RNR Tire Express

I had a nail in my car tire and they patched it for free. While we waited, they offered my son and I our choice of drinks from a minifridge and the remote to the TV. Great customer service. Others waiting also seemed truly pleased with the establishment and the workers.

My husband called on the 20th to get prices on a tire he needs replaced. Her name was either Sharon or Sherry that answered. She said the sales team was busy, but took down his name and number. He hadn’t heard back, and called again. Sharon/Sherry answered again and said they were still busy. 2 days later and never returned a phone call. We have gone here a few times and had great experiences, unfortunately we had to go elsewhere because they have been “too busy” for 2 days now.

Previously my experience here has been pretty good, however my last visit there has drastically changed my opinion of them and ruined all trust I could have in them. I went in to have my tires rotated and asked that they just check my break pads as well while they’re working on it. I wasn’t planning to buy break pads from here because my normal mechanic is always priced cheaper but I just wanted to know if I needed new break pads. The guy came back and said I definitely needed new back break pads and quoted me almost $500 for them. I think they even had a rotor on the quote as well but I can’t remember for sure. Said I couldn’t do that day but will work out my finances, he was cool with that but said I might start noticing some squeaking or grinding coming from them soon. I took the car to my normal guy and quoted me $200 but when he went to go replace them he came back and said the break pads were only half worn and still had plenty of time left and there was no reason to replace them now! RNR tried to scam me out of $500 for services I didn’t need! Do not trust what they say and always get a second opinion!

These people did their best to help us out with an odd tire size. Their prices are great, and their customer service was really strong. I would recommend them to anybody.
