The kiosk may need to be updated. We ordered the lychee on lychee drink which has lychee jelly included.. the kiosk also mentioned that... but the next option is to add topping so we chose no topping because we don't want to add any additional topping.. well the drink ended up having no topping whatsoever. Pretty much paid for a full drink only to lose out on the topping.

The pear-adise drink isn't bad though. I recommend not going 0% sweet on that one.

Creamy Jasmine and and grasshopper are my two top drinks so far, depending on if I’m in a milk tea or fruity drink mood.

Liquid gold is a solid drink if you like the roasted flavour, and caramel cream is decadent and sweet (although I wish there was a milk tea version, as this one only contains milk)

My husband and I went to the teaspoon location in San Francisco on Polk street on 9/10/23. We placed our order online and my husband went in to pick up our order. We left and had to come right back as our drink was full of ice, we took one sip and our drink was half way gone, we’ve been to many teaspoon locations and have never received a drink with so much ice and so little juice. My husband went inside and patiently waited until the girl working came up to him, he let her know that there’s to much ice and we would like light ice, this girl server was very rude and irritated at our request and said they can’t do it, my husband asked why not and she said that is how it is made it can’t be changed, a male server walked over and he said , okay no problem we will do this for you. After a few minutes the girl server brought our drink, set the drink down and threw the straw at my husband as you can see everything on surveillance cameras which will be asked for by our lawyers as we’re filing a lawsuit for Personal Injury. My husband has Severe PTSD, he became shocked and humiliated in front of customers and employees and started walking out the door and realized this server was extremely rude and disrespectful, he threw the drink in the trash can by the exit door as he was disgusted at her behavior towards a customer, she gave my husband a half empty cup and tossed the straw at my husband, my husband walked out the door and then immediately turned around and came back and asked for the girls name, she refused and my husband took her picture since she refused to provide her name, which put my husband in a very uncomfortable position to have to take a picture of a young women in front of all the customers and employees. We wrote a google review right after this incident explaining what happened and the shocking service provided and the outrageous behavior from this girl.  We also seen multiple bad reviews of the rudeness other customers have received from this specific girl. San Francisco city will not stand for such a behavior of any business towards customers with disabilities and who have Severe PTSD from a war.
My husband suffers from Severe PTSD, he was put in an extremely uncomfortable and hostile position, my husband was nothing but kind and respectful to both workers and there were other workers that witnessed everything that happened. My husband was put in a position of violent behavior, triggered his severe PTSD, caused anxiety and couldn’t sleep. He was shocked at what happened as was I and other family members who found out later that day. My husband was stressed over this incident the entire day, he was in a dysregulated state unable to calm down and still is upset at how he was treated and how he felt afterwards and till this day. My husband was treated unfair and humiliated in front of other customers. This has given my husband such a horrible experience he now refuses to go to any business that does not allow him to order and pay online and have curbside delivery to him, he orders everything online now and waits in his car for it to be brought to him, this has caused a dramatic change in his life and mine and he will be starting therapy again because of this incident. We will be filing a personal injury lawsuit and would like to be contacted by the correct representative. We will be boycotting this establishment as well as protesting to shut down this established.

I tried the watermelon juice that was absolutely delicious, and customized to less sweet. And it had delicious little bits of crunchy seeds at the bottom. My friend got one of the snow ice desserts which was also quite delicious. And the service was fantastic!

I didn't want to leave empty handed so I decided to try the Seasonal Silk Strawberry - milk, strawberry jam, and honey boba. I should have expected that it tasted like strawberry milk based on the ingredients...

Paris Baguette

Great new location with very tasty food. Just as delicious as in the city. Awesome sweets wnd you can watch them as they bake and design beautiful cakes.

Highly recommend.

Update: having read a few other reviews, I wanted to add something. We have gone every time with our children, and we have always had good experiences. Not only do our kids love going there, the staff has always been kind of our kids. Even if my young one goes up to ask for water, staff always helps out in a friendly manner.

Update 2: Paris Baguette is always good. Went late this evening, and food was still tasty.

Quaint little place where one can enjoy great coffee, sandwiches that are prepared fresh daily, assorted unique pastries, & cakes. Their cakes are beautifully designed. Among my favorites are: Mocha cake slice, Chocolate Strawberry slice, Strawberry Soft Cream slice.
If you are in the area stop in and enjoy 😊

customer service here is always so bad.

i think the people that work the cashier are kids but they need to be trained on how to be professional and provide good customer service.

every time I visit, they never ask me if i'm staying or doing take out- they just tell me my total. I've also never been to a PB where the cashiers don't bag my food when i do take out?

they also just point to the scanner when i show them my phone.. they also always take their sweet time talking to each other instead of checking people out.

