Big O Tires

My boyfriend took his truck to get a set of tires that he purchased online put on his truck last Saturday while visiting Lebanon. When he dropped the truck off, they told him that they would, "Get to it by noon." No closing hours were listed on the door and the website lists their business hours as 8 AM -2 AM on Saturdays. Not having heard anything by 3:30, he got a ride to the store and found it locked up tight. No calls or voicemails to say it was ready. I drove 1.5 hrs to pick him up. Thankfully, he had access to another vehicle to go to work on Monday, since the store was closed Sunday. On Monday, he had to take off work early to drive an hour and thirty-five minutes out of his way to go get his truck. When he arrived, at the store he found his truck in the parking lot, with the windows down, and the key still in it. He expressed dissatisfaction with the service and lack of communication with the employee he spoke with (I assume he was the manager) and was told, "If I was you, I would have figured out when the store closed before I even left." There was no discount applied to the service or even an attempt at an apology.

We had a screw puncture our tire and we found Big O Tire online. They repaired our tire promptly. We are very appreciative of the employees that helped us.

Owner rude. Spent almost $800. Car still has front problems. Thursday mechanic said caliper pins sticking. Friday different mechanic replaced outer tie rod. He test drove twice. Also put new tires and alignment. The whole way home the front shook. Still does. Will take somewhere else to get fixed. The owner needs to be retrained by the young lady that was there on Thursday. Very polite. Professional. I had to sort my paperwork out on the desk. Owner just walked off. Loyal since 1988. Never again. 3 hours I listened to Bill the owner being a jerk. Never again

Very friendly and good people.. very detailed about the process of the job preformed on my vehicle.. would highly recommend this big o location in Lebanon ky..
