There is a scam on this gas station
I bough regular fuel but when I saw the recipt I saw i was charged V-Power fuel.
I did make sure i bump regular.

Listed on Shell’s website as a place to redeem fuel discount points, but in-person isn’t a participating location

Every time I come to this gas station I buy the same thing for $2.50 , this gas station tries to overcharge by $1 when the wrapping says $2 . I wouldn’t recommend going to this gas station for anything.

This station does have diesel even though the website states it doesn’t

The older guy in there is racist and will ask for cash instead of credit card if you are brown. I even showed him my ID and he said sorry sir policy. I was buying gift cards for my family members for the holiday. Of course I understand all of scam currently going on with gift cards but that doesn’t justify how this racist man treated me.  He literally went to the back then came out saying sorry cash only. Like was he not sure? Did he have to go check in the back if I was brown enough for him to demand cash.

Lady that works there evening shifts short with brown hair needs to be fired, rude attitude, doesn’t listen customers, says it’s not her business when you are trying politely to ask about something , without event listening. very very bad customer service and also allowed herself to record customers when she is the one who is rude and very stupid. I will find a way to the management of the place and she will be treated back the way she treats customers.

The guy in the store just laughed at my face saying hamas . I will not stay quaiet to any kind of racism . Shame on you

Two workers at this store are really rude, a male and a female with glasses, even though they dont say hi and we say hi they dont even reply back specifically the evening male worker, if he gets a chance he will beat customers, he is so annoyed. they dont even look at your face , it seems they are frustrated of working anything you ask them either they shake their heads no reply or its not my business or department, i just dont know how they got hired there, i will definitely follow up with higher authorities, even when you put your debit card and it gets stuck in the pump and it stops working they say not my problem or business they really need to get fired, either they work free or with a minimum wage that they are rude and still working there . If i was the owner they were fired long ago.

Bad customer service, they can’t just wait to fill up my car.  The cashier telling me it is fine you can drive through it

I know this is unusual  and out of the ordinary  but it was important  in getting a message to a father who was waiting for his son who couldn't come to pick I'm up because he had a flat tire and the father didn't have a phone to just start walking home and he will be on his way shortly after he fixed his flat ..

Or the father would be sitting in the cold snowy wether on the picnic table all day waiting for his son with his dog .

It was just a simple ki d request but the clerk  was rude mean and I know he understand English  everytime I had money but when I asked something of him self to just let a dad know to go home instead of sitting all day in the cold weather isn't to much to ask after all of the money I've spent in that over priced unmarked items in that gas station .

And if kind Ness empathy  is to much to ask for then you need a new owner or client  in that Gaston

A smile dosent cost a thing but of ones self to be nice polite and curtiouse to others .

Small and essential gas and coffee shop and travel need shop. Is the first store one finds when coming from Silver Lake and Summer Lake almost after 50 miles .... Gives a easy breath to take a cup of coffee.

The taste of coffee is great. Staff is quite good.

Location offers great view.

Management is friendly and treat you like family. I have arrived after the store was closing multiple times, and the owners shut off their car, grabbed their keys and opened the store up for me. They didn't have to do that but going the extra mile is the motto here. Good food and snacks, energy drinks cigarettes, liquor and many other items.

Under  new management they start remodeling  also DELI open very soon & put more Liquor Good selection
Love the staff!! They are very helpful. If they don't have what you want,they will order it for you. Also great gas quality and prices

Their restrooms are always clean. They are the first gas station into Oregon coming up 139 from CA, and their fuel prices are fair. The have a good selection of hot deli foods. A large selection of drinks and snacks. The people there are very friendly.

Went there today 9/4/23 as we were spending the day at the splash pad. The man at the register charges random prices and very expensive. He charged me for two packs of snowballs when we only got one. He stuttered when I questioned him and he still said he was charging correctly. Chose not to argue with him, I’ll just make sure my family and I don’t do business there anymore. Just fyi for all our local people. He takes advantage of people knowing he can charge whatever he wants.

