Bad experience. To close the business, they lie in November, saying that there will be no promotions in December. In new cars they want to deliver 2024 models with high mileage. Since it is 2024, they should deliver with a godmother and not transport them by road.

Do not spend your money here, their customer service is horrible. I went in to buy backwoods which he then asked for my ID for and I was going to present to him. I wanted to feel them first because sometimes the packs are stale and he said “no” then I responded with I don’t even want them anymore & he tried to gaslight me saying it was “my choice” after he was rude to me. I came there all the time but that will definitely be my last time spending money since they don’t know how to treat their customers. It wasn’t the fact that he needed my ID it was the delivery and how he could have said it in a better tone.

My favorite all time store to get any kind of tobacco product along with cigars. Great customer service the store is always clean and stocked properly and everything is in fashion Lee order

Easy to access parking lot but I did notice the gas pumps seem to be a lot slower than other area gas stations. Filling up my small 13 gallon tank took quite a while.

Super friendly customer service - they have everything from sodas, teas, candy, chips to household goods, hygiene products, and odds and ends. If you’re on the road and need a quick stop, they have it and are so nice every time you visit.

My go to gas station. It has everything you need. The family that works there are so warm and nice. They genuinely care about your day. It's been the only gas station I've been going to for the past year.

Did not see a sign posted anywhere saying there is an almost $100 hold for gas. jsed my debit card and it got me for it when I only got $20 worth. The hold has put a big dent on my wallet until payday, tough for a family of 5. please let your customers know ahead of time. never going there again.

I was waited on MJ and he was helpful and so cordial. I dropped a drink and he didn't blink and told me that it was alright.  He is an exceptional employee.

It is 3:15 pm on Friday April 8th. I stopped to get gas and drinks. I got my drinks and went to the front and the lady that was working was on here phone. I stood there waiting for a good 2 minutes before she said I'll be there in a minute. She also had music playing to the point that you could barely hear her. I told her I want 20 dollars on gas. She put 40.  So I looked at her and said so the drinks where 24 dollars.  She said you said 40 on gas. I said no. I said 20 on gas. Then it seemed like she had an attitude  because she had to redo everything. Was very unhappy. Considering I come and get gas there all the time.

They are a great retailer for all your landscaping equipment needs! I recently called and talked with Dan and asked about a Scag mower and they had one in stock that they were currently putting together. I asked about financing and they got me all setup with a 0% APR 48 month loan thru Sheffield financial in a matter of minutes. Drove there and took the exact mower I asked about for a spin and pulled the trigger and bought it. I'm highly satisfied with my experience and will be a returning customer. After my local dealer closed with retirement of the family members that ran it, I have begun using Suburban Lawn Equipment. To date I have ordered parts online and picked them up in the store with great success for a fair price. I have also purchased an additional mower from them. They were honest about the strengths and weaknesses of the machine as well as the common failure points and price for parts and repair in the event of a failure.  This is a full service shop which has great advantages over a big box store. Staff is polite and friendly with knowledge and experience.

Personal push lawnmower started, but would not cut at all.  Took mower in, staff was very helpful and professional, advised their full tune-up to solve.  Was told 2-3 weeks but they had it done even sooner and did not charge me any fee for storage until I could get to it.  Lawnmower now works like new and looks like new, I will be getting it tuned up here yearly from here on out.

Love this Shell everyone that works there is very friendly atmosphere is amazing the place is clean...they now offer Krispy Krunch chicken besides they make breakfast lunch ...great place you can get gas plus pick up something to eat 😋...And they treat you with respect..

The gas station is a gas station. Not much to say about that. What makes this place special is they have a deli inside with Dietz and Watson premium meats. Their prices for lunch meat and cheese can't be beat. They have sandwiches, subs, cole slaw, potato salad,  macaroni salad and much more.   Very clean and unbeatable prices.

This was one of the best gas stations I'd visited in a long time. The employee were kind and helpful. There are other gas stations nearby, but I like this one since I am always greeted and it is on my route to work. The pricing are reasonable and fair.

The cashier was extremely helpful and nice. He greeted me with his amazing personality like always! The gas is cheap and the discount with Giant is very helpful as well! The Food Mart has everything you are looking for like chips, drinks, milk, candies, and more!! Really the best in that area!!!

Such great customer service here. I love the managers there, they keep my favorite Peach Hibiscus tea in stock unlike many others. They always have it, and I am so thankful for that. I moved to Bear, but I still come to this location because they took care of me.

I'm usually dressed in a suit everywhere I go. This one day due to me only having to run an errand, get my child baby formula, I was dressed in sweats and a hoodie with a 'dad hat' on.

