Bob made my day. I called another place and the man was so rude but when I got to bob he made me and my car feel better. I was there no longer than 20 minutes, I got my oil changed, and also my other fluids were topped off. I highly recommend this location.

I broke down in Hyde Park and had a hard time finding a mechanic to work on my vehicle — everything closer to downtown was booked and/or could not hold my vehicle overnight. I could tell on the phone by Bob's friendly and straightforward customer service that I was in good hands. My car overheated (also heating was not working inside) and I needed the water pump and thermostat replaced. Bob was incredibly accommodating and was understanding that I needed my car back asap to pick up my kids from school the next day. He stayed late to get the job done. Prices were competitive and the car is back up and running. I highly recommend Bob and team. It's worth heading this far south for excellent service.

Bob at this midas is the best.  I have a Ford edge, a Chevy  Malibu, and my daughter's Nissan. All had significant issues and Bob handle all of the issues flawlessly.  I highly recommend this midas

Although I was a little disappointed that my online coupon for the $59.99 synthetic oil change (5 quarts) wasn't honored. The manager did discount the $105.99 by $25.00.
Overall, I was pleased with the professionalism, service, and time it took for the oil change.
I'll be returning within the next month for rear brakes.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. What I left with was an oil change(👍🏿), and tire rotation(👍🏿) BUT THEN I was "informed" that i was missing a lug nut....just admit you lost it!

Glass Doctor of Odessa

Went in to get my windshield replaced today and the technician who replaced my windshield cut my interior pieces with a razor and also broke some of the clips that hold my cowl down and didn’t bother to tell me before I left until I saw it myself.

Very friendly and knowledgeable workers. Loved my glass shower door. Everything was just how I wanted it. The next day after install we had a slight problem with our glass shower door shutting right. Called them up and they very understanding and came out right away to get it fixed. I would use them again for sure.

It took a long time from initial consult to finish. It was a bit pricy, but I needed the door done.  The admin on the phone was very rude when I asked her about their warranty. Her response was "Oh, Lord Jesus, she wants it in writing". Pretty unprofessional. But the door was installed and seems to be working well for one week now.

10/10 RECOMMEND! They were fast, professional, and so easy to work with. The guys that installed our windows did an awesome job!

These guys are very responsive and true to their word. I contacted Will explaining to him I needed a cracked windshield replaced asap in order to pass state inspection. Although they were super busy he made room and squeezed me in near closing time. The tech who came was very professional and courteous. I valvue service like this and encourage anyone with windshield issues to look no further then the Glass Doctor.

I had the BEST experience not only with a Body Shop but any business I ever dealt with. Highland Body Shop has a 4.9 ⭐️out of a possible 5 ⭐️Google rating. That is Amazing for any business let alone a Body Shop. No other Body Shops are even close. I worked with Dan who is professional, prompt ,friendly and experienced. Dan is AMAZING!! He was a pleasure to work with. Everyone at Highland Body Shop is professional, nice and Amazing also.The work was perfect and ready on time as promised!! I would never even consider another Body Shop. They are the BEST!!

I’m a pretty tough cookie to impress but I can’t explain enough how absolutely impressed I am with Highland Body Shop.  My husband has used them for years and when my car needed fixing he didn’t hesitate to insist we use them. Excellent work by Highland Body Shop.  I'm not very car-savvy, but Andy was very professional and helpful in identifying the correct issue (wheel bearing and brake caliper). I love this place! Today was my second time visiting and just like the first time it was a great experience!
While I appreciate that they are pretty fair on prices, they are also very friendly and informative without being shady and trying to make money on things that aren't absolutely need, as most other places do. (When you're a woman🙄)

My local for Ford dealership claims they could not do an alignment on my car. Even though it is a Ford. I took it to big O, and they were able to professionally do it and provide me with a read out of all of the numbers. Very happy with the service.

I was on a trip to see my sister and her husband. I had a tire that blew and managed to hobble off the interstate to a small garage that was only able to put on my spare. I was about 40 miles from Terre Haute and this location of Big O tires. When I arrived the gentleman at the desk looked at my car and we discussed best options. I decided to purchase a full set. By the time I had lunch and got back, I only had to wait about 30 minutes and my car was ready. Rides great and he contacted me yesterday to make sure everything was good. This was a good choice.

RNR Tire Express

Johnathan was the one who helped out and got me new tires. Natalie which is their finace lady was nice in explaining everything. The only thing I would like to see is being able to pay online, espcially in this day of age. Plus I would like to see that all the paperwork you sign, you get copies of.

I would easily give RnR tire beyond 5 stars but it won't allow me...

Any positive review you find here (including my own) is an understatement.

Johnathan, Izzy and all the crew went above and beyond when it came to installing tires on my truck...not a small task.

I live in Terre Haute but this happened to be my first visit to RNR since they opened a couple of years ago. I was not impressed.

The hours printed on their front door state 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Tuesdays, which is the day I visited. I walked in between 5:05 p.m. and 5:07 p.m. I was immediately helped so I gave them 2 stars. However, I informed them my low tire light was on and asked if they had time to check one (1) tire. I knew which one was low because its been problematic for a few weeks indicating a slow leak. The salesman started by saying he only had about 35 minutes or working hours left. I am not sure how 5:10 to 6 p.m. equals 35 minutes, but whatever, I listened to him. He followed that sentence with he doesn't have time to check a tire this evening because one (1) technician was already looking at a tire. I am unaware how many other technicians were available, if any. He then tells me its probably the weather going from hot to cold, which I am aware tire pressure does change with the outside temperature, but they don't get as low as 20 pounds of pressure. Anyway, he then followed up with an appointment at 1 p.m. the next day for a low tire. I was also the only visible customer in the store at this time as one customer had just checked out his black Tahoe.

Every other tire shop in town that I have ever walked into for a simple repair has gotten me in the same day. If they are visibly swamped like Belle Tire normally, then they tell me to come back in a few hours. This place has a 4.8 but I don't see how if they turn away customers nearly an hour before closing. I could see some dummy wanting 4 tires 55 minutes before closing and getting this answer but not a 15-25 minute tire repair. Glad I wasn't a helpless person with a sudden flat tire. I would hate to see what they would have told that person.

The entire office is professional and friendly. They provided top-notch service at the best price around! Great mechanics! I also love that you can take six months to pay with no interest. I will definitely return.

Keep in mind that this place is a "loan your tires" type place. You will have to sign tons of contracts and do payments based on when you get paychecks. If you just want to get tires and pay outright, this is not for you, and unfortunately not for me.
There were mistakes made which costed time in my (college student) day. When getting four new tires, two were not matching, which required me to need to get those replaced. In good faith, they replaced all four for no additional price.

Overall, the place is fine if you're looking to pay for tires over time. Workers always seemed either flustered or rushed.  Always ask for receipt.
This place was mediocre, did not wow me

I love that I can make appointments online. The staff are always friendly and the building is nice and clean. Work is done quickly and prices are great. I highly recommend Big O Tires.

Ended up.having to go back to where I had the tires installed initially for warranty service...but these were the only guys in town willing to help with a looming snow storm.  I'm pretty sure they coulda slapped a tire on, sent me.on my way.  But instead examined the issue, gave me realistic solutions.  The guy saved me about 300 bucks.  My next set if tires will be here.
