Lowest price Shell station in Louisville; however, it's a rather poor quality. Men's bathroom out of order, dirty, older station.

I came in for fuel this evening and I attempted to use my Shell fuel rewards by purchasing an eligible item that would have saved me 7¢ per gal on my next fill which I was about to do. The clerk saw what I was doing and as I approached to enter in my alternate ID he advanced the screen forward and therefore it would not let me put in my ID so I aborted it to try again and that's when the clerk got very rude and told me to leave the store or buy gasoline and pay outside. So I left my purchases on the counter and I left!

I would give them zero stars if possible. I stopped in today on my drive home from work and while pumping gas a gentleman, who was black, and appeared to be in his 60’s, driving a nice late model Chevy sedan, pulled up to the pump beside me. Before he could open his gas door an angry Indian man ran out of the building and yelled “you leave now. No black here. Go now.” The man was confused and asked the angry employee to repeat himself. The employee once again said very clearly, “we don’t want black here. You leave or I call the police on you for trespassing.” I will never again stop here for gas because I refuse to support a business with such blatantly racist staff.

This place is ripping people off. The gas priced atleast .40 cents higher. The managers are unavailable. What your gas prices when shopping at this location. Staff qas rude and unhelpful. DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
