Big O Tires

Received a coupon welcoming us to the neighborhood….. what is should read is “here is a price so low there is no way we will honor it, even though both Ogden locations are listed on the coupon……..best they could do at one location was DOUBLE the coupon price. The other location was TRIPLE……I fully understood my vehicle takes 3 more quarts of oil than the coupon and was willing to pay a reasonable price for the extra, not double the price……. Don’t waste your time at Big O….. it’s the big bait and switch.

This store over charges compares to other stores. I went in to have my car serviced. They did not attach the undercarriage and so driving to SLC the plastic front part fell. Twice I had to pull over and get under the car to push the plastic into something so k could just get it into the bountiful Big O. The guy there was fast, kind and told me that they did not attach it back n place. He fixed their problem and will bring it back to bountiful even though it’s further away to have them continue to make things right. He said he has my back. Hmmm interesting. Never got that kind of above standard treatment from them. Save your money time energy and future problems and go to Brigham city or bountiful. This Cost me time from my job when I could have been making and added stress - all because of incompetency and or laziness.

The guys at Big O did a fantastic job working on my car! I got new tires & an alignment done, which was desperately needed!! They were professional & very friendly!
