Shannon Duncan was extremely helpful! The entire process was convenient and quick. I was able to get in and out on my lunch break. The atmosphere was friendly and Shannon did a great job explaining my cars issue. Definitely come here if you are ever needing car help!

The last ten years I’ve had my work vehicles serviced at the Big O in J-Town. I am definitely a regular at this location. Shawn has been great to work with. He is honest and someone I can trust. Shawn always goes above beyond to make my customer experience good. Billy, and Shannon are great as well. I would highly recommend this location for you automobile needs.

Shannon Duncan, the manager has always been helpful, respectful and attentive to all of my needs, problems and questions.
