Is it a staff are very professional and courteous and likable. My one beef however, is that I feel the labor charges were outrageously high. About $579 for about 2 hours worth of actual labor done. I brought the vehicle in at about 8:30 a.m. and got a text at 10:50 a.m. that it was ready to pick up. It was probably almost 9:00 a.m. before a mechanic took my vehicle to the back. This is also the included diagnostics time at $129. Overall I really like this Midas and will continue to come here but I hope something can be done about exorbitant labor costs to the customer. For about 2 to 3 weeks I had been struggling with a terrible noise from underneath my left front tire. I had gone to several other auto repair stores and each of them told me something different and NONE of them could fix the problem. I took it in to Midas today and the gentleman were all kind and all seemed very concerned about my car. They looked at it for all of 5 minutes and were able to call me back up to the counter to let me know my wheel was about to fall off. I had never felt more grateful for a company. This car is my job and they were able to fix it at no cost. They tightened the wheel and made sure my other ones were good and now my car drives like a dream. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent auto repair shop took care of bad drum installed in Indianapolis,IN Midas.Jeremy was very professional and Sean is an excellent ,honest Mechanic. Hands down the best Midas we have ever been in-Great hospitality while on the long road to Florida from Michigan. Not the shop or mechanics fault for substandard quality parts they have to deal with right out of the box.Will need to make another stop in Florida Midas. They stand behind a Nationwide guarantee.

The staff seemed knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Worked me into the schedule with late notice. Prices was more than I had expected, although they provided every possible discount available. I will continue to be their customer, as I felt valued and respected.
