This place says 24 hrs but it’s not. The girl saw us coming to get gas. Not only did she turn off the lights , but she stopped the pumps at 10pm and just walked away. Don’t come here for any gas. You’ll waste your time. The girl has horrible customer service.

I wanna leave 0 start, the busisnes hour said 24 hours but at 10:34 un a Thursday all the pumps have been turned off

Got here and none of the pumps worked. What's the point of running a gas station if you can't even buy gas here. Worst Shell ever

This place is unbelievable I came here to put it because it says it 24hrs but that's a lie it is 10:34 pm and it's closed.

It's an awesome gas station.  The employees are so nice. Place is always clean even at the busiest times. Will return in the future.

Shell is Shell.... however inside this station there is an eatery - Nick & Moe's Famous Fried Chicken - WOW !  The chicken tenders are awesome - the flame roasted jalapeños are amazing.  EVERYTHING in that case looked fantastic !  - little known but 5 stars and then some.

Typical gas station.. They do offer food inside. I tried the chicken tenders and potato wedges, but they were not really my style.. They have a large soft drink for .74 which is a great deal though!

Even though the hours are wrong on Google I love this store! The staff is always super friendly, it is always clean, and always winning scratch offs!!

Indeed the ‘cleanest restrooms’! We were coming from Hearst Castle in San Simeon to Paso Robles and Cambria was the nearest gas station in between.

It’s a gift shop, gas station, car wash and everything in one. Gas is a bit more since it’s right off the main street. You can drive down further and save a few cents but I bet the bathroom won’t be as clean.

The guy “Dana” at the counter when we checked out was really rude. Also, this gas station is one of only two in Cambria & hiked it’s price up like a whole dollar higher than the other option and also all the stations in the nearest towns. It was $6.49 & we drove on fumes to Morro Bay where it was only $5.39.

Other than that, the store was great! Clean & lots of great souvenirs & indeed very clean restrooms.

A shell station that had clean restrooms. That is a plus. Although I found the price of gas to be high.  One should consider that there are not a lot of gas options on route 1. So what would you expect. They had gas, maybe a bit high.
They had a decent little store for things one may need or want. They have restrooms that are clean and allow folks to actually use them unless;ike most of California businesses in our recent experience .
I could be critical of this Shell station. But there wasn't much to criticize. I think the positives of this Shell station out weigh the negatives. The worst thing I saw was paper debris in the windshield washer tank. And that was more than likely some inconsiderate customer and not the Shell station employees themselves. Maybe support people who support you when you're on the road and need a place to stop. So the higher gas price may not be so bad after all.

Upbeat music, friendly staff providing service until midnight, and immaculate restrooms. The owner was recently commended by our local Sheriff Department for identifying and subduing a child kidnapper who entered the location, following an emergency Amber Alert, which resulted in the safe escape of the victim and capture of the perpetrator. Well done on all accounts!

Posted as open 24 hours but they closed at 10:30pm. Don't lie to your customers please.

Great affordable carwash and dries car at the end. Very satisfied customer. Prices are creeping up though.

I don't have a problem with the gas here, but would definitely not recommend using the windshield cleaning squeegee here - as I was using it, it gave off a distinctive sulphur/Drano/rotten eggs smell. I was worried it might damage my windows. Also, it left grease on my windows that was hard to clean up. Either the fluid was vandalized, or it has been sitting there so long some chemical reaction has taken place.

I did not buy gas here . Only used car wash and vacuum. I wish I could say this is an inviting, welcoming place to clean your car. Sadly it is not. The vacuum, air, water area was full of household discards. Like somebody was on their way to Goodwill and said, "Oh the hell with it".

After paying $2 on my card for a vacuum the hose promptly fell from it's mount. Good luck trying to reinstall the hose. The connector is 7 feet off the ground. That's probably why the other hose was laying on the ground. See photos. Not a great experience. Management needs to step it up.

Shell is a great gas station with a convenience store and an A&W/Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant all at one location. The Shell has multiple pumps, extended hoses, and a car wash.

