EZ on EZ off I69. Had prices about what I expect for hwy gas. Interestingly they have Z Mexican, Indian and quick grab food here.  Good stop.

Most disgusting bathrooms I’ve smelled in years.  Entire place is in drastic need of a bleach bath.  Avoid at all costs.

No changing table in either restroom. Moderately clean.

The gas station was ok. The bar/restaurant was absolutely horrible! I placed an order and it was not even close to being right. They remade my order and it took them 45 minutes to bring it out. And they still managed to get it wrong. I would not recommend ordering anything from here. And if you do, make sure to check it before you leave. I didn't send back the remade order because it probably would have taken even longer. And knowing my luck, they would've spit in my food. The bartender told me my order was wrong due to a language problem. Just not worth the hassle of messing with it.

They are seriously charging you $5 just to park. This is a gas station for crying out loud.

They had the bathroom blocked off for no reason, other than to be lazy, the two clerks at the counter did not care, which is a total neglect, laughing and talking to eachother.

I paid for gas after driving hours. I will be reporting this to the main corporate Shell company.

It’s as though they just didn’t want to deal with having to clean and maintain the bathrooms. But they were more than happy to take the money for paying customers getting gas. When you own a shop in the middle of the highway, in no where, the main thing people stop for is food and to use the restroom.

Completely inconsiderate, and I’m pretty sure that’s not policy for any Shell gas location. You need to make people aware of your lack of doing work, before they buy gas.

We cashed in lottery and had 50 in total. Have the app on our phones. The younger girl working claimed we had only 11 dollars.. and refused to give tickets back. As we were walking out we saw her pocket money. Owners dont seem to care much. Plus she had like 4 kids behind the counter out in the store touching food. Not a single mask nothing. We now only go in when the older lady is working. Shes raising her 5 grand kids and is the kindest coolest lady. Sadly tho that younger girl is robbing people and gets away with it. Bad business

I don't know what the bad smell is but the owners r amazing. Very good people n do everything they can to make their customers happy

When they steal from you there is no picture to put up.

They are closed not 24/7

They have greed, no good customers but drug dealers.

Knowing there is dominating community with food stamps and denying service shut them down.

My husband and and I stopped in after work to grab some gas. He realized halfway home he needed to use the restroom and asked the man at the counter that was working if he could have a key to use it. This man had the audacity to say "I know what you want in that restroom for." Insinuating that he was a drug user. We both just worked a seven hour shift at a resturant being the only two servers today. I'm absolutely appalled. I understand there is a problem with drugs in the area but if you look at my husband he definitely does not look like a drug user by any means. Perfectly straight white teeth, clean cut, and built. This employee needs to rethink what he says to paying customers. We decided to get our gas elsewhere.

This is a very busy business.
Manager took the time to walk out to the pump to answer my question.
My vehicle runs better on Shell, that's why I continue to return.

Don't even bother wasting your time if you have a family they do not allow accommodations for the bathroom and I can understand keeping your local meth heads or whatever out however if his family pulls in out of state it would be nice to be accommodated for restroom especially with small children. I mean everything's there for convenience it's just that part about not having a public restroom... Even if it's like just daytime hours they need a restroom!!!!

Excellent service and very clean,these bad reviews are from homeless thieves and crackwhores who have been banned from the store and property,truly sad these scum use their Obama phones to harass employees with fake reviews.

This place has been through some rough times these past few months.  So happy to see they are back open and doing well.  This location has the best $1.30 LARGE cup of coffee you can find in the city of Louisville.  Place is always clean and the locals who work the register always seem to have a great time and engage their customers.

Short white cashier with dark long hair was really rude to me just because I couldn't hear what he mumbled the first time, not somebody i would want working for me

Stopped in here as were passing through Louisville to use the bathroom and get a cup of hot water to make tea. Despite the website saying this location offers a toilet, they refused to let me use it. Then I poured a cup of hot water and they told me I would need to pay for the styrofoam cup? I have never been asked to pay for hot water (or the cup I poured it in) at a gas station, so I left it behind. Definitely the strangest gas station experience I’ve ever had.

