There’s many car stoped in alll post gas, without person in the car… Impossible to put gas!!

They had gas a major plus no lines! But trash was just thrown everywhere most trash cans full. The concrete around pumps need pressure cleaning just disgusting

Some of the pumps give you trouble when you pay with a card. It will always send you in to pay with the cashier. I've also had a pump jam on me and not stop when full. That being said prices here are among the best in the neighborhood.

Stop there to use air machine and it wasnt working. I informed the employee behind the window and he was already aware. He told me to report to the number listed on the machine although it's on their premises.  I asked if he could at least put a sign up and he said it's not his responsibility.  Absolutely horrible service.  I told him because it's not his money being taken.

Great gas station! The guys that work the carwash are great too. It gets a little crowed but it's a great location. Close to the county line and near alot of business.

On 9/27/ about 9pm walked in to the two middle age guys talking about “Mexicans “ they went on a rant while I was getting a snack and getting gas.  This is completely inexcusable. As a client I don’t expect to walk into a racist establishment. Shame on the two guys working behind the counter.

One of the workers there at the register, a latino. Very arrogant and disrespectful. I was talking to him asking for something and he just turned around and ignored me. After I pay for a drink he was sort of doing something on a side for himself, mixing some liquids. I told him: I was talking to you, and he was: don't you see that I am busy? He was sort of mining his own business while i was asking him for an address. he was doing something for himself, I do not know what but he was very aggressive and confronting. Now I understand why people do not like latinos.

I work overnight around this area and I always have to stop at this shells location. I see the same two women on a consistent basis. They work great, take care of customers accordingly and it is always in a timely manner. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One could say that they are very charismatic. In addition I never question my purchases from this location, Unlike other places in the area. Smh

The location is visible when you drive by you'll see the logo and vibrant colors. Go get some gasoline for your tank.

Paid 40 dollars with my credit card at the cashier because the machine wasn't working. Only used fuel for about 30 dollars. Never got my money back. They said I have to buy a credit for 40 dollars and they will give me the difference back to my card. They never did.

I put my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee through the car wash and it ripped my back window frame off. Vehicle had  no material defects going in , upon exiting vehicle had damage . If I  did not use their car wash vehicle wouldn’t have suffered damage . The owner will not take responsibility for this claiming my vehicle must have had a loose part that ripped off.  Absolutely not. Very poor business practice.

Car Wash is not good at all. The track we were on was very problematic, wash left soap on our car and the dryers didn’t help either. The employee that helped us with the pay station was friendly though. Store is nice though, and they also offer a service station.

John is the absolute best! He’s honest and fair rates and just overall a great guy!

The guy named Mike that sists on his aass that is very rude to customers. And even fights with local neighbors   it a problem

They always do a perfect job on my Cars. Not only that. They will explain everything into details about your Car and give advice when necessary. Very polite, careful and knowledgeable Gentlemen.

Convenient stop for fill up between Boston and cape cod.  Good gas price.  Convenience store,  rest room,  coffee.

Just remodeled,  pretty good prepared "on the fly" sandwiches.   Nice employees. Gas prices avg.

I can't really say much about it but does what it needs like fill up my gas tank.

Won’t go again until they get new pumps. Every time every card I have is declined at the pump, very frustrating. Otherwise I like it more than other ones in the area but what’s the point if I cannot purchase gasoline.

Amazing how good at price gouging they are.  Some items are double their normal price.
Don't expect to see a regular clerk unless you go there in the middle of the night. They seem to run through people very fast.
There are better stations in the area, done wasting my money here.

Friendliest staff at any gas station around! You feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Good prices on goods, conviently has a car wash and doggy wash in same parking lot, plus it's right of the 95!

Why is their oil change place only open until 5pm? Who are their customers? Most folks work until 5pm!! You can't scoot over after work for an oil change, since it closes AT 5pm. Why not open at 9am (instead of 8am) and stay open until 6pm? Are you really that busy from 8am - 9am? I think you would be surprised how much more business you would have if you changed your hours. Once people know your new later hours, you'd be packed from 5:15 - 6pm! Until then, looking for another fast oil change place near Augusta that I can go to regularly.

The service in this company is very good. I liked it because on my first visit I was able to wait for my vehicle without a problem, since they have a waiting room. Then the diagnosis report is detailed and tailored to your needs.

The engineer is very kind and his work is impeccable

Terrible service, I entered due to two sounds of the car and left with a bill of more than 4 thousand pesos, in addition to 3 thousand pesos for spare parts.
I can't get it out of my head that two leaks arose due to mishandling, since it didn't have them when it came in.
If you go, don't shy away from your vehicle during inspections and buy your own parts.

Every time I gas up with Shell the windshield washer buckets are always empty.  How much effort would it take to dump some windshield fluid in every day. Probably 5 minutes time but they are too cheap to use a couple gallons of fluid. Spend a few hundred in gas and convenience item a month there and can't clean the bugs off my windshield.  I need to get an Irvine  Gas card.