Clean gas station, doesn’t have the best gas prices but also doesn’t have the worst. Shell is made on high quality gas so if your the type to buy good quality gas for you vehicle then this is the place. I also suggest you download the app mind as well get the benefits that’s what most brands do anyways reward you for being a long term customer

Everyone that works there is great. Sarah and Brandi and all the other guys that work there and the girls they're all great people good service very knowledgeable good place to get fuel.

Pumps work well for filling Motorcycle fuel tanks. Most Stations in California are a nightmare.

I rarely fill-up here, but the kind folks who operate the register and market inside deserve a shout-out.

Ii often find myself in-line at this corner Shell. Nearly every time I visit, there see
S to be a ‘custome’ who will berate, insult, and disrespect the Shell staff. Regardless of the situation, the good people here exhibit the kindest manners, and genuinely seem happy to see their guests smile.

Whatever system maintenance you're doing at 4 AM that is incredibly loud, y'all mind not doing it at 4 AM? Your neighbors would appreciate that.

Edit: now they do it after midnight. Have you tried doing it during the daytime, when noise ordinances aren't in effect and people aren't trying to sleep?

Like others said, their chip readers don't take Visa or Amex and you have to prepay inside. Other than that, the prices are good for the area.

No bathroom. Small convenience store has some food. Clean. You're on your own here if something goes wrong. Tight fit for cars, and to/from main road access is tricky.

I paid 11 dollars on pump five chose 87 and only received three gallons and the price was 2.46 and the cashier wanted to argue me down telling me i chose 93 i know its a few bucks but i wanted what i paid for smh she must have selected the grade for me if so thats all she had to say been coming here for a long time first time i had a problem

Let me start of by saying that the gas prices here are absolutely ridiculous, obvious price gouging because there right off of SR99. The store lacks in every aspect, it never has anything. It has 3 aisles full of nothing that anyone would ever want. They also sell homemade hot/cold food wrapped in plastic with sharpie writing, which taste disgusting. The biggest issue is that this is a SHELL, not a 711 or little off brand gas station a SHELL. The entire store is disgusting! They never clean the rest rooms, NEVER. The toilet wouldn’t even flush! Getting toilet paper is a hazard. Washing your hands in the sink wouldn’t matter because you still have to turn the water off and open the door. This is completely unacceptable for a large franchise to have such deplorable conditions for its HIGH paying customers. I would give 0 stars if I could but I can’t! So instead I’ll call the health inspector!!!!

I've had a serious issue with one of the employees I haven't gotten his name yet .today is my day off and going and raising hell. I won't say what the problem is publicly but I will see to it that this individual faces consequences for his actions. Come hell or high water

I was traveling from oregon with 2 kids and stopped to get the over priced gas at this shell. My kids went in to use the bathroom and they refused to let them use it because they were cleaning them. I tried to talk them into letting them use the one they weren't actively cleaning, (because one person can't actively clean them both at the same time). and he still said sorry, go to the next exit. The kids had to go so bad. I wasn't sure they would last that long. I asked when they closed, and it wasn't for over an hour later. So anyway, I did end up going to the next services, and luckly it was only 3-5 miles away. And i wish i would have waited to get gas at that location, because at the shell, the price was $4.29 and the arco was only $3.69!!!

DONT GO HERE. An hour before they closed the worker got in my husbands face because he stepped on his mopped floor. They had the entire store blocked off so we had walk in a maze to get water. The worker then followed us out to our car and continued to swear at us as we drove away.

Never go here. Especially for MD inspection. I’ve been dealing with cars for 10 plus years and they thought I was some clueless soul. Made me change good parts and I can tell by their faces that they were upset I didn’t give it to them to fix it. I never paid for a re inspection and I barely drove the car. I didn’t even go over 30 miles since the last inspection. Don’t come here!!!

Had a great experience. Had multiple repairs needed for my car, never felt pressured into getting something done that wasn't necessary at the time. Very professional and great customer service with decent prices. Will definitely go back for any car issues I have in the future. Also, nice place to fill up!

