The people inside are great...   the people who visit the store are rude and inconsiderate.   Been yelled at, flipped off, honked at etc and fir no reason.    My car can remain dirty before I go there again!

Be careful shopping here. They are inconsistent with prices and they will overcharge you. I stopped going because of it.

I'm a regular to this gas station, as I live down the road and every time I go in she's rude or has a snarky comment to make. I can't wait until the other gas stations open. I wouldn't invest your time in this one. They should put her at another position so she doesn't have the opportunity to drive away customers. Not to mention she normally has her mask uncovering her nose.

I had the chicken fried rice w/ stuffed jalapeños and it was absolutely wonderful 😋 delicious!

Im giving the in s a 1 star because I can't give it anything lower. One of the worst places I've ever been to. The restroom was nasty. It was dirty and smelt like urine. The lady at the register was rude to top it off. I would recommend that you drive a little long to another gas station.

Good deli but omg, don't buy basic necessities here like milk, bread and eggs. It's impossibly expensive and advantageously priced towards the low income locals who can't afford to drive to Visalia for a few urgent necessities.

Quiet gas station for the most part, only problem is a few of their pumps are slow... They need to fix the problem. I've experienced it, and overheard other customers complaining as well.

I gave the cashier a $20 and seven $1 dollar Bill's for gas, told him my pump # and walked away. He put in the amount as $23, when I went back to the window and asked where my other $4 he immediately went on 10 and was n full argue mode. Imagine if he does this to 10 customers per day. This is the service black ppl give.

Don't go to this gas station!! And please don't use a credit or debit card they will steal all your money. The card readers on the pumps are stealing extra money out of your account.

Okay, so the rewards points work. I get 5 cents off the gallon. I only come to this Shell station located in Marlboro Pike, Md

Most expensive gas station around, yet they claim to be community friendly.?We’ve lived in this area for seven years, but go out of our way to get gas elsewhere (this place is always at least forty cents higher). Not only that, but there is constantly trash all around the place which no one cleans except us. Only reason they are around is because ignorant people at Giant think they get a discount with the rewards points. Thumbs way down for this disgraceful place.

Called in right around close to simply ask if the store sold gas canisters - I was advised the auto shop (only rings there) is separate from the store and they didn’t know. I politely asked if he would be willing to shout over there to find out before I walked a half mile in the rain. He said he was in a zoom meeting and couldn’t help me. If this simple request for a bit of friendly help was too much to ask for - I would seriously hesitate having my car worked on here. Thanks for nothing. A little help goes a long way.

Expensive gas station, but the auto care center next door is great!

Cashier denied my mobile coupon issued by the manufacturer themselves. It was for tobacco, the manufacturer listed this exact location ON THEIR WEBSITE as one that will take their coupons meaning they signed a contract with that manufacturer. I know how tobacco coupons work, I used to manage a 7/11. Funny part is they opted in for coupons, yet deny them! It’s a mobile coupon so now I’m out of a coupon because they only last 5 minutes.

They banned me and called the police because they did not want to honor a Newport cigarettes coupon. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. If that’s what they’re willing to do to save a dollar I don’t want to know what else they’re doing to save money.

Kathy the Service Manager was a pleasure to work with; she identified my problem immediately. She was personable, knowledgeable  and friendly. Totally professional experience and they did a superior job. If I have work that needs to be done in the future I will definitely choose Shell Service Repair.

It is all about the way you are treated and the respect you get when looking for service.  For me as a woman, I hate dealing with car repairs.  Ladies, (and gents) I have the answer.  I highly recommend Auto Stream Car Care located in the Shell Station on Cradlerock Way, Columbia MD 21045.  Ask for Chris.  This manager is the best I have ever dealt with.  He should give classes in putting folks at ease, explaining issues that helped me understand my old Avalon's problems, and offering options, some that did not benefit his/their pocketbook.  I now have faith that a gas station can offer top of the line service and their staff and management can even exceed those of multimillion dollar car dealership service centers.  I will definitely be their customer for as long as this crew and Chis manage the car repair.

I absolutely love this place and the employess...the store and subway is always clean and the service is great Nancy and Roger are very very nice and always smiling.

There are new owners at this Shell and though Subway isn’t back up and running “Pop” as we call him is a dear sweet and very nice man.

Just be mindful of all the carjacking in the area and don't leave your car running also don't leave personal items out in the opening on your car seats.

I had a very bad experience at this station on 5/31/2019 there are thieves working there don't use your credit or debit card there you will later find extra charges you didn't make on your bank statement from there I was taken for $75

The Indian guy inside that does not speak any English Kept getting upset that I was asking for a fuel receipt pump for a business vehicle. He kept ringing up $50 as if I wanted to prepay, and did not understand that I was asking for a receipt. Eventually, after 5 minutes of an argument he figured it out and threw his hands up in the air at me and got angry. Then the receipt that he printed for me was not actually from the pump, as my purchase was $50 and change, and the receipt said $50 even and had void written on it.