If you run a tuned car and require good fuel like I do, this place has the best quality 93 oct. In town by far.. my data logs back that statement up! Just wish they would get an E85 pump around here seriously sucks driving to Massachusetts every month to meet fuel demands..

They do not accept EBT here just a heads up, you can't use the food side or the Cash side of your EBT card at this location. A sign on the door would go a long way especially when your low on gas and needed to stop.

One bathroom only although they have plenty of space! They always run out of windshield wiper fluid. Not well managed sorry to say!

Chili is good here. Has a cafe in the back. Staff is nice.

This place is awesome!! I hated the old and cluttered Irving's across the street, so this was on point. The pizza was good, service was pleasant, a wildly better experience than I've had in Bucksport gas stations to date.

This place doesn't even deserve one star they can kick homeless people off the property for sorting cans out of trash, because it's a "disturbance" but they can allow people to hand out flyers to every customer trying to walk in the door asking for donations for the homeless or alike causes!!! All the while kick those individuals off the property. Disgusted.

Very clean store without so many of the displays that clutter others. Clean bathrooms. Can be very difficult to make a left turn when leaving premises.

New clean gas station with really nice presentation on the inside. It is worth stopping to get gas and snacks. Good prices as well!

SO SAD!! I have been going to this car wash since they opened and could honestly say it was the very best car wash in all of Bangor.  I even gifted giftcards 2 many family members. I went there today and I don't know what has changed but I was so disappointed ... my car came through as dirty as it went in I hope that they do some  repairs to get it back to what it was.

I've had issues with their car wash on more than one occasion with still no reply from a "manager" after I left a note with my name and number and a description of what happened to my vehicle. The first occasion was quite a while back. The wash just stopped after spraying my car with soap and I had to call the store and ask for them to get me out. I don't believe they reimbursed me at all. The second time was recently and worse than the first. The cashier didn't seem shocked whatsoever when I went inside and told her the whole thing malfunctioned the whole time I was in it and it hit my car, bending my license plate all the way up and ripping the back window wiper clean off. She came out and took pictures, I took pictures. Actually, before she could come take pictures she had to rescue someone who was stuck inside the car wash. Also the back of my car was not even clean it still had dirt and dust even all over it. After that she asked me to write the note and she gave me a coupon to go back through in the opposite bay to clean my car. She told me it probably messed up because the car wash had been really busy that day and just needed to be reset. Now, she had already gone inside the bay of the wash to get another person out so when she told me this after doing so I assumed she reset it while in there. So, I drive back around and see more people going through the same bay I had just gone through. I went through the other bay and it STILL malfunctioned the same way the other had and hit my car once again. There wasn't a wiper to rip off this time but it bent my license plate up again. This happened right before 5 o'clock on a Saturday evening. It has been a week and a half since and I have not heard from the managers. Once I have the time to get a new wiper I will definitely be revisiting with a bill.

This is an ok wash. I'm not sure why washes in Maine are so shabby compared to washes elsewhere. The undercarriage here is really not that great, like most all washes in the area. A wash could become real popular if it were to have a dedicated undercarriage spraybar installed on a dedicated pump, to really blast ALL of the underside of the car off for at least 30-45 sec. But, like this wash there are not really any I've found in the area yet, that have a decent undercarriage cleaning system.

Absolute ripoff! The outdated crap air compressor they put outside costs you $1.50 (.50 more than anywhere else) for it slightly cough a bit of air in your tire, which cuts out after 3 measly minutes. The Vacuum cleaners on the same island are $2.00! What a joke! The owner clearly needs to have his head examined to charge such stupid prices for items other places have for much less. Wake up bud!

Premium gas runs 40+ cents per gallon more here regularily for 91 octane.  Across the street at dysarts you can get 93 octane premium consistently for 20 cents a gallon more than regular. Why pay more for an inferior product?

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SHELL REWARDS PROGRAM  FOR GAS!! I  PD $2.45 A gallon  up to 20 gallons just by entering my Alt ID at cash out it just keeps adding  up now I have linked my Dunkin acct and every 5th beverage I get another 15 cents off a gallon every 5th drink

I know these pictures might look like before pictures but this is what my car looked like AFTER going through the car wash!  There were lines out to the road all over Bangor for car washes today and I thought I got lucky to find Shell with no waiting.  I see now why there was no line.  The back end of my car was still covered in snow and mud, pine needles were still stuck in the lights, the tires were filthy, and the wheel wells were still caked with mud and ice!  I find it highly unlikely that is got any of the salt off the undercarriage!  I would highly recommend waiting in line somewhere else if you really want your car clean.  This was a HUGE waste of money!

Best place in the entire world because of all the free cigarettes

Air compressor pretty much always out of order so don’t rely on that.

Worst carwash I have ever used.  Completely automatic.  No attendant.  Brushes not applied.  $10 wasted.
