We were unsure if they would be able to get us in or fixed in time as we were also trying to beat the storm... but they fit us in their schedule! We are so thankful! it took less than 15 mins! We highly recommend them!

Great experience!  This company did a super job, the only hitch is getting glass takes a bit, but that isn't their fault.  I would use them again.

Had a hard to find windshield, these guys kept us informed and didn't waste our time when they couldn't.  Recommend you save yourself some headaches and have these people help you out.

They made getting my rear glass painless.  They had the replacement in one day and worked with my schedule for the appointment.  Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly.  I took a walk while they were working on my vehicle.  They finished sooner than they thought and they came and picked me up and took me back to the shop. If I had anything negative to say it would be I wish they had removed the broken glass that had fallen into to rear door but that might not have been their responsibility.  I would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely would recommend Glass Doctor! Had a rock chip repaired on my windshield in less than 15 minutes for only $39. Safelite wanted $160! Abigail at the desk was so sweet, and all of the technicians spoke on my way out. Will definitely return!

Lady who called me got angry and cussed at me because I didn’t read my vin number slow enough then hung up on me - absolutely would not do business with this place and will let others know ! Rude horrible customer service just to get a quote !

Kris Parker: no hope to receive any help from him. Shouldn't be amanager. He argued I didn't have an appointment...OK next time you get flat tire, earlier in the week predict that & make an appointment.  This is a manager who just doesn't understand customers.

They did a great job helping me when my tire pressure dropped rather quickly. They figured out the problem, Declan spent quite a bit of time on the phone with my tire warranty people and he found a way to help me when the warranty people didn't have a way to help me that wouldn't cost me hundreds up front. They got me back on the road safely and with the best financial outcome for me. Great service, great people!

Great service! Was totally expecting to pay for services regarding plugging a tire and putting the spare back under the truck. All done free of charge and while I waited.

Got there one day opened at eight o'clock in the morning.  Simple flat tire repair.  10 o'clock in the morning. Still waiting for my car to be pulled into the garage. Complete incompetence.

And this was after my appointment the week before for a tire rotation.  Got there for my nine fifteen appointment.  Didn't get checked in until nine thirty.  Didn't get out of there until 10:30.

Discount Tire in Normal is literally the BEST place for tire service. The service is exceptional, the staff is friendly and they ALWAYS greet me by name. I’ve purchased several sets of tires for multiple vehicles. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you for being AWESOME all the time! Top tier!

After two quotes for my SUV, a friend recommended Kurt's Auto Repair Shop to me.  I went to see them, and their quote was the lowest, so I made my appointment with them.  They were friendly, polite, and professional.  I picked up my vehicle two days later after my scheduled appointment and it looked like nothing had even happened.  I will recommend Kurt's to everyone!

Not only did Kurt's Autobody repair my car, they cleaned it inside and out.  Great service. I highly recommend them.

I went here for an insurance claim for State Farm and were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Although I chose to go another route, they were extremely understanding and helpful. Very professional and welcoming folks here with really great communications!

They are very popular....for a reason.  They do great, professional auto body work.  I've used then in the past and I am a current customer with my van going into their shop shortly.  Great folks to work with.  They handle all interaction with insurance companies, so it's pretty painless.

The work was great.  The car was returned detailed and looked amazing.  What keeps me from a 5 star review is this: I brought the car in, got an estimate, scheduled a repair time and brought the car in only to receive a call while the car was in the shop explaining that it will cost more.  Not just a little more but 40% more.  Since the total was on par with a quote from another shop I just had them complete the work.

Great customer service and great work! Getting an estimate was so simple. Lisa kept me updated throughout the repairs and they were done in a reasonable time! This was the first time I have ever had to take my car in for repairs and I’m so happy I chose S&S!

My car had gotten side swiped and I went to S&S to get my repairs. There were some delays on parts and labor due to COVID but they were really good with communication and updating me. The end result looks amazing! They worked well with my insurance. Would go back again!

I contacted S&S Paint & Body to get an obnoxious dealership sticker removed and spoke with Kevin who was very friendly and professional. He told me swing on by and he'll see if it's something he can remove. After taking a look at it, he took the vehicle in and had it removed within a couple of minutes without leaving any sticky residue or scratches behind. I tried to pay and/or tip him for the quick service and he refused since it was so quick and easy. Thank you so much, Kevin! I will be returning for all of my vehicle detailing needs.

Scheduled brakes to be serviced a week in advance. Wrong parts, no communication regarding taking the vehicle for a diagnostics test as I’m getting notifications of the car leaving the property on two separate occasions via LoJack. I receive my car back with noticeable damage to the front left brake caliber and their tech admitting he hit it with a “metal mallet” I’ve been given the run around for two weeks, “they have to ship my calibers up to Orland Park to be repainted and power coated.”

BUYER BEWARE.

This team went above and beyond for my family, more specifically my daughter, when her car needed immediate service on her way back to school. Not only did they act quickly on what needed to be done and resolving the issue but they assisted with transportation to and from the shop. I recommend Nathan and his team not only for their skill and professionalism but their ability to take it a step further for their customer.

The folks at Midas are top notch. The technicians are excellent and professional when dealing with clients.  I would give them a 10 star review if I could. Nathan and Jake along with Matt are full of knowledge.  If you want you car done right, bring it to Midas.  You will be more than satisfied with the service.

This Midas is a clean, friendly place to bring your car. They explain what's needed and do the work quickly. If it's busy, they will suggest you come back by appointment. If you have time to wait, that's fine too.

Just had the most positive experience ever having work done on my small RV (built on a Dodge Ram 3500 chassis).  I had run over a rock on a back road and bent my exhaust pipe.  Took it into Bloomington, Illinois Midas.  They took a look, then my Service Writer Nathan Proctor explained to me that I have a custom stainless steel exhaust system, so there was no way of getting parts (certainly no way that would get me back on the road today).  However, the tech on the job was able to heat the bent pipe and get it back into position.  All completed in under 2 hours for a truly reasonable charge (1/2 hour of labor!).

Truly the most honest and capable service I have received in my 4 years as a full time RV'r in the vehicle!

I had a woman side swipe me, my car was tore all down the passenger side. My husband and I took it here and they were amazing! Not only did they handle the repairs they even ate some of the cost to replace a piece of our clear bra! Dwayne was who we were initially working through there but the whole shop was just great! Decatur Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience.  Duane went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with my vehicle.  I had a clear bra that they had to take to another shop to get done and Duane noticed the oattern wasn't the same as the other side (mirror) he didn't hesitate to call and schedule to get it done correctly as well as quickly. I will be a lifetime customer and highly recommend if you need auto body repair go see Decatur Auto Body... Duane was who helped me but all the guys there were very friendly and professional!!! 5 stars doesn't say enough or give enough credit to the Decatur Auto Body!!

Duane and the crew did a fantastic job on our Honda Civic, repairing a bumper and driver door damage after a collision, They gave us an estimate that was actually a little over the final cost, told us how long it would be for parts to come, and once everything was in stock, completed all the work in 5 business days. Incredible work and the car looks so much better than before!

When I need body work again, I'm coming back to Duane and the team at Decatur Auto Body!
