The kiosk may need to be updated. We ordered the lychee on lychee drink which has lychee jelly included.. the kiosk also mentioned that... but the next option is to add topping so we chose no topping because we don't want to add any additional topping.. well the drink ended up having no topping whatsoever. Pretty much paid for a full drink only to lose out on the topping. The pear-adise drink isn't bad though. I recommend not going 0% sweet on that one.

Favorite bubble tea in the area! I’ve visited 5 times already in the last month… my boba cravings are adequately satisfied here :) Creamy Jasmine and and grasshopper are my two top drinks so far, depending on if I’m in a milk tea or fruity drink mood. Liquid gold is a solid drink if you like the roasted flavour, and caramel cream is decadent and sweet (although I wish there was a milk tea version, as this one only contains milk)

Hello, My husband and I went to the teaspoon location in San Francisco on Polk street on 9/10/23. We placed our order online and my husband went in to pick up our order. We left and had to come right back as our drink was full of ice, we took one sip and our drink was half way gone, we’ve been to many teaspoon locations and have never received a drink with so much ice and so little juice. My husband went inside and patiently waited until the girl working came up to him, he let her know that there’s to much ice and we would like light ice, this girl server was very rude and irritated at our request and said they can’t do it, my husband asked why not and she said that is how it is made it can’t be changed, a male server walked over and he said , okay no problem we will do this for you. After a few minutes the girl server brought our drink, set the drink down and threw the straw at my husband as you can see everything on surveillance cameras which will be asked for by our lawyers as we’re filing a lawsuit for Personal Injury. My husband has Severe PTSD, he became shocked and humiliated in front of customers and employees and started walking out the door and realized this server was extremely rude and disrespectful, he threw the drink in the trash can by the exit door as he was disgusted at her behavior towards a customer, she gave my husband a half empty cup and tossed the straw at my husband, my husband walked out the door and then immediately turned around and came back and asked for the girls name, she refused and my husband took her picture since she refused to provide her name, which put my husband in a very uncomfortable position to have to take a picture of a young women in front of all the customers and employees. We wrote a google review right after this incident explaining what happened and the shocking service provided and the outrageous behavior from this girl. We also seen multiple bad reviews of the rudeness other customers have received from this specific girl. San Francisco city will not stand for such a behavior of any business towards customers with disabilities and who have Severe PTSD from a war. My husband suffers from Severe PTSD, he was put in an extremely uncomfortable and hostile position, my husband was nothing but kind and respectful to both workers and there were other workers that witnessed everything that happened. My husband was put in a position of violent behavior, triggered his severe PTSD, caused anxiety and couldn’t sleep. He was shocked at what happened as was I and other family members who found out later that day. My husband was stressed over this incident the entire day, he was in a dysregulated state unable to calm down and still is upset at how he was treated and how he felt afterwards and till this day. My husband was treated unfair and humiliated in front of other customers. This has given my husband such a horrible experience he now refuses to go to any business that does not allow him to order and pay online and have curbside delivery to him, he orders everything online now and waits in his car for it to be brought to him, this has caused a dramatic change in his life and mine and he will be starting therapy again because of this incident. We will be filing a personal injury lawsuit and would like to be contacted by the correct representative. We will be boycotting this establishment as well as protesting to shut down this established.

I tried the watermelon juice that was absolutely delicious, and customized to less sweet. And it had delicious little bits of crunchy seeds at the bottom. My friend got one of the snow ice desserts which was also quite delicious. And the service was fantastic!

04/01/21 When I visited, they didn't have Snow available... I didn't want to leave empty handed so I decided to try the Seasonal Silk Strawberry - milk, strawberry jam, and honey boba. I should have expected that it tasted like strawberry milk based on the ingredients...