I came in with $4 in quarters and $1 in pennies (left wallet at home scenario), change, to this Shell off of 273, and was denied service by a lady at the counter. There were other individuals talking with the woman at the counter who advised me in a demeaning tone to go elsewhere as the Shell was not a bank, they offered no change etc. These individuals represented the business in no way, shape, or form but seemed to serve as an additional unneeded intermediary/teammate as if I requested something other than gas. When I advised I only needed gas to put the money on the pump, I was denied again several times (4 minimum).

When asking to then justify why I was denied service, no response was given. An individual then came in, asked what was going on, and when I told her, she kindly offered to pay for my gas, that lady then went to her car. The Shell rep then had me count the money and stated to not come back again as this would be the only time she would service me. I was truly trying to understand why they would not accept it as it seemed to me it was not a hassle to put change in a cash register.

It's crazy because I will never support a Shell gas station again and just down the road at the next Shell on 273 by the Christiana Skating Rink I've not only paid with change, but had numerous, positive, engaging conversations with the gentlemen who is often at that shop about starting several businesses.

Upon leaving I told the lady she was disrespectful and advised that's not how you do business. This sheer lack of customer service and treating people like human beings is what is wrong with the world.

No restroom, but it looked like things were under construction so maybe this addition  will be a needed update. My advice if your in need of a good rest stop just go directly across the street.

I never thought I’d own a minivan, let alone one adapted for a handicapped individual. Well unfortunately I had the need to buy one. So after a lot of time searching the web and a visit elsewhere closer to home I arrived up in Bear and closed a deal on a new Pacifica. I live 80 miles away so the majority of conversations were via phone , text, and email. I was fortunate to have dealt with John Garden and that was a major plus. John was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and I’m grateful for his knowledge and expertise helping me along the way. He went above and beyond and his attitude clearly was not just “pushing another vehicle off the lot “ focused. It’s evident that John is customer-centric.  Many thanks John for all your efforts.

From the very first phone call I received from Mobility Works to the completion of my stair lift installation, I have found this company to be a pleasure to work with. My representative,, Trisha, came promptly to my home to look over the installation and price the job. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We felt very comfortable working with her. The install took place within a few days and was completed in an extremely professional way. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. This is definitely a company that is focused on customer service.

TheMobilityWorks establishment has been so kind, courteous and did absolutely outstanding work on our van. I recommend anyone and everyone who has a wheelchair van or needs one to stop and shop here first.

We recently had a Chair Topper installed on our car by Mobility Works. The salesman, John Garden, worked with my husband for a week or more to assure that we got the right Topper. John and the service manager, George Oehler, were there when we arrived to go over the installation and answer any questions that we had regarding installation and maintenance. We would, and do, recommend this company to anyone who has mobility needs.  Everyone we came into contact there was friendly and helpful.  Thank you all for the great service.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars.  Beginning from my visit to the showroom  and ending with the installation of the stair lift for my wife this has been a great experience.  Have a lot going on and can't remember the technician's name but watching him  through the process was like watching a true master of his trade . Hopefully all reading this will never require a lift but if you do these are the people that you want to contact .

Went to spin life new castle , de for information about handicap ramps. Front desk female was very nice and helpful, however the dark haired older female who was supposedly the expert on ramps was very unprofessional and condescending. Needles to say, I did not purchase the ramp at their store. We had previously purchased a scooter from this location and had dealt with a gentlemen who was very nice and professional. I do not recommend this store due to the very unprofessional female we encountered.

Highly disappointed with the service my senior citizen parents received here.  They had my dad's medically required scooter since May for repairs. Once the part was finally received True Mobility decided they could not fix the scooter because water mysteriously accumulated inside the scooter True Mobility had in their possession for the past 3 months. They not only refused to refund the $350 deposit, since no repairs were rendered but they also called my parents to tell them they should be charged even more than the $350. The attitude and disrespectful service from some of the employees should not be tolerated, especially when dealing with senior citizens. I would never recommend this company. The scooter was returned to my parents, no help loading it into their van, not fixed and True Mobility kept the $350 deposit. Unacceptable.

They have excellent service!  They go above and beyond for their customers!  I highly recommend them for any of your needs!  We purchased a battery scooter from them. They came and installed everything that we needed for it. Than we decided to change to a different vehicle.  They came right back moved the equipment for us. No problem at all.  We now just purchased a  stairway lift from them. They installed it right away and did a great job.  My husband is tall so they are adjusting the tracking especially for him. They also ordered a cup holder for his scooter chair at no charge. We are very pleased with their company!

We just got a Bruno stairlift installed by Spinlife, New Castle. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. They showed us how to use it and answered all of our questions. Thank you for a great experience.
