Tire Express

They did extremely poor engine work for us. After their work, the engine started leaking fluids. They tried to claim it wasn't caused by them, but eventually tried to fix the problem, unsuccessfully. They caused me thousands of dollars of damage and the money I spent on them was largely wasted. They are both dishonest and incompetent.

SUPER FRIENDLY and got my tires put on in less than 30 minutes.  saved my Roadtrip.  I will be coming here from now on !!

I had them replace the two back tires on my van when I needed them replaced in a pinch. They tried to tell me that, if I was only replacing two tires I needed to put them in the front so I would have better control of the vehicle, and they would need to charge me for rotating the back tires to the front. A quick online search revealed that when replacing only two tires they should always be placed in the back as the back tires keep the car stable in conditions where the vehicle might spin out. They were trying to make a quick buck by lying to me about what my car needed. I had them put the tires in the back. This happened inthe spring.

It is now time to replace the front tires and I am going somewhere else. As I spoke with the tire tech he expressed amazement that myback tires, bridgestone BLIZZAKs had not exploded as I drove on them all summer. Apparently BLIZZAKs are a winter only tire made from a softer rubber. I confirmed this with another online search.

Tire Express is runby liars who are only out for making a quick buck off poor quality service.

Friendly fast service. Here all the time with Utah roads giving so many flats. It is cash only but best price in town.

Best service I’ve ever had from a shop!

The service is wonderful and the mechanics are very thorough.

I stopped in without an appointment at the end of the day and they were able to fit me in and quickly fix what was causing the noise from my car. They are reasonably priced and my car is sounding better than ever. Very grateful for such awesome service.

The manager (Tone) of this Midas Service center and his technician treated me with honesty and respect. They quickly identified and repaired my suspension problem and did not try to sell me on parts that I did not need. The car drives like new now. I highly recommend this Midas as a reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable service business to all who have need of auto suspension work!

I was there to take my friend to have his truck fixed, they fixed his exhaust and we were on the road and good time. Management was very helpful and straightforward with his needs I would go there if I needed some work!

Big O Tires

Made an appointment for 11am and showed up early for a tire rotation and brake check. They say brakes are good but could do pressure bleed. I tell them go ahead , them knowing I’m waiting. Look around my car is out shop and no cars in shop and I asked if they was done and was informed that it wouldn’t be ready till 430!

This was my first time going to Big O and I must say and I so glad I chose them.  I had a tire losing air and they found a nail in it.  They are very fast and efficient.  I will definitely go back.  I also thought the price to fix the tire was very good.

I purchased a set of 4 Goodyear tires for my 2015 F-150 from Mr. Paul Hogan. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

The word trust always comes to mind when you think of a car repair shop. And I trust this group of people so much! I will always bring my car to this repair shop for as long as it exists. Everyone is so friendly and inviting!

This location is terrible. Between telling me that my AC compressor was leaking and needed to be replaced and finding out it was just my dryer and condenser leaking was a total waste of money spent. I thought I could put that to the side and still get routine maintenance. But I was wrong I went to get my oil changed and they had left oil on the side of my truck theirs plenty of better shops in the area to go to trust me

Oakdale Glass, LLC

I went to get my wind shield done this morning, I have never felt so welcome in a business before. Excellent, fast service and the people working there are so down home and welcoming.

Absolutely the friendliest and best customer service experience I have had in a hood long time. These friendly folks are so helpful and fast service. I will be returning there for all my glass needs. They had me in and out with my windshield install so fast. It really was refreshing to go to a business that gives service like they would want to recieve!  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for all your glass needs.

A Pain In The Glass

There definitely a pain in the glass!! I setup a appointment with them for the next day at 9am and never heard nothing from them till I called the 4th time around 12 that afternoon. They informed me they had got caught up on a job that morning. They had no explanation for not informing me. They asked if they could reschedule for 3 I said yes but later canceled because they left a bad taste in my mouth and didn't feel like they would do the job right.

Window leaked and does not stand behind work. Stay away from this installer.

Shannon Duncan was extremely helpful! The entire process was convenient and quick. I was able to get in and out on my lunch break. The atmosphere was friendly and Shannon did a great job explaining my cars issue. Definitely come here if you are ever needing car help!

Visited this store for the first time a couple of weeks ago for a tire repair. Ironically needed to come back on my other vehicle very shortly after. I will never go anywhere else. The staff and service are amazing.

Received a coupon welcoming us to the neighborhood….. what is should read is “here is a price so low there is no way we will honor it, even though both Ogden locations are listed on the coupon……..best they could do at one location was DOUBLE the coupon price. The other location was TRIPLE……I fully understood my vehicle takes 3 more quarts of oil than the coupon and was willing to pay a reasonable price for the extra, not double the price……. Don’t waste your time at Big O….. it’s the big bait and switch.

This store over charges compares to other stores.  I went in to have my car serviced. They did not attach the undercarriage and so driving to SLC the plastic front part fell. Twice I had to pull over and get under the car to push the plastic into something so k could just get it into the bountiful Big O. The guy there was fast, kind and told me that they did not attach it back n place. He fixed their problem and will bring it back to bountiful even though it’s further away to have them continue to make things right. He said he has my back.  Hmmm interesting. Never got that kind of above standard treatment  from them.  Save your money time energy and future problems and go to Brigham city or bountiful.  This Cost me time from my job when I could have been making and added stress - all because of incompetency and or laziness.

The guys at Big O did a fantastic job working on my car! I got new tires & an alignment done, which was desperately needed!! They were professional & very friendly!

The kid behind the counter was friendly up until the point I denied any upsale attempts after deliberately stating I only wanted brake pads. Then after being assured they had a mechanic literally waiting around for stuff to do, it took them 3 hours to decide they were too incompetent to even plug in their computer diagnostic tool.

They called me after waiting all that time and wasting my time to insist that either I had attempted to alter my vehicle's wiring or somebody and I quote "hacked my cars computer".... I took it across the street and got all of the work I needed done and then some with zero attitude for a cheaper price and with no claims of bad wiring on my 2018 Ford.

Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I came in early to get a screw removed from my tire. Didn’t ask for a price, nor did I need an update. The manager pulled it right back, was out in 35 minutes. They were very cordial.

Glass by Daughtry

Great people & excellent service.
I have used Glass by Daughtry for several years as my go-to glass company for chip repair.  Always a pleasure, value & great overall experience. I recently had them install a Gorilla Glass Windshield in my Jeep Wrangler and am very happy with the results. I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere.

After an unexpected misadventures last weekend I had the immense pleasure of getting glass help from Glass by Daughtry. They were able to replace both front and back windshields of my 2019 Honda Pilot with the minimum of wait time. Their work was so exact that my front sensors required NO recalibration! Not only was my vehicle ready before promised time, but the interior was detailed to the point I felt like I was driving a new car. Excellent work. Owner was very friendly and professional, I dropped the car off about 8:30 am, I was told it would only take 2 1/2 hours by receptionist ,not that it would take all day. She did not have a good attitude that morning, but was quite friendly when I pick it up later. No complaints about the quality of the work done. We'll done.