I love this bakery shop.  The pastries are so delicious as well as the coffee.  It’s a great space for breakfast and quick meetings.

It’s my go to for doing emails and quick meetings.

Biscuits Cafe

1. Country Omelet - was really good.. and it's stuff with meat and veggies.. it's really good.. Highly recommend..
2. Red potatoes - could have been more crispy.. they were on the soft side..
3. English muffin was toasted perfectly with butter..
4. Bloody Mary w/ bacon - was pretty good.. alittle spicy,  but I liked it.. pretty expensive.. I think it was around $13..

The service was great.. I would definitely come back to this place..

The food was good.  The service started out great then he just disappeared for quite a while, so our beverage to food ratio was way off.  I got the chicken fried steak with loaded hash browns, scrambled eggs, and pancakes.  The boy got chicken fried chicken, eggs over easy, red potatoes, and biscuits.  The gravy has WAY too much flour.  The red potatoes were not fully cooked.  The steak and chicken were very good, the loaded hash browns were yummy.  The biscuit and pancake were very fluffy and good.  The strawberry preserves was very tasty.  My youngest got fruity pebbles french toast and devoured it.  My oldest got avocado Benny and loved it.

I had the chicken fried steak with eggs, potatoes, and toast. Everything was cooked properly and the gravy was actually good. The biscuits with soft and fluffy with a nice crust. They came with't either jam or preserves and butter which made them especially nice to eat

Breakfast… food was excellent. Atmosphere…. It’s a strip mall spot - ok. Middle aged female waiting tables - not friendly. Just ignore her and enjoy the food!

We had a good experience on New Years Day.  Our waitress, she was so friendly and efficient, and the place was very busy with only two waitstaff on duty. She remained, although swamped, very kind and joyful. Breakfast was good!  The biscuits....yum!  I'd definitely return.

Sometimes it is hit or miss for the assortment of pastries they offer. It is not that they have all their assortment available at all times... It is often very noisy... They offer the cream for their coffee in the carton package. Quite tacky. I question if they clean their tongue used for picking up the pastries by the customers.

Their basic sandwiches are plain and they offer no condiments to make them taste any good. A plain dry sandwich is gross to me. It's like eating pasta with no sauce. Put out some mustard and mayo packets please.

Warm and welcoming little coffee and pastry shop in the shopping center.

You can walk through the different pastries, scones, doughnuts, breads and desserts like a buffet line and pick the ones you want with your own wax paper, tray and tongs.

I really like that they clearly display both the price of the item plus the calories in each item
for customers to decide

The area of improvement: giving 3 ⭐ because of the cleanliness of this spot in Millbrae, tables are often dirty, the restroom smells bad.

This is a great place to come into to get a coffee and a sweet yummy pastry. Then work on some studying and lab top tip work.  I really enjoy  great patio to enjoy the wonderful weather out here in the bay area and the conferrable bench seating to relax when it a little bit colder...
I also find this a great spot for cosual meeting on zoom.
I don't think I haven't a pastry 🍰🎂 that I didn't like. They have such a veritas that I can try something new and sweet ever time I come in.

Honey Baked Ham of Middletown

Honey baked Ham in Middletown for a start has a beautiful indoor dining area, as well as the great customer service that made me feel at home. My ham was delicious and even gave the roasted Turkey breast a try and was amazing. The help at the front desk was superb, i was Helped by a young man named Jake.

My sister was unable to do thanksgiving dinner this year after 48 years.. I stepped up!! I never made a turkey in my life!! I immediately thought of honey baked ham as I know for a fact their ham is the best!!!!! I called and ordered a cooked 13lb smoked turkey, a cooked 13lb oven roasted turkey and a baked ham!!!!! All was easy to heat up as they told me exactly what to do!! It was a hit!!! Everyone ate more turkey then ever and my sister said it was better than hers! She’s going to follow my idea next year!!THANK YOU HONEY BAKED HAM, THANK YOU KEITH AND CARMINE!!!! Best thanksgiving ever!

Usually, the ham has a sugary glaze on it. When I picked up a 7 lb ham the Saturday before Christmas this time, it wasn't glazed. I ordered it in advance and I was very disappointed. The hame was $68. I usually like their hams. This time, not so much.

