty , avoid this location and you will save your time and nerves .

Excellent!!!! I give them a 10 out of 10, apart from selling their car brands, they care about their customers, and on this occasion aimed at women, it is a responsible company, giving us workshops on the basics, very dynamic and very enjoyable, apart from a very pleasant snack. complete. 👏👏👏

Worst Shell ever. EVER. First the pump wouldn't take cards, and when it finally did, it kept not being able to read it. The cards wouldnt insert. Wouldn't read. Especially stop and shop discount. So I had to go in, prepay, and the guy forgot to select the damn grade of fuel. So he had to void it. Then my points wouldn't go back on S&S card. I tried asking them to just give me the dollar off. They refused. Now they're telling me I have to go through S&S to get my points back when they're the ones who made the error, in the first place. Wasted half my lunch break trying to get gas, which I never got, and now I'm out my points too, that I spent hard earned money in groceries to get. What a @&#$ SHOW!! Nevermind the manager could have given me the money off. The cashier even told her how much it was. Could've even figured it out from my total, but NO, gotta make my life hard. I am now playing games trying to get my points back, which I doubt I will, and I Will likely have to call SHELL to complain to get them back. WINNING!

This establishment price gouges. Their gas is 30-40 cents per gallon higher. I also paid 40-50% higher prices that marked on the package themselves (swisher sweets). Last week I came in for a Starbucks can of coffee and paid over $5 for it. The people at the register don't even know what's going on they're just told what to do. As this is a ghost town of a gas station the owners May wonder why but it's clear it's a leadership issue and the business will be ran into the ground.

Overpriced gas. Pumps are old and don't have tap pay. A lot of fake 5 star reviews as well. If you look at the profiles of those who rated 5 stars, you'll see that they all have 5 star reviews for 2 of the same gas stations (other one is a Mobil probably from the same owner).

Lot of Bait & switch going on here. Price that is posted you get if you Pay Cash & Buy a car wash. This really isn't right. I will NEVER go back to this Shell. I hope it is just a one off station that is doing this & not the whole Shell Chain.

Staff is very friendly & welcoming. I love that they have a wide variety of snacks.

Another shady gas station jacking up prices for gas. Here's to them going out of business if more of us pay attention.

They need to improve their service, went to buy a car witch should have been a fun esperiexpe but it wasn't so, instead the sales rep did not provide the correct information about the sale did not provide a test drive and after giving the entire down payment the car was not giving to me on the day we agreed on two weeks later and still haven't got my car now they changed the financial process by telling that they need 50% of the down payment something we did not agreed on at all I seriuoser don't recommend that you do not buy a car here they are a bunch of theifs and like to take advantage of people. Do Not Trust Them

BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS STATION WITH LATE NIGHT FUELING!!!

Came late evening and gased up in this location only to findout my card was charged for $200 dollars worth of fuel when I only asked for $50. My card provider shut my card off due to irregular charge from gas attendant or mistake thereof, and he never gave me a hint of such  mistake or something else.... It's imperative, that  your gas station employee base seek better training to comply with TELECheck guidelines or MSB processing guidelines.

The attendant was a younger person with glasses and long hair, and seemed to be in a resting or sleepy mannerism.

I had bad experience with Lina, the attendant at the gas station.
She was unfriendly and rude.
Managers should send secret shoppers to evaluate their employees.
I don’t think they are aware of the lack of professionalism and customer service of their employees.
Lina gives that gas station a bad reputation.

I went to buy a card to talk internationally and they sold me cards with all the invalid costumer service numbers and when I went back to get my money back they only gave me one because the other was open, how am I going to talk without having the pin, the They really were a bit cheap, but I feel cheated, so it would have been more expensive and they still wouldn't have refunded your money. It's a horror that I never plan to go back there, not even by chance.

