The air pump has a burst hose and there is no warning, I lost money because I swiped the card and only later realized that the hose was cut. In addition to not having any warning, the hose was still hanging in the right place, pretending to be working normally. I thought I would never see this at a Shell station.
The nice girl with the wonderful greeting made my morning. I appreciate that. Very polite friendly. Just a friendly fuel stop from a local fuel station.
A couple months back I visited this gas station and the pump had an error with the lock, spewing out gasoline. The man came outside and blamed us for the error with the pump, speaking condescending and rude. Today, June 1, I visited the gas station once again and while Inserting gas, the gasoline spewed everywhere, when coming outside he was no help in answering questions and rather blamed us stating “you should’ve stopped it” when explained the stop was not working. When he finished blaming us, he grabbed a cone, ignored us, and went outside but not before saying “Now I have to be charged 200 for the guy to fix this” not worrying, 1. Of my safety with being covered in gas, and 2. The reoccurrence of these incidents of the pump being broken and dangerous.
After this Carwash service my car still was dirty , need another car wash service👎 Payed $28 for suv, third row fully dirty , avoid this location and you will save your time and nerves .
