Paris Baguette

Bought a chocolate chiffon cake on Thursday early evening to celebrate a birthday on Friday. I kept the cake refrigerated right away until we took it out for the celebration. Before purchasing, I had asked the employee at the store if their cakes were really fresh and not days old as their cakes in the past used to be very dry and seemingly old. The employee ensured me that all cakes were fresh. I took out the cake on Friday only to find that their "fresh" cake had completely molded strawberries on them. The picture isn't very clear, but the two strawberries have fuzzy white and green mold on it. FUZZY, WHITE, GREEN MOLD. Never going to Paris baguette again. Their cakes are over double the amount they used to be too. Truly disappointing, shows how long they must keep these cakes stashed in, they probably swap the fruits around from cakes that didn't sell.

I stop by here whenever I come to HMart. They got a decent variety of pastries. Among the ones I tried, I like the crab meat croquette, and the small soft cheese cake is surprisingly good.

As for their red bean bun and twisted donut, it’s unpleasantly too sweet. I also tried the peanut bread and although it had some of the peanut butter flavor, it was average. It tasted more like simple sugar bread.

It’s pretty expensive considering how small some of the breads are and their weak coffee. Service was good though, there was a young lady with the bleached hair who was very sweet.

My mother and I bought a cake and pastries from here. I am not from nj so anytime I visit my mother I am excited to come here. My mother asked if the cake was fresh due to getting a cake earlier in the month from here and it being dry. Miguel already seemed annoyed with her question so I wanted to leave not feeling very welcome there after she asked a simple question but she wanted to get me the cake anyways. It’s a shame that her wanting to ensure she has a fresh cake is annoying to the employees here. We were going to sit there and enjoy the pastries we got but I wanted to just leave after that.  She asked if a knife and candles were included and Miguel said he put them in there, when she asked for 22 candles he just kept saying he can’t give 22 single candles and gave her plenty (10 candles) once again sounded annoyed and just repeated the same thing twice. I told her let’s go because I hate dealing with employees that aren’t friendly and he was not friendly from the start. It’s a shame that a $46 dollar cake can’t come with 22 cheap candles especially after we just spent $75. Everytime I have ever bought a cake I am always asked how many candles are needed, not just a random number thrown in the bag. We will not make the mistake in coming here again, I’ll stick with the bakery in little ferry, better products and customer service.

Bakery is good but I wish someone teach the employees how they will make cappuccino, it was like regular coffee no foam.

We LOVED our surprise birthday confetti cake. It tasted delicious and the confetti/chocolate candy center was a huge hit with kids and parents! Joelimarie was absolutely fantastic with her customer service! Thank you, Joelimarie! She helped us customize this cake with the pink frosting and extra piping. All we had to do was add unicorns and candles.

Have been visiting this coffee shop lately. Really like the fresh pastries 🍰. They also have birthday cakes 🎂 sandwiches 🥪 😋, Whole Grain and Raisin Bread . Stephanie is very nice 👌. Good 👍 wifi if you want to bring your computer. Plenty of seating inside and out in the Summer months.

Delicious bakery! It is a clean location with ample seating inside and out. We dined in and each person gets their own tong to use when selecting from an assortment of baked good. The ham and cheese croissant was very fresh. Next time, we will get one of their cakes. They all look tasty. We have had the fresh bread and the mini garlic croissants (must have). Looking forward to our next visit.

It’s a nice place I’m glad it exists; they have a good selection, relatively convenient, cool atmosphere I like that it’s right around the corner from my house etc - but the food is really just a 3.0/5.0 for me. Some of the pastries with cream and fruit are pretty good, but it’s really otherwise just mid, especially with all of the top notch Italian and other higher end bakeries around the area.

What is wonderful experience. I loved every minute of coming here. Once alone and my 2nd time was with a friend. This place is very similar with many coffee and patisserie houses in Europe. It's nice an spacious and very well lit. It is perfect. I liked how orderly everything was. It was a joy to be here. I am so glad I decided to come here.

A great stop for baked good cravings. The cream doughnuts and cream puffs are stuffed to the brim with delicious filling. The mochi doughnuts are soft and chewy with the right amount of topping. I have had the hot chocolate several times, and the it is a rich flavor that pairs well with any milk and most flavored syrups. The cakes are not too sweet, a grrat treat for those who do not like overly sweet treats.

I just had to come on here and thank Sam for a pleasant experience. They did not have the cake I had ordered and Sam was so patient, understanding, and kind in helping me choose another one. Very rare to find this type of customer service nowadays. That wonderful person deserves a raise, promotion; something!

5 stars all around! I need a cake slightly customized for a friends engagement, and Il-jun and Yesenia were wonderful. I came in super last minute about a cake (literally like 2 days before I needed it) and Il-Jun was nothing but positive, bright, and did not give me any trouble. My request wasn't all that complicated, but it is something that would've taken an extra bit of effort and he shared his personal cell # with me to update me, everything was done on time, and the cake looked perfect. This is definitely the best location ;) Thank you PB staff!!