BEWARE: Scammers work here. On two separate occasions I was charged twice for the same item. When I asked for receipt they were acting surprised. Then took forever to give me money back. These two occasions happened back to back on two separate visits. This place is consistently shady. Watch them when they scan your items and always get your receipt.

Air machine costs $1 - quarters only - and doesn’t even work. No way of monitoring the pressure and air just leaks out of the nozzle.

First time there went inside ask the clerk about the prices at the pumps, was it the same for cash or credit. It was the same nice guy, didn't have any issues.

this gas station is very over priced i think it is 30 cents more than other gas stations nearby on rt 1 , also has rude customer service people who cannot speak proper english , the service over here has gone down , used to be very good and friendly customer service representatives who used to greet me with a smile and remember me by my first name , but now the whole business has gone down , i would not recommend any one going there to buy any thing and i feel that these people are cheating you by over pricing everything from cigarettes to candy is over priced and forget about cleanliness and hygiene whole store looks like a mess and trash cans are over filled with garbage .

Pump number one one of the slowest gas pumping experiences I've ever had in my life probably pumped 9 gallons of fuel in about 10 minutes maybe 15 minutes I don't know at the end of The Experience the fuel pump did not detect the fuel and it spilled out of the fuel tank the automatic stopper on fuel pump number one does not work and for some reason doesn't detect anything. Besides that the gas prices moderate to moderately High the garbage cans are overflowing the squeegee water is dirty for windshield cleaning the squeegee tool to clean your windshield is half torn off this location gives shell a very bad name very poor quality recommend reinvesting money to fix the pumps that are extremely old recommend hiring staff that works harder I did see the staff guy trying to clean the floor mats or something it's like 2:00 in the morning I don't know I will never come back here again

2 unisex restrooms inside... the one on the right had their light switch cover held up by masking tape!  Cute tiny Mexican refrigerated section with shrimp cocktail.

Pleasantly surprised this gas station had some more variety than the other close by gas station as far as eating options go along with gas prices. I had some delicious authentic Mexican sweet bread and sea food that was to die for. Service was very friendly especially to my boyfriend. I would definitely stop by again when I come back in the future.

On my way home I stopped by to get some gas and I went in to use the restroom i see that there was food. We got spicy chicken wings, and HONESTLY THE BEST FRYED CHICKEN WINGS I EVER HAD IN A GAS STATION! The meat come right off from the bone easily and the taste is amazing.

If I'm around this area I will come back to this gas station to add some gas for the chicken wings!

Absolutely the worst display of disrespect toward women when the bathroom cleanliness is worse than the broken men's. Yard debris in the corners of the floor which were filthy and strangely had slices of bell pepper on them. Hmmm were they sheltering livestock there? The door alone looked as though it was only opened with feet- large swaths  at the bottom and the door handle areas were covered in what looked like what would be on a mechanic's floor. My first thought was it needed a pressure washer- top to bottom. And it is a real shame because you can see from the original design that care was taken with the selection of tile and mirror. I don't think it was the current owners.

No randoms bothered me n shawty who work there was chill. She answered my questions when I called ahead. The negative reviews sound like personal errors or system issues n ppl just mad.

This gas station has the pumps where you can't mute the commercials. I don't want to hear your same 3 commercials over and over while I'm pumping my gas.

Gas costs more than other local stations, there are tv adds at the pump, and Shell is buying oil from Russia

11:30pm this gas station is not open and the pumps are off.

Closes at 11 PM and the pumps are stopped at that point.

Newly renovated gas station. And the gas price they advertise is with the car wash, so don't get too excited. ⛽

I went to this station to get gas about 30 minutes ago. I used my Giant rewards points which gave me 95 cents off. Once I put my card in for payment, the screen was stuck on “One Moment Please”. I went inside and told the attendant. The attendant said he would have to cancel the transaction. I asked what about the 95 cents off per gallon because once he cancels the transaction, I won’t be able to use the points again. He stated that I would be able to. As expected, I couldn’t use the 95 cents off. I went inside and told the attendant and was met with him saying it’s nothing he can do about it. So basically I got robbed of my points at the fault of the pump.

Cheapest fuel in the area. Well set up for traffic & not overwhelmingly busy as some stops in the area. Small store with very kind service! Not everything is priced which can make budget snacking a little difficult. Fun homey style area with a couch and random chair. Recommended quick stop.

Unknown operating hours. Closed at 4:45 am.

Been back multiple times around same time in the morning, 4:45 am. The pumps all display the message "All pumps have been shut down.". The convenience store is empty and the doors are locked.  Fortunately, there is a Royal farms station with less expensive gas, but can't u send the fuel rewards from Giant.
