There is One female that works at the S Memorial Shell that is not Friendly.. You can say Hi to her and she won’t speak till you say it again.. She is always tired and hurting so bad…These people work in the public maybe she needs to be reminded of that…She is very thin has very bad teeth and multi colored hair..Very rude..Always eating and has her ear bud in… REALLY..I can start videotaping her rudeness if you’d like???

I  CAME  INSIDE  AND  MY  CARD  DECLINED  AT  12.30  TODAY  A  LADY  WAS  VERY RUDE  SHE  TOLD  ME  TO  PUT  THE  STUFF  BACK  ON  THE  SHELF  LIKE  A  WAS  A  SECONDARY  SLAVE  EMPLOYEE  I  WISH  THEY  COULD  HIRE  BETTER  PEOPLE SHE  HAD  HER  HAIR  IN  A  BUN  SLIM  LADY  SHE  ALWAYS  STARS  AND  SHES  RUDE

Clean, efficient store with great customer service. Well kept station for gas, snacks, beverages, including an automated car wash. Kroger fuel points honored for savings per gallon of gas. Number 1 station in New Castle, Indiana

It's just the gas station but every time I've been in there they have fresh coffee

Shouldn’t even be a 1 star. Should be a 0 star. The lady that worked today told my boyfriend to leave because him and his service dog walked in there and she came towards them after he asked her not  to do that 2 times. Then I call the number ( which is a cell phone) and talked to someone. Who was very rude kept trying to over talk me as well as told me that “He does not have time for this”.

Rude unprofessional!!!! My son has medical problems that require frequent bathroom breaks they won’t allow you to use the bathroom unless you buy stuff!!!!!

Not open 24 hour and literally turned off the lights and pump while I was entering my cc info into the pump.

I’ve never had a card scan properly at the pumps. They have the chip readers and nfc reader. But no matter what card I try, it rejects me and sends me inside to prepay. I saw someone else deal with the same issue. So it’s not just me.

They are not open 24hrs maybe the gas pumps but not the actual store. The one on river road is open

on average 15 to 30 cents higher per gallon than other local options, not to mention Filthy restrooms appear to not have gotten cleaned or a fresh remodel in over a decade.
Everything is stacked on pallets on the floor...lazy merchandising.
Outside of food and drink, nothing is priced. The property is being neglected and very poorly maintained if at all.

Owners don't seem to be engaged or care to take care of their consumers. Mostly seem to be concerned about selling lottery tickets.

Location is easily accessible and the food is always good. I highly recommend the chicken strips! Icees available too which is always a plus.

Nice little country store with variety of items to choose.  Good gas prices.

Worst gas station experience ever.

1. Google said it was a shell. It is not a Shell. It is a Circle K. If you want to use your Shell card/rewards it will not work.

2. It is not easy to get to from the highway. If you're traveling on I-65 it is so far out of your way.

3. When we went inside to use the bathroom, it was filthy, one toilet would not flush and the other had no toilet paper. An employee came out of the stall and left the restroom without washing her hands. Disgusting.

Staff is friendly and they always have my favorite beverages in stock.

If you have a shell rewards card, don't bother coming here because their pumps won't accept them. This is frustrating when you go out of your way to use a shell so that you get the discount but the pumps refuse to work when you use your rewards card. There's a gas station right across from here, which I highly recommend using over this shell

They don't require masks!!! My job will not open again until this pandemic is OVER!!! I left the things I was going to buy at the counter, walked out, and drove to Thornton's to get my tank filled up and my other items. I spent my $47 there because this particular Shell will NEVER get my money again!!! And it's a shame because I'm a homeowner in the neighborhood.

Something really weird happened tonight...  I walk in, ask for 2 packs of ciggs... NOONE WAS BEHIND ME... all of the sudden the girl waiting on me, ask, if I can let the person behind go first because she had alcohol🤔 first time I've ever heard that but I let her... then..  I noticed the girl that was working swiped her own  her credit card out of her wallet to pay for the alcohol and other items... so "kaya" made me get out of line so she could pay for a buddy drinks first?? Weird. I probably would not have even cared if she just waited on me because I was there first. I don't appreciate don't know what happened at all... I'll probably just try to not come in at night anymore

Jefferson Mall

The shopping is fine lots of selections to choose from and they have a great food court. But be careful as there was a shooting here a while back. There is a security presence that they didn't have before. The mall posts that concealed carry is prohibited but I'll just say be prepared anyway. Enjoy the mall!

Nice spacious mall to do your shopping in.  Plenty of stores inside with a food court.  They also have a play area for your kids.  There has been some trouble there recently.  So stay aware of your surroundings while inside.  Lots of security inside for any problems.

Trash mall for guys  they never havw anything worth buying, no givenchy shirts, no jordans, no Gucci shirts, no rolex or michael.kors watches just a trash place to shop. Id rather order online for guys good place to shop for female

I remember when this mall was a pretty hoppin' place... I don't think it was ever number one on Louisville's list of malls to go to.... But now with two of the major department stores are closed and the rest of mall having very basic and blah stores with nothing really unique to set it apart it's really depressing.  I want to say this any shopping mall with a head shop in it is really not a place for kids.

I went there at 730 I know what I wanted from two different stores. Knowing I had plenty of time because the mall closes at 9.  So I spent about 15 minutes in the first store. then  I heard an announcement over the loud speaker that the mall was closing at 8pm.  So I didn't get to go to the other store because by the time I got there they weren't allowing people in.  So I guess it doesn't help  to check what time the mall closes because they just close when they want.

Gas prices were reall good today. The store was clean and the cashier was polite.

They use to be so dam good. But now it's like they dont care at all. The food was on hit every time you went there now it's cold, old or over cooked. I went out of my way to go here now I barely even go. You'll need to get back on it game.

Horrible employees! Worst customer service ever!!!! I will not be shopping there anymore. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a person who is in customer service!! I will also be telling this to all my family and friends as well.

Stop by they have lots of stuff to eat good hamburgers and French fries candy beer and everything else.

I'm looking to speak to the owner everytime I go in this store it always has a young girl in there that's very disrespectful and always accusing me of stealing in front of people I'm sick of the disrespect I asked for the owner number she stated she is the manager everything is on record from the time I walked in around 2:20

Friendly service and very clean it's a quick stop

Great place to stop for gas and food depending on who's working food and service is at fast pace at other times service is slow if wrong person in the store. Currently here at 2 am have fueled up but I've been waiting for food almost 35 minutes. Not the best choice if workers are slow and your in a hurry or already late for work. 😠