This is the very first París Baguette I ever visited I couldn’t believe I haven’t reviewed it! Awesome location right next to my favorites restaurants so, perfect for dessert. Best cappuccino and obviously best cakes. The cronut is so delicious! Over all great bakery.

Excellent selection of fresh, delicious pastries, sandwiches and salads. The coffee and teas(hot or iced) are both top shelf. The cakes are amazing!
The employees and management, William, Kim & Il Jun are very friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful and accomodating. Nice, relaxing cafe atmosphere with good music. We always enjoy our visits here.

The manager Iljun is exceptional and provided excellent customer service. I had placed an order for a cake for my coworkers cake and picked it up later than what I had anticipated. He had everything ready for me and made sure I was a happy customer. He is very personable and is a great asset to the company. This is my favorite bakery and def my go to. I definitely will be going back. We need more people like Iljun!

Poke Rice

As many times as I've eaten here over the years and forgot to post my original poke bowl place. Which, of course, I still eat their. Always fresh ingredients and good people working there. This is always my go-to poke bowl and will never change.
Mixed greens, brown rice, 3 orders of chicken,  cucumbers, kale, crab salad, seaweed, tomatoes, mushrooms, spicy mayo, sesame seed, cilantro and garlic chips.
Sometimes avocado, every now and then. Try one. Trust me, you will like it.

Great option to choose Zucchini noodles, because I wasn't in a mood for rice and wanted to eat less carb ad possible. Fish quality was not that great as the price you pay, what are you expecting at poke place, lol. But by the way, I ENJOY most of the ingredients they mix up for me for my poke salad.

Food is good, a lot of beverage options, and the interior is just perfect.

I ordered spicy salmon poke. As a pokeholic, the sensation of “poke bowl” actually lies on just regular salmon. As an Asian, the “spicy”-ness actually just feels underrated, but it’s friendly for non-Asians.

You can find a lot of beverage on the side corner: Ito en (unsweetened green tea, which is my favorite), uncarbonated Calpico, some sodas, and mineral water.

The inside ambiance just feels right and leverage your appetite to enjoy typical poke bowl restaurant. Located near the intersection, you can always see people passing by. More importantly, it’s just 2-min walk from subway station.

This place is a day hack! Sneak a healthy meal with no effort and fair pricing! Pick what you want, Chipotle style… Pro tip: Substitute rice with Zucchini noodles, say yes to the complementary miso soup! This place is a WIN!

My first time here, this place is right around the corner from where I work. I gave them a call to ask about different options and the person who picked up was really helpful and kind. When I walked in to place an order in person, everything was clean and well maintained. All the ingredients looked fresh and tasted amazing. I had a spicy tuna poke with a side of yellowtail and OMG! Haven't had a good poke in a long time so this felt. I am definitely coming back here to try other items! It is a must visit restaurant whenever you find yourself in West Village!!

I went here after a friend told me it was his favorite coffee spot in the city and I was not disappointed.

The shop itself is filled to the brim with coffee and has a unique old world feel that you aren’t likely to find in any other coffee shop in Manhattan. Personally, I found it very charming. The selection is seemingly endless and I don’t know how you could walk out of here without finding a coffee you’ll enjoy.

I ordered a Cappuccino and was very happy with it. It has a strong coffee taste that contrasted perfectly with the steamed milk. Most spots ib NY can’t seem to get the ration right. Came out at the perfect temperature and they actualled filled the cup all the way which I appreciate!

These guys know there stuff when it comes to coffee and I highly recommend you come here if you’re a coffee lover.

What an incredible place! The smell of the coffee beans as soon as you walk in drives you crazy. You'll want to try every single kind.

It’s a Disneyland for coffee lovers! As you soon as you are outside the door you can smell the lovely coffee aromas coming through from inside! We went there on a recommendation especially to try their coffee on our recent visit to NY and were not disappointed! The neighbourhood should be lucky to have a shop like this around , a whole variety of coffee available to buy from! They have small coffee counter at the back where you can order a cup a of coffee! We ordered lattes and were not disappointed!

looked like a really interesting shop with lots of coffee varieties so ventured in to buy some beans. start was unfortunately unfriendly, although not too big of an issue. Bought a bag of 'new orleans' blend and asked for whole beans. thoroughly shocked to discover back home that it was mixed in with a ton of ground beans that were stale and even stuck together. I have never seen ground beans mixed in with whole beans ever. perhaps to make up the weight. the beans themselves were stale beyond anything. when asked how long ago they roasted it they said 2 weeks but this level of staleness has to be at least 2 months or more. really poor business practice to do such a thing. tried sieving out the mixed grounds but it was futile and decided to throw everything away.

