I never thought I’d own a minivan, let alone one adapted for a handicapped individual. Well unfortunately I had the need to buy one. So after a lot of time searching the web and a visit elsewhere closer to home I arrived up in Bear and closed a deal on a new Pacifica. I live 80 miles away so the majority of conversations were via phone , text, and email. I was fortunate to have dealt with John Garden and that was a major plus. John was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and I’m grateful for his knowledge and expertise helping me along the way. He went above and beyond and his attitude clearly was not just “pushing another vehicle off the lot “ focused. It’s evident that John is customer-centric. Many thanks John for all your efforts. GM Ozzie Nunez was great to work with too. I found him to be a very personable and friendly guy and a straight shooter as the saying goes. He’s a major reason the deal went through smoothly. From the very first phone call I received from Mobility Works to the completion of my stair lift installation, I have found this company to be a pleasure to work with. My representative,, Trisha, came promptly to my home to look over the installation and price the job. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We felt very comfortable working with her. The install took place within a few days and was completed in an extremely professional way. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. This is definitely a company that is focused on customer service.

TheMobilityWorks establishment has been so kind, courteous and did absolutely outstanding work on our van. I recommend anyone and everyone who has a wheelchair van or needs one to stop and shop here first.

We recently had a Chair Topper installed on our car by Mobility Works. The salesman, John Garden, worked with my husband for a week or more to assure that we got the right Topper. John and the service manager, George Oehler, were there when we arrived to go over the installation and answer any questions that we had regarding installation and maintenance.