The pumps here lately haven't been redeeming other Fuel Rewards discounts besides the one you get from your status. Other than that, it's a great location with reasonable prices.

I google it for 24/7 gas station and I drove here to find out they are closed. If you are low on gas, don’t come here, online they have wrong schedule and no one cares.

The night employee at this location has a very bad attitude and don’t know the difference between a customer and a random person. Anyone that comes into the store is considered a customer. I asked a simple question and for some reason he can’t comprehend

So, I was having tire issues today, the sales clerk/cashier was nice enough to go the extra mile to assist me. He saved my life, actually! Thank you for having good people working for you, I'll forever be a customer because of this great experience.

Been going to this station for over 15 yrs. Aside from a prime place for robbers to hang out, good place to get Diesel fuel. The other day I drove my van in and got a half tank of gasoline. As soon as I pulled off, my van was running terrible. It was banging and knocking. I have a diesel repair shop and I know what happened. Someone put diesel in it the ground tank and mixed it with the gasoline. I brought it to the managers attention. He was very dismissive and doubtful. He would not give  his name and commented that the dispenser was checked yesterday by weights and measures(Dept of Agriculture)
I found a number online the shell has for issues just as this. I will repost results.

Spoke with comptroller and he said weights and measures have not been out for around a year. The Manager said" they had been out one day before I got the gasoline"

I pull into the station with a flat tire  , I dont know how to fix it. they take care of the problems within 10 minutes but I can’t leave this review with out say how much I appreciated the  emoplyee .

I am in the same boat as Frank Cook. Diesel in my gas truck. Filled up 6/21 with what we thought was 87 and ended with diesel and a vehicle in need of repairs.

This has to be the worst gas station in Los Angeles. Because it’s the closest one to where I live I occasionally force myself to go there even though it’s always a terrible experience. Why don’t I ever learn?

First you pull up to the pump. Everything is filthy. You try to use your card and EVERY TIME it says it can’t read the card and sends you to the cashier. Did I mention this happens every time you go but there’s no signage saying they have given up on fixing the pumps.

Then you have to get to the cashier. To do this you have to walk a gauntlet of homeless people demanding payment for telling you the pump number and opening the door to the cashier and other ploys.

Then you have to stand in line to pay the cashier in advance for your pump. Somehow they always get the amount wrong but you don’t realize that until you go to pump your gas.

But before you can pump your gas there’s another error at the pump. It won’t do anything. You have to repeat the homeless gauntlet experience to get to the cashier, who THEN tells you the pump is “locked” because you tried to pay with a card at the pump and you have to go to a different pump. You get to the other pump (luckily somehow nobody has taken it before you can navigate the homeless gauntlet) and it works but that’s when you realize the cashier entered $20 instead of the $40 you requested.

Don’t go back just get the hell out of this nightmare

I payed $80 with debit card and spent $60 on gas. I asked cashiers and they said I'll receive the difference in my bank account but it never happend (this was one month ago).
Please contact me, I have prepaid receipt and proof of gas fill.

Restrooms “out of service”..  no hot dogs.    Very friendly attitude

Overall this is a fine gas station, not overall clean, but not overall dirty either. Compared with some of the locations in the area, this one prevails. I understand that gas prices change daily, but the prices here are occasionally higher than that of some of its competitors.

DANGEROUS AND RUDE!! HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND

I was only inside the store for a few minutes, debating which drinks I wanted to purchase from the cooler when an older African-American male with a "Security" shirt on starting harassing me!! He told me that I was "just standing there and not buying anything!" I didn't respond and proceeded to grab my drinks and go to the register. When I explained the situation to the cashier and ask why he was allowed to do this she literally SAID NOTHING!!! She just looked at me..

He then overheard our conversation and yells "Yes, I told you that because you weren't buying anything" while I'm at the register checking out. Never in my life have I been treated so horrible & at Shell station at that. The "Security" didn't even look like a real Security guard either FYI....be careful.
