SpinLife - New Castle

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Beginning from my visit to the showroom and ending with the installation of the stair lift for my wife this has been a great experience. Have a lot going on and can't remember the technician's name but watching him through the process was like watching a true master of his trade . Hopefully all reading this will never require a lift but if you do these are the people that you want to contact .

Went to spin life new castle , de for information about handicap ramps. Front desk female was very nice and helpful, however the dark haired older female who was supposedly the expert on ramps was very unprofessional and condescending. Needles to say, I did not purchase the ramp at their store. We had previously purchased a scooter from this location and had dealt with a gentlemen who was very nice and professional. I do not recommend this store due to the very unprofessional female we encountered.

Highly disappointed with the service my senior citizen parents received here. They had my dad's medically required scooter since May for repairs. Once the part was finally received True Mobility decided they could not fix the scooter because water mysteriously accumulated inside the scooter True Mobility had in their possession for the past 3 months. They not only refused to refund the $350 deposit, since no repairs were rendered but they also called my parents to tell them they should be charged even more than the $350. The attitude and disrespectful service from some of the employees should not be tolerated, especially when dealing with senior citizens. I would never recommend this company. The scooter was returned to my parents, no help loading it into their van, not fixed and True Mobility kept the $350 deposit. Unacceptable.

They have excellent service! They go above and beyond for their customers! I highly recommend them for any of your needs! We purchased a battery scooter from them. They came and installed everything that we needed for it. Than we decided to change to a different vehicle. They came right back moved the equipment for us. No problem at all. We now just purchased a stairway lift from them. They installed it right away and did a great job. My husband is tall so they are adjusting the tracking especially for him. They also ordered a cup holder for his scooter chair at no charge. We are very pleased with their company!

We just got a Bruno stairlift installed by Spinlife, New Castle. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. They showed us how to use it and answered all of our questions. Thank you for a great experience.
