Hours are incorrect. Came in an hour before the listed closing time; the doors were open, people were around, and there was no sign indicating they were closed. But when I waited at the counter the employee very rudely just said "we're closed." When I acted surprised he just repeated "we're closed" in a very condescending voice like I was stupid. Tried to let him know that I think their hours are wrong on Google maps and he just walked away while I was in the middle of talking. I don't think I was mean or anything, it was honestly a little hurtful

Woah the ticketing area for the regal has been transformed to a full service LavAzza coffee shop and I’m very happy with this change. Any size brewed coffee for only $1 before 4pm! They also have a seating area with outlets for people to chill and do work/charge their phones. Saw this randomly while walking around today and HAD to stop in to get a coffee. Solid fresh brew. Way better than sbux and Dunkin.

Never got a chance to try their food, the service had bad communication and turned his back as I wanted to order, no one else was there.

Not at all what is should be. Tastleless croissant and un drinkable cappuccino (burning hot and tasteless). Lavazza should not lend its name to this

We got the frozen coffee and the frozen mocha and they were nasty we immediately trashed them. Save your money