We've been going here for decades and the food never disappoints.  It's a family owned business and the quality of their food surpasses other places selling similar food (their ham salad is amazing,  and we've always ordered our holiday hams and smoked turkey through them.  Occasionally,  we order a half ham for weekend dinners but you can also purchase them by the slice).

My favorite thing about this place is how clean it is. It’s is immaculate inside. Great for a quick sit-down sandwich. Fabulous roast beef.

Excellent little cafe! 5 ⭐ find! My brother-in-law bought us a mango cake from here that just blew our minds! Incredibly tasty. Just got a cheesecake and a few pastries. Top notch, prices are a bit on the higher side for cake but well worth it if you have a sweet tooth😉🤝🏼

5 STAR PASTRY-DESSERT SHOP, AND THEY HAVE A NICE LITTLE AREA WHERE YOU CAN SIT WITH WINDOW SEATING OR IN THE SHOP👍🏻

I love going to this bakery with family to have breakfast and drink coffee. All kinds of pastries, cakes, breads, salads and sandwiches are delicious, fresh and arranged in an orderly manner. It has a large space inside and outside the bakery and is clean. There is a car park, where the staff is personable and attentive. It's a great place to eat and relax.

Paris Baguette is a cross between a bakery and a lunch spot. They have all sorts of treats here. The harvest chicken salad from the refridge was too oniony for my liking. The packaged breads however are delicious. The croissant donut is delish too but a little sweet so be aware. They have cakes too if interested. This shop is hidden in the back of the plaza but it was solid. 3 stars.

Bakery with relaxing music in a large, clean space with beautifully placed pastries, cakes, breads, salads, and sandwiches. The staff members were personable and attentive. It's a great place to eat and relax.

Delicious croissant and sandwiches. Beautiful cakes to try next time. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. Will return.

Teaspoon Corte Madera

We got catering through Teaspoon for a party of 150 people and everything from the initial request to the email exchanges to the pick up went so smoothly and everything was professionally and excellently executed.

We ordered 4 tea travelers of Liquid Gold, 3 Creamy Jasmine, and 3 Assam Black tea - all 25% sweet. Each traveller came with a topping so we chose 5 honey boba, 3 egg pudding, and 2 strawberry heart jellies. We got our own ice on the side and they gave us everything else including straws, cups, and lids.

The owner even gave us tips on how to serve the items so that it would be easy for guests and the proper way of storing everything (no putting boba in the fridge!). We ended up getting drink dispensers and pouring it all into them but the travelers were so high quality, that I would suggest skipping that step (it really was only for the aesthetic but the travelers are cute too). We also put some cute stickers on the cups to let people differentiate their drinks and to go along with the theme ($5 for like 100 stickers on Amazon).

We even had some extra tea and toppings and we served then the next day at church and it allowed for another 30 people to be happily satisfied. The whole thing was a hit and we will definitely be doing this again when we have a special occasion to celebrate. Or even for some low-key get-togethers since it really is a good deal!! It probably came up to $1.50 a guest since, with ice, people had like 2 rounds each. They all had a blast. Thank you so much!!

Great location, lots of seating, but the boba was bland and watery. (Ordered the house milk tea). We couldn't finish it because it was like drinking water. So many other boba shops have stronger and more complex tea flavors.

The boba was great as per usual. However, I had a bad experience with a server. I struggled to take my card out of my wallet and it took a minute or two and the girl working the register, Sofi, aggressively asked, “So are you gonna pay?!” Not only that but she gave me and my colleague dirty looks. I was baffled by the disrespect and grabbed my drinks and left.

Very good boba! And I love how kind the staff are, they are smiling and super kind. The man who took my order seems to take an effort to learn everyone's name which is super amazing. I will stop by next time I'm in Corte Madera!

Was good the first time but my drink was super water down then tried to get it fixed but got attitude from the girl and even got the order wrong

Koffee Express

The customer service is awesome, they go above and beyond. The product is first class and reasonable in price. In several years of business dealings Koffee Express has never failed to impress me with their dedication to their customers. Great Job people!!!!!!

I been happy with the Pods I ordered. The Chocolate Raspberry has a strong yummy flavor and armour stays in kitchen. The service is amazing comes quickly and packaged well.  I highly recommend.

My husband and I love Kahlua Coffee but it is hard to find in our area. I was delighted to discover Koffee Express online. I now order our two favorites: Kahlua Original and French Vanilla. The best part for me is the service. I order my coffee in the morning and within a few hours I get an order confirmation and then an email saying my order has shipped. Within a few days I have my coffee with free shipping. The one time there was an error on my order, Koffee Express corrected it immediately. I wish all the companies I order from were as courteous, helpful and prompt.

