Amazing customer service! I always have a great experience and my car is always taken care of. My number one place in Decatur to get my regular oil changes or regular maintenance. Also one of the best priced places in Decatur as well, i get the best deals compared to other places ive been to. Their turnaround time is also the best I've seen.

Update: I changed my 5 star experience to a one-star massive disappointment. After running diagnostics, we were told by management that my daughter's vehicle absolutely needed an alternator. Three alternators (2 refurbished, 1 new) that were not needed, hours of labor, and days of frustration, her vehicle still has the very same problem. Management is shady at best and doesn't like being questioned, especially by a woman. Do not waste your money or time.

Mitch and his team were awesome! We had truck trouble driving home from vacation and they made sure we were taken care of -- from sending a tow truck to get us, sourcing the part we needed, and staying late on a Saturday to get us back on the road. Highly recommend!