Overpriced! Rude employees! Things have a price clearly marked like an Arizona tea says $1.00 on the bottle/Can. People try to charge you $1.49. I got asked to leave when asking why they were over charging. As I was walking out someone from inside yelled something Racial. Best part I'm not even the race they assumed I was.

BEWARE!!!!!  There are card scammers on the pumps!!! My credit card was used twice after I got gas from this station.  I even went inside to pay and the cashier or someone took my card information.  DO NOT PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!  Pay with cash only or don't even go to the station!!!!!

I always see Emily and Nanette cleaning the place every night, and they are always quick to stop what there doing to help me soon as I walk through the door. These are the type of employees that keep a business running... good job lady's!

Be careful using the car wash, the brushes are too rough and for some reason there’s a large metal thing that comes down at the end and is supposed to slowly raise as you drive through the dryer blowers however it constantly bounces up and down hitting your windshield. They should remove that unnecessary piece

Carmen. Has to be the rudest employee I have ever met boycot this shell. She was so bother I asked for a bag laughed at me and threw it on the table. She ain't doing anything but collecting a pay check said to see such horrible attitudes on people who want to work at a gas station.  It's not my prob you hate life carmen learn to deal with people and shell shame on you for and your owner for not even noticing 👍👍👏

This gas station is pretty typical of the area - I feel like stations on US1 have slightly higher prices than other places off of the main road. However, I am leaving this review as a CARWASH WARNING. The entrance to the carwash wraps around the back of the building, so if you pull in and there are 3-4 cars ahead of you, you are STUCK waiting. The Carwash does get the car clean so its worth it but if you are in the slightest bit of a hurry, skip the car wash here - One time it took over 45 minutes to get through.

I love this gas station! Great prices! I go here to buy my cigarettes and there is always a lovely young woman there to help, at lease when shes not flirting with scooter boy.

We've been coming here for several years now for inspections. The owner is honest, willing to fail us when the car shouldn't have passed, giving us recommendations on how to pass. I appreciate the integrity. And the complimentary carwash is nice too.

Shell gas has been rated top quality of gas sold in our area. A few others have been rated higher for additives, but they are not sold in Massachusetts. In addition, Stop and Shop gives you gas rewards which can save you several dollars on a Shell fill-up. This station also offers a discount car wash with gas purchase and has a convenience store.

PRICE GOUGING. Gas price jumped 30 cents day after hurricane Harvey, but did not else where.  The prices here are always 10-30 cents higher than other brand stations in the area. I believe it is because of their Stop & Shop rewards program that give discounts on gas based on how much you've spent at that grocery store. The discount I get is usually just barely below what I can pay for gas at discount stations - so it's hardly worth it. Also the bathroom is always being repaired-so bottom line NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS!
EXPENSIVE.

With the use of my stop and shop gas points, I am able to save hundreds of dollars a year! The car wash is a nice touch!!

Car wash is never working, employees inside don’t know how to give refunds. Why offer car wash on broken machines, then have no way for refunding those credits

Worse of all shell stations...  old guy inside very rude.  Got a car with no soap took a picture of the barrels both empty. They would not give me a refund.  saying,  there is nothing wrong with the car machine so they don't have too and he said my car looked clean to him.  For almost 3 weeks not one drop of soap in the barrel..  Fuel rewards is a hit and miss.  Stopped 6/17/23 no fuel reward and when i ran my debit card  just kept saying ( Authorizing) then to  (wait a moment) then back to main screen. Tried 2 pumps 3 times later left and went across the street to 7 eleven no issues there...

HORRIBLE station! Credit cards at the pump don’t work, and device to keep pump running so you don’t have to hold the handle down was broken too!

This owner is very rude and unprofessional my wife had a minor accident there, while she was trying to communicate with him he raised his voice and keep harassing her that he was going to call the cops.  She was not going anywhere she was in her company vehicle and was trying to solve the problem.  This owner is rude and should not be representing shell as a franchise owner.  Don’t put gas or buy here.