I purchased an overpriced liquid concentrate horchata mix from Koffee Express, the brand was Muy Refresco de Tropical, paid $23.  I usually pay $11 for a 1/2 gal, however I wanted to have a trusted supplier that I could count on, since my local supplier was very inconsistent with their stock.  The horchata mix was terrible and had a strong bad chemical taste.  My clients returned their drinks and I had to remove it from my menu.  I requested a refund twice and got the run around by asking if I was  using the correct mixture ratio, which I was. After only 14 days of being in contact with Koffee Express and a couple of emails, Koffee Express has showing me they are lying to their company mission statement because they have:
1.- been unable to show unparalleled passion and commitment to exceptional customer service.
2.- I have not had the best shopping experience.
3.- The product I purchased was not premium quality.
4.- Were not able to make my experience seamless.
5.- They have shown their goal IS NOT to make customers happy, but unhappy.
6.- You have made KOFFEE EXPRESS the worst coffee seller.

I Love Koffee Express! I found coffee on the website that's been so hard to find and the price was good. The shipping was great and easy to track as well as tracking notifications they send too. The packaging was A+. I will definitely be  buying more coffee in the  future!

McDonald's

This McDonalds Restaurant location was very busy at the time we entered, but the staff was friendly, courteous and worked with a sense of urgency. There was ample handicap parking with large spaces for accessible vehicles and plenty of tables with ample space for wheelchair access. The food took a bit longer, but was served up hot and fresh with a smile directly to our table. My hubby commented on the freshness of the English muffin. The music in the dining room was very pleasant and not abrasive to the listener. The dining room was clean and updated with pleasant colors. The four star instead of five is specifically due to McDonald’s corporate push towards automation. We prefer to order with someone with a smile and hello.

This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to a few in my life. The food was so disgusting that I had to spit it out and only wished I had a toothbrush to clean my mouth out. I ordered 2 Filet-o-Fish cook to order or made fresh. All they did was re-cook the fish and the bun. And I ordered extra tarter sauce and didn't get squat. I've worked at a McDonald's off and on my whole life as well as eating there for over 40 years now and that is no was to make a fish sandwich much less the way I ordered it. What a waste. Don't go there. I certainly won't!!

Watched the manager, arguing with a doordash driver because they gave the order he was picking up to another driver and wouldn't help him get the order right. Sad to see a manager wouldn't help the guy who was wearing a combat veterans hat. Sad to see a guy with disabled veteran plates on his car have to argue with a manager while he is just trying to make money and feed his family. We appreciate your service even if the employees who work here don't appreciate or respect veterans.

Ordered through the drive thru. Very pleasant employees. Our order was wrong, ordered a quarter pounder with extra pickles. Not one pickle on the sandwich. Too much ketchup and mustard on it. Also Worst big Mac I've had . Fries were lukewarm.

Everytime I visit I have to pull out of the drive thru line and park and they'll be nobody in line behind me then when trying to back out of the parking spots it usually creates a situation with someone speeding around the building, this is not necessary. WHY?
When I asked the person in the window they had a nasty attitude. I just don't understand why you have to do buisness this way. 😕

Bought smoked Salmon cream cheese stuffed croissant but there was very or no smoke salmon. Only the flavor of smoke salmon. The curry croquette was really greasy and the strawberry soft cream cake was more cream and very little strawberry. The pepperoni Pizzetta and the pastry frank were ok. Again all with lots of fats and very oily

Ordered some catering and a cake for a wedding banquet. The croissants were a hit amongst our family members and the cake was delicious. The staff members were beyond amazing helping my mother in law and myself. When we picked up the items, it was raining quite hard and one of the staff members helped us take the cake to our car.

The sign says almond croissant with raspberry. One would think the fillings would be moist almond filling. Didn't realize it was stuffed with nasty preserved super-sweet raspberry jam spread. Never again!

Such a wide variety of baked goods!!! Everything is absolutely delicious and not too expensive. And of course you can’t go wrong with their classic French baguettes! They have also have great coffee and lattes. Overall it was a fun experience!

Honestly, with the amount they are charging for the food and drinks you would expect better quality. I took three sips of my drink and it's already almost halfway done. You're scamming people by charging almost $6 for a large drink then filling it up with barely any liquid and 80% ice. Same goes for the pastries, one mediocre pastry will fetch you for $6 as well.
