RNR Tire Express

Wow these guys are absolutely amazing. Have had two tires plugged by them. Before this place I have had nails in the same places and always told "it's in the side wall." Before you fall for that come here and let them look. It's the best $25 i have spent. Saved me a lot of money the past couple of weeks. Simple easy and really fast. Walking in the door every customer is greeted with a friendly hello. Definitely recommend this place to any and everyone.

RNR Decatur was great to me! From the original reason of me coming in - tire repair; to getting tires ordered since they do payments, and getting them installed the day my tires came in. Such fast, friendly, and professional service! HIGHLY recommend!! The managers special is a great service!

They were fantastic about getting a tire patched for me in a last minute emergency. Other shops told me it would be several days, and I drive my vehicle for work, so simply airing it up wouldn't do. They did a great job, and charged a very fair price. I also appreciate that they provide complimentary bottled water as an extra touch. Very friendly employees...great location.

The staff there is super nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Got my new tires on quick, less than an hour! Highly recommend as they have great payment plans.

Something funny about R n R...they're always doing a firing spree clearing out the old employees then replacing them....I had the same experience in Jackson TN...in Decatur IL they got rid of Lacey and she ran that office because I never dealt with anyone else. Financing is cool long as you pay it off in the 120 days....still unsure about the quality of the tires as I've had to replace a pair of front tires after two years.

Omg so friendly and supportive and understanding and they got our paperwork done and truck in a good amount of time. They explained everything I understood better and they joked and make us laugh whole time and they just was good time and the found our tires and got them. Thank you again for getting them . I was in need of tires to take an important trip to California from Arkansas just days before Christmas. I called RnR in Paragould and spoke to Cody. He said with zero down with can get you on the road with the tires you need. With the help of Jason and Cody they worked together as a team and made it happen. Thanks RnR! My number one choice for tires.

My first time to visit R&R tire and my whole experience was 5 star al the way across the board!!  Junior Williams was very professional and understanding he took care of the whole process and I got what I wanted without stressing the $$$ as much. Thank you to Junior and the R&R staff for taking the reigns.

Salesperson was very nice. The tire technician didn't do anything. Didn't redo monitor my on tires. So I'm going to have to redo my monitor.didnt put my spare where it belonged had to go back in the store.

I needed to get a tire patched. I asked the store manager for the price to patch a tire.  They said they will do it for free. I told them that I am an out of stater and will not be able to do business with them as I live too far away. They said that did not matter, they will still patch it.  If I were local to Paragould, I would definitely do business with RNR Tire Express.

I have no problem with this location. The employees are friendly and very helpful. They had pretty fast service. When you need tires ASAP and don't have $400+ on hand it's worth it (because it's really your only option). That being said RnR as a whole is a bit of a scam. They purposely hide your overall balance remaining on their website and their payment plans are set up to where you have to over pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to actually pay off your balance for the 6 months "same as cash." So if you are like most people living paycheck to paycheck now days you'll be paying on those tires/rims for well over a year. On top of that they do not send payment reminders until after the 6 months. Almost like they are hoping you forget to make the payments. Then after that they remind you weekly, and god forbid you are 1 hour late to make a payment after that 7 day period you'll get a repo alert. It's honestly kind of sad. I'm not going back, unless absolutely necessary. Which should never be the case again, thank goodness. They also have this automated service that sends the same replies to all negative or positive reviews, and they change nothing about their service.

Willie Johnson was the representative that helped us, we had a small leak in our regular tire on our truck and they repaired that as well! He helped us also find a welding shop to fix our rims, yes they put your rims on too!!!
Customer service is great, the staff is very nice and friendly!!!The prices for rims and tires are reasonable, you can purchase tires and rims, or rims or tires separately. They also do alignments and brakes, awesome rim shop!!! Willie Johnson and Will did a great job with helping us…we will be bringing some more customers here!! Thanks again

When you walk in you they greet you with smiles and compliments. Best part was reassuring me my needs would be met at a higher expectation than what I set for my self. Very reasonable prices and a lot of style choices. Very happy with my decision.

I was a little skeptical at first with coming here but it quickly subsided after I was greeted at the door, was asked what I was looking for etc etc...the crew was extremely welcoming and helpful with helping me make the right choice and getting me the right deal...the tire techs also were extremely amazing at they're job, took very little time removing my stock wheel set and bagging them and carefully loading them into my vehicle, and the care they took while installing my new wheel set. Last but not least the accountant lady I dealt with was extremely helpful with the paperwork process and pointing out the "NEED TO KNOW" things in the contract, explained everything perfectly to where I could fully understand and explained the 3 different ways I can make my payment and let me tell you the options are EXTREMELY easy and helpful for us with busy busy lives.

Willie gave great customer service and he always makes sure we understand everything. He is most definitely the reason why me and my wife have continued to come back for years to purchase tires for all our cars!

Amazing service and great people from the start.  They saved me quite a bit of money price shopping the parts I needed, were very understanding when an emergency came up and I forgot to keep my appointment, and did great work making my car look good again.  They even cleaned up some trash in my car and vacuumed it out which might not seem like a big deal, but at this moment, for me, it meant something.  Couldn't even imagine considering anyone else after this.  Thank you!

Ripples got my car in quickly and it looked brand new when I picked it up. They called multiple time to let me know how the process we going. They took their time but also got it done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them! The workers are all so nice and take the time to listen to your needs! Will be going back if ever needed.

They were very thoughtful and kept us up to date while they were waiting on parts for our vehicle. There customer service is top notch, and even though the actually couldn’t fix our vehicle due to a part that they couldn’t get,(through no fault of their own) I will recommend them to anyone!!!!!

first time leasing out a set of tires and Joe was fantastic! his customer service was fantastic & he is very knowledgeable in any and every tire and will definitely work to make sure you are happy at the end of your process. I’ve been pushing back my tire situation for the longest so I truly appreciate his great customer service getting me in and out no problem! If you’re in the market for a new set of tires call the shop and ask for Joe ! He won’t disappoint.

They won a customer today. Deal and terms were good and done without much trouble. The youngest/newest member of their team really was the shinning star, he offered my elderly mother a fresh cup of coffee when she mentioned she was tired and had a long ride home. They need to put that guy in charge!

Everybody at RNR was extremely welcoming and also just very kind to not only myself but also the other customers that were getting wheels as well. My salesman was super polite and also a really funny guy which I can appreciate because I love to laugh. No complaints about my experience as they have been so good to me for both of my cars and I would recommend RNR to everyone. Thank you guys for making my experience awesome.

Everyone were professional and found minor issues to one of our tire rims and offered a free advice to get it repaired.
The 2-3 payment plans to get all new 4 tires has  great options.

R&R was very professional and fast. I dropped off 4 wheels for balancing and was out in 30 minutes. Chris did a great job and my wheels came back with no scuffing whatsoever. All of the desk staff was very friendly and I will definitely come back if I ever need anything again.

Would've given 5 stars but stopped by to get rims, got the rims not the ones I wanted but they were decent. Had them mounted and balanced but my sensors and valve stems were left on my old wheels and just regular valve stems were thrown on the new rims. So I now have a tpms light on 24/7. When the issue was brought up the guy that installed them said they were out of parts and I told him I didn't need any parts he can reuse my old stems and sensors there's nothing wrong with them. I wasn't really mad about it but cmon dude you had one job my guy you were literally right there it's just a T10 or T15 to remove the sensor and just swap over stems and sensors to the new rims. Anyways had to reschedule cause I was busy we will probably update this review as we go.
