Steven was amazing! He helped get my car fixed quickly when the alternator died on our road trip across country. So thankful for his help and kindness during a stressful time. The car feels great driving now!

Thank you so much for caring!! We were traveling from Phoenix and experienced car trouble. We were stressed scrambling to find a place that would take us. This Midas was the fourth place we tried. Brian was incredibly helpful, reliable and generous with his time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to solve our problem quickly.

Just went in to get an oil change and they were very efficient. I was able to get to my appointment early and Brian did a great job. Very friendly staff!

Great customer service!  My family are on a cross country road trip and our Sprinter van’s check engine light came on, with no Mercedes service anywhere near we called their shop and they got us in immediately.  They helped us diagnose that it was only an emissions sensor that was reading the problem and nothing major.  The guys there were great, I wish they were in our hometown, I would be sending all our car services to them.

Big O Tires

A big thanks to Big O Tires today. I was driving a friend's car and all the sudden the light for coolant came on. Normally I would just replace it with it any old coolant but because my friend's car is a Porsche I wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Stopped in at big o and they topped off all my fluids thank you

We dropped off a flat to be repaired, they said we needed a new tire. They said they would order it and the tire would be ready between 1:00 and 3:00 the next day. We showed up and they did not order the tire, again said it would be the following day between 1:00 and 3:00, problem is we are headed home tomorrow morning. We are driving home without a spare. Think twice before using these people if you are traveling.

Will post an update if our trusty tire people back home fix the tire without replacing it.

The service, price, and timeliness were excellent! I was able to get an oil change in a couple of hours from my inquiry even though they were very busy. Great job Big O Ruidoso.

We had disagreements over what was required during COVID. But recently had excellent service installing a part that I had purchased elsewhere.  Thank you.

Not a bad place for your tire needs, and super friendly guys! They're always busy, but that's probably a good thing. I went there after another shop couldn't balance my new tires after 2 attempts. Big O found all 4 tires were still off balance. When I left, my steering was buttery smooth!

Glass Doctor of Minot

Had a rock kick up and chip my wind shield. Called them and they were able to get me in the next morning (could've done the same day but my own obligations prevented that). Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am and it was ready to go by my lunch break. Everything was already handled with my insurance I was able to get my keys and go about my day. Fantastic, convenient service! Will definitely be recommending

Not bad service. But don’t leave your wife’s wallete with money in the pickup. I guess they need tips….

When the technician at Glass Doctor drove my vehicle from the parking lot into the shop, he left my parking brake fully engaged. I’m not sure how this happens, but he proceeded to drive my truck at least 50 ft into the shop. My truck made a horrible screeching noise the whole way as he negligently didn’t notice why my truck didn’t seem to be driving properly. The windshield itself seems good, besides the technicians leaving a mess of black adhesive on my car’s exterior. Now, my vehicle’s brake system has received unnecessary and excessive wear, and all they offered was an inspection of my brakes through another business. Being my word against theirs, I received nothing in return. For anyone who cares for their vehicle in the long run, I would highly discourage you to bring your car here.

This is by far the best auto glass place I've ever been to! Not only do they treat you like more than just a customer, but they did a terrific job and got it done quickly. They even took me to the coffee shop so I could wait comfortably while they got it done! I will come here and recommend here again and again!!

Had my Ford Edge towed here yesterday due to a large puncture in my front driver side tire and our donut was flat. We called ahead to check their availability and were told they weren’t busy. When we got there, it was smooth sailing and we were in and out within about 20 minutes. They even aired up the donut for us. Awesome, affordable service. Thanks guys!

I have aways had good service in the past but this time I was lied to. I got 4 new tires from them and that was all I needed but after I got my car back the breaks were making a sound. It wasn't making a sound when I took it in. They told me they would fix it and then tried to say I had bad rotors. Then it was break pads. Seen the pads and rotors and they were just fine. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me thinking I don't know about cars. I do not recommend.

I had someone swerve into my lane which made me have to swerve over the shoulder of the road and it blew out the side wall of my tire, which I only have a picture of my blown out tire, not the new tire, but I was able to get right in and get a new tire put on my car. They got the tire on and were getting ready to balance it and that entire end of town lost electricity. I had to be somewhere an hour away, but it hadn't been balanced yet. They went ahead and let me take it then bring it back after my appointment so they could balance it and pay for it. Genuinely nice people!

5 Star Service!! Pricing was perfect and the  lobby is nice, spacious, and clean! They repaired my back window on my truck and we were only there 2 hours!! They have definitely gained a loyal new customer!!

This is the second time We have used Glass America to fix My Wife's windshield on Her car. The first time was a replacement and this time it was a pretty big chip. For it being almost the size of a quarter, they did an excellent job! Very pleased with the work and the price. Contacted them late Thursday afternoon and brought it to them Friday at 8 in the morning and by 8:45 am it was done. Good job!

Quick, clean, couldn't even tell the windshield was removed and replaced except for no cracks. Great job, clean waiting area.

Glass Doctor of Crown Point

We recently needed a quick glass repair on a double pane window,  Glass Doctor came out the same day to measure.  They offered a competitive price and quoted a 1-week lead time, however, they had the glass ready the next day and installed it the following day.  The new pane matches the existing panes perfectly.  We will definitely use Glass Doctor of Crown Point for our glass needs in the future.

Technician Aaron was awesome. Came out fast after I called to schedule estimate, measured quickly, less than 5 mins; and when he came back out to place single pane window, he was done in 20 mins or less. Office staff seemed confused about me placing estimate request online, and also I had to call to schedule my own appointment after giving my deposit for the work the day before. When I called glass was there and ready to be placed but no one called me? Same issue with  the estimate, woman I spoke to said that I was scheduled for that day but nobody called to tell me. Was two different people, but would think this would have been in the system or a call would’ve been made. Minor inconveniences, but the fact that the work was done well and fast I’m ok with it! Online estimate requested Sunday. Window placed Wednesday.

I had my windshield replaced yesterday morning, and I could not be happier. Jane and Shawn are so friendly and helpful. I love their dogs there too. My windshield looks great! Hopefully, I don't have another rock flying towards me on 65 again, but if it does and if it cracks my windshield again, then I know who to go to.

do not get your car serviced here fair warning they claim to do work they don't and still charge you and put faulty components in spend a little more and go to an experienced shop!  there is a reason they are cheaper! there's is an honest good shop just down the street on broadway and you won't have to wait all day for an hr job!

Great staff and professional service! Comfortable waiting area. I did not have to wait long for the guys to pull a nail and patch my tire. They didn't charge me! That kind gesture made my day!

When I tell you Midas over here in Merrillville takes care of their customers doggone it they do . I was just here a week ago & came back with a new problem with my vehicle I was greeted upon arrival & offered to partake in amenities ( something to drink) my car was immediately looked at I was given a ride home & picked back when my vehicle was ready. Went in to get the brakes checked because they were grinding, Mike and Kevin helped inform us that it was the rotors, and that it's better to just have them replaced as it simplifies the repairing process, and had gotten it fixed within an hour. The service was friendly and expedient, and my car is in working order

Phenomenal service from the beginning to end. Steve and Joe were top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Completely honest with me throughout the whole process and didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need done and both were truly professional.