Convenient and clean gas station in downtown Windsor. Near freeway and Town Green and Oliver's complex. Nice carwash, too. Vacuum sucks, save your $1.50.

Been trying to call and the message said there's no room for a voicemail. Trying to find a lost wallet. What kind of business line makes it so there is no way to call?

I normally have a great experience here, always stop at burger king next door. Employees at shell are normally super nice.. guessing the cashier was having a bad day. Clearly said 20$ on pump 7. Waited outside for a few minutes and nothing. Went inside to see if something happened with the pump I used to manage a Chevron store so just wanted to make sure that punp worked. The girl was so snobby she said you handed me 20$ not 10$ and you said you were on pump 10 I said umm. You got that completely wrong I said 20$ on pump 7 and said it 2 times. She said well you said pump 10 I said dude I can tell your new but don't argue with your customers for 1, for two just own up that your wrong. Makes life easier on both ends. But the snobbiness and the attitude she put out was so unprofessional.

Brian on the night shift is great tho! Completely opposite he's super nice and makes you feel invited. I hope that girl finds a job that matches her personality or she takes a chill pill. I would never hire her.

An ok Shell. Google pay on the pumps never works. They have bathrooms and the place is decently clean. The selection of snacks and drinks is somewhat lacking. But they're open late and they're right off the freeway. If you're heading North they're probably one of the last super easy gas stations to get to right off the highway before you get to Cloverdale or farther.

This place has everything you need to maintain your car. Car wash, vacuum, emissions testing (only one in town), oil change, etc. And all done relatively quickly. However this place has a reputation for high prices, heavy sales tactics, and hidden add-on charges. Gas prices are the highest in the area, and even higher if you don't purchase a car wash - check the price board carefully.

I had a very bad experience with Lava Jato here. Car washes don't clean well and there are excessive subscription charges that can't be cancelled. They offer you a subscription at a certain price and a few months later they start charging double. When you ask them about this they just say that they are there to sell subscriptions because they earn commission on them. Scam

Good morning, gentlemen, I call on the manager to educate his work staff. Today they treated me very badly for grabbing a coffee that Ivan included with my gas membership, a coffee for 4.67, that's it.  theft I have been with them for 4 years I have a washing membership and a gas discount you can get things there for free they told me now they are leaving that I have to pay very badly I have to cancel my monthly payment very good but their staff is very bad they are racist the one who treated me badly she is a girl with glasses

Questionable advertising for gas prices others should be aware of.

Driving by we saw gas was listed for ~$3.70/g on the station's exterior sign.  We stopped, began the fueling process and noticed that you had to purchase a car wash to get the discounted price. There regular price was $4.09, which is much higher than other stations in the area.

It was definitely misleading.

We decided to purchase the car wash because we were already there.

However, when we went to go to the car wash, it appeared to not be operating because other cars were inline and beginning to back out and leave.

We didn't want to wait any longer so we decide to leave as well.  The car wash coupon is good for another month, so we'll likely use it since we paid for it.  However, we won't be going back due to the lack of transparency in gas prices.  Hope this helps motorists who are looking to refuel in this area.

Also- be sure to check out the reviews on the car wash.  Apparently there are questionable practices about the membership they want you to sign up for.

I have had such a bad experience with the Car Wash here. The car wash doesn't clean well and then there are the over charges with subscriptions that can't be cancelled. This is a local business, you can't scam customers and expect to do business for long. A car wash I purchased expired by a day and was denied. This is not how you treat long time customers. Word is getting around.

I popped in here quickly for gas today, and my card got totally stuck. The gentleman who worked there were extremely patient and did everything they could to fix the problem. It got fixed within just a couple of minutes, they were very kind and very patient and I absolutely appreciate it!
It was about 30° out so I felt absolutely terrible that they were out in the cold but I absolutely appreciate it.
I work retail, and I know that everyone is eager to post with a bad review, but very rarely do good reviews get out there.

If i could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service, the manager yelled at me for asking a question. Paid for gas with my debit card and never got the gas. They didnt but the money back on the card just said oh u mist have cancelled. How can I cancel a transaction if I paid inside. Never again will I go to this gas station. They are very rude even the manager. No gas and no refund. Horrible place. The manager "Muhammad" yelled cursing at me and told me to call the police and walked off.
Never again even had my son with me. I just needed an explanation.