This store also does espresso machine repairs. They are THE BEST repair people you could ever ask for. Juan has serviced my La Pavoni machine multiple times and each time has perfectly fixed it, in a timely fashion, and has gone way above and beyond in providing world class service. If you have an espresso machine which needs repair, you can trust these guys.

I love this place. Always producing some of the best coffee in NYC, both filter and espresso, latte, flat white. You name it! Great lessons. Great products for sale. Go and be happy with your coffee! Sun hits the bench around 1020 if you want to warm up :) 💕💕💕

Superlative coffee shop with an emphasis on small-batch roasts. The ship has a few fresh pastries and cookies; a few counter stools; and a bench outside.

Most of the shop is a research and  training facility for the Joe chain of coffee shops: you will see baristas and roasters focused on developing recipes, developing skills, and working with retail partners.

Joe Pro has a large selection of coffee beans for sale from roasters around the world, as well as their own coffees.

The shop also sells equipment for home coffee preparation.

Loved the whole coffee workshop experience and it’s price friendly. Hopefully they’ll have more series with latte art!

If you're a coffee fiend it's probably a decent hipster-obsessive-about-stimulants kind of place I gather from their postings about tours and classes and all the Breaking Bad-looking paraphernalia. I stopped in on a cold rainy day for a matcha latte with oat mylk. For $6 with tax and tip I got a kid-sized cup, maybe almost when it's grown up it could aspire to be 6 ounces, and grow some matcha flavor.

It’s good. But it’s so expensive. Don’t except even a tea for under $4.

Teaspoon Santa Rosa

I am pleased with the option's at this new place! The customer service was nice and answered all my questions. They offer organic milk, sugar free options (honey substitute!) and they have bamboo straws instead of plastic.

I got the Taro Lover & the Liquid Gold. As someone who grew up with real taro, I appreciate the slow cooked chunks in the drink, very nostalgic and fun!

I will return. Also downloading their app is an immediate free drink bonus plus birthday drink! My birthday is this week so I'm glad I get to come back again:)

And the Asian population rejoice. Good variety of drinks in their pre-made selections and you can also custom make your own. It's a soft opening so service was a little slow. Music was a little loud. However, the location is convenient and the drinks scratches the boba itch. I hope it sticks around.

Cool new boba shop. Very polite staff with an easy to read menu. I got the Matcha Royale with strawberry, but next time I will go with light strawberry since it was very sweet. It looked pretty and blended well with the drink so I can’t complain. Thanks ⭐️

I had a classic Thai tea an I'm just going to say it was ok, I have had better it tasted watery.  An the $4 snowman cookie I got for my 4 year old was really cold an hard I don't know why your cookies are in a refrigerator. I got a slice of the red velvet cake $4.50 for a friend's birthday an the cake was so gross it tasted old an the guy at teaspoon put the slice of cake in a pastry bag so the frosting stuck to the bag I recommend putting stuff with frosting in a small container.

Lavazza

Hours are incorrect. Came in an hour before the listed closing time; the doors were open, people were around, and there was no sign indicating they were closed. But when I waited at the counter the employee very rudely just said "we're closed." When I acted surprised he just repeated "we're closed" in a very condescending voice like I was stupid. Tried to let him know that I think their hours are wrong on Google maps and he just walked away while I was in the middle of talking. I don't think I was mean or anything, it was honestly a little hurtful

Woah the ticketing area for the regal has been transformed to a full service LavAzza coffee shop and I’m very happy with this change. Any size brewed coffee for only $1 before 4pm! They also have a seating area with outlets for people to chill and do work/charge their phones. Saw this randomly while walking around today and HAD to stop in to get a coffee. Solid fresh brew. Way better than sbux and Dunkin.

Never got a chance to try their food, the service had bad communication and turned his back as I wanted to order, no one else was there.

Not at all what is should be. Tastleless croissant and un drinkable cappuccino (burning hot and tasteless). Lavazza should not lend its name to this

We got the frozen coffee and the frozen mocha and they were nasty we immediately trashed them. Save your money

I like PB, it always has good pastries.
This location is more for pickups though because the atmosphere here feels dirty and other Pbs I been to were much cleaner.

This location has really cute seating areas though and I loved the huge mirror on the ceiling.

This bakery was close to my hotel so I liked stopping here frequently to get coffee or a pastry. They are pretty well stocked during the day with a wide selection of sweet or savory offerings. There are juices and teas and coffee. I never sat inside but it looked cozy enough. The staff was very lively and fun. I like that they stay open late.

Visited there with friends once, and were mesmerized by how pretty the pastries were. The bustling energy is so calming and exciting, with good service. Although I have to say, there were a lot of trash on the ground but it's not the biggest concern since it is, you know, Manhattan.

Decent and cute coffee shop in NYC. The best part is their food and pastries. They have so many exquisite variety to offer. If you are in and around NYC, do visit. Love their Frappes!! Their roll cakes are Wow and no one makes like them, must try!

Love their soft cream cake and their croquettes. Very great service as well.