Just get in and out and you'll be fine... Seems like the hang out spot

I love this place.  The employees are always friendly and courteous.  This is the only I go to put fuel in my vehicle.

Lowest price Shell station in Louisville; however, it's a rather poor quality.  Men's bathroom out of order, dirty, older station.

I came in for fuel this evening and I attempted to use my Shell fuel rewards by purchasing an eligible item that would have saved me 7¢ per gal on my next fill which I was about to do. The clerk saw what I was doing and as I approached to enter in my alternate ID he advanced the screen forward and therefore it would not let me put in my  ID so I aborted it to try again and that's when the clerk got very rude and told me to leave the store or buy gasoline and pay outside. So I left my purchases on the counter and I left!

I would give them zero stars if possible. I stopped in today on my drive home from work and while pumping gas a gentleman, who was black, and appeared to be in his 60’s, driving a nice late model Chevy sedan, pulled up to the pump beside me. Before he could open his gas door an angry Indian man ran out of the building and yelled “you leave now. No black here. Go now.” The man was confused and asked the angry employee to repeat himself. The employee once again said very clearly, “we don’t want black here. You leave or I call the police on you for trespassing.”
I will never again stop here for gas because I refuse to support a business with such blatantly racist staff.

This place is ripping people off. The gas priced atleast .40 cents higher. The managers are unavailable. What your gas prices when shopping at this location. Staff qas rude and unhelpful. DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

A nice Oasis pit stop on our way to Page, Az. We filled up here and got a good stretch in the shade. All pumps were covered with overhead shade, restrooms are clean. Later we found out and glad we filled up here. Because in Page gas was way more expensive. Happy travels y’all.

All the pumps are in the shade and the shop is very clean, price is ok, gas was surprisingly cheap (cheaper than flagstaff or page)

THE PUMPS DONT OPERATE AFTER HOURS!!

If you’re traveling late hours and wanting to stop for gas, don’t waste your time.

First of all, none of the pumps work, so I couldn't get fuel. One of them trickled fuel at the rate of .06 gallons per minute, the other one I got nothing and the past one didn't take my card. Also, could not so without a mask, so if that's a big deal to you, move on, give someone else your money. This station looks really nice, but it was awful.

Was at the store 10 minutes before 8pm. My nephew waited to get in and a minute later while customers where still shopping the lights went out. Manager told some customers still wanting to get in that they were closed. I've worked retail and fast food and would never close before time posted. Poor customer relations which shows in reviews that I have read since the market opened from 5 stars to 1 star. Normally, I wouldn't mind but my nephew was involved and was disappointed.

The cashier was very friendly! The store was clean, and the line went quickly! I will be stopping here more often, for sure! Great gas station!

I stop here all the time, good service, always have what I need, and great customer service.

Every time I go in there the floors are sticky and it just looks dirty. Last time I tried to get a cappuccino (4/24) all of the spouts only gave water. On top of that, if I had been able to actually get a cappuccino, there were no lids so I would have spilled it. Had to get something else. The lady at the register was very nice and personable, but the other lady who was stocking shelves, was very rude to me as well as to  the lady at the register. I decided that I would much rather drive 2 miles up the road to have better customer service, better/bigger variety of food, and a clean store.

Floors were sticky inside the store and the restrooms, specifically the men’s toilet had stuff inside the toilet bowl. Both restrooms were super filthy. Management should really ensure restrooms are clean at all times for customers.

Staff friendly enough but store was filthy. Especially around fountain drink area. So disgusting my cup stuck to the counter as I was putting my lid on it. Overall decent place, fair prices, employees just need to work a bit better at the cleanliness of the store. Had I seen how nasty the fountain area was when we first walked in we would've turned right back around and gone down the road. I don't mean to be harsh but I assume you want truthful reviews.

The people that run the store is very rude. I would never go back to this place again and I go by it weekly.

Very small place. Its hard to get coffee here allot but it is convenient. Easy to get in and out.