I would strongly recommend not to use this gas station. My car broke down today at this place and I asked the attendant for help. He responded by saying I had 1 hour to leave or he would call the police !! Quite a terrible response to a customer in need of help. I will never use this station again.

I have gone to this shell for multiple years now ,  I have never had a problem. Today I needed a plastic spoon and grabbed one from the self serve drink bar area and was leaving saying have a nice day.thats it. After what I thought was going to be a quick interaction the employee Izzy stopped me right before I walked out and immediately got overly aggressive and demanded respect and pointed his finger to me to come to him as if he was speaking with a child. I am nothing but polite on  but this guy had something going on in his personal life and wanted to take it out on someone else. He then told me to treat the store as if it it were his house and to ask for express permission before anything. He also said he was the owner and that it doesn't matter what I say to get out the store. Seriously over a disposable plastic spoon you choose to treat regular customers like trash. I won't be going back here and I live next door. I'd rather spend my money anywhere else now.

Worst car wash ever! I need negative stars. Johnathan the owner was nice over the phone but the next day when I dropped it off it was a different story. I paid for the seat shampoo detail which also includes a wash too $50. My seats were dry still looked dirty. They didn't wipe off the dash, concil, it looked worse then before I dropped it off. He then proceeded to tell me my car was super dirty and that if I wanted it super clean I had to pay $180. They just rip people off and try to price gouge you in the end! Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was getting a car wash. My son is a two year old so I don’t want to be waiting outside on a busy street. I was going in and out the gas station store because my son was getting irritated so I did not want him to disrupt when he was getting igitated.The older man at the gas station complained every time I walked in with my son. To then have the nerve to say, “Are you here for your son to play or you’re actually going to buy something?” The nerve he has to ask that. I work in retail and have had many people walk in and out my store but I never would approach them the way he approached me. This shell location will never get a dime out of me except for the car wash people because they are owned by a separate company. They did a great job with my car.

They have everything. All the guys that work there are super friendly and attentive. Gas is a little on higher side but burns better than the less expensive places. Go here every day.

If this place were actaully open "24 hours" business would double oveenight so please update. Other than that the owners or people who work at this location aren't all that friendly especially when they get even a semi-rush of customers or a line at the register. It would be great if this were a better spot I live but a stones throw away from this shell which is why my review is so long. But please update your current closing hours!!

The owners are rude especially the wife. The husband is rude but in a nice smiling way.  I have a lot to say about them two but its not worth it i will never spend my money there.  If the 2 owner husband and wife are nice to you give them your business. But me i just can’t and i went there more than once to give them the benefit of the doubt.  Maybe it me the way i look.  I don’t know

The owner was very rude me. I asked  a customer came near me without a mask on. The owners wife screamed mine your business.  Then her and husband I assume told me to leave an said he doesn't have to wear a mask. I left.

Great local spot to pick up a egg sandwich. Also get my car washed here they do a good job.

Store sucks, I've only ever used the car wash over the years, and have had them twice not do the spray wax when paying for it, and have asked where it was? While I've watched and was told it was done. I will never go there again, I'd rather drive farther away for better service.

Doesn't accept debit cards at the pump even if you want to use them as credit. Not very disability or parent-of-young-child friendly. After being forced to walk on my dislocated toes and dragging my kid out of the car to pay inside, I bought this up with the worker there who didn't seem to care in the least. At least, not compassionately. He did care enough to send another worker out there to monitor (... not help, watch) me at the pump. I'll remember this in the future and will patronize more accessible gas stations.

2Bros pkg. Takes 15 min and well worth not going through a brush wash. Only $24 and costs just about the same price as the highest brush wash you'd get anywhere else

Does not accept debit cards and if you use your rewards card it will take the points out of it but not apply them, better off going elsewhere and spending a bit more for a less shady gas station.

Ive been here many times, not a ton of inventory but great staff, decent prices on buying 2 or more of something
