I joined SFBBC in January right after it opened and I love it! The facility is really nice and the workouts with Tara and Ashley are amazing. This place is AMAZING! Tara always keeps me pushing harder every day I come in. She knows my limits but always drives me to go beyond that line. You gotta come here if you don't feel comfortable in regular gyms and feel out of place with normal training facilities. Love Sachse Fit Body Boot Camp! I’m a busy working mom and this workout is perfect. You will get a full body workout in 30mins! The classes are never the same and All the instructors are great.

Great classes! They are always different, so I’m never bored. The coaches are awesome and they always push me to do my best.

Orangetheory Fitness

I have been going to Orange Theory West studio for the last 5 years. I have loved loved loved going each day for those 5 years. Each day the template is different which I love. My body still gets sore after 5 years. OTF has helped me reach PR goals for half marathons and helped me run my first ever full marathon. The coaches keep me motivated and have helped me push my limits beyond my own limitations. Coaches bring the energy I need and want on those unmotivated days. They are one of the reason why I keep going back. The members! Let’s talk about the fit fam community. When I say it is a fit fam it truly is a family away from your family. They hold me accountable, keep me smiling and have helped me connect with people on this community I call home now. Not only do we work out together but we hang out outside of the studio. OTF host fun little gathers at local spots to help us get to know one another. I mean at times it feels like I see my fit fam more than I see my own family. They look out for me like a family!   Thank you OTF staff, coaches, and members for helping me reach and achieve so many goals. Because of you all my confidence increased tremendously. I can not envision a day without OTF as part of my routine. I schedule my days around an OTF workout. That’s how much I love going. I cannot express my love, thankfulness, and gratitude I have for OTF!

Every single time I don’t feel like working out, I show up anyway and it doesn’t matter who’s coaching - Cathy, Jermaine, Parker or Erin - they ALWAYS bring the energy! West Little Rock’s coaches, staff and members are the best! They’re all friendly, offer support and a family community and fun atmosphere like none other!

I love this studio!! It’s always high energy and the staff is super friendly and supportive. It’s very clean and doesn’t have that typical gym smell. Jermaine is one of the best coaches! Always gets you hyped up and motivates you to push yourself harder! Liz, the studio manager, is always a positive light! She’s made this studio the best one in the state!

I work out at this studio when I am visiting my family.  They are always welcoming and the coaches are great!  Love being able to stay consistent in my workouts. Definitely recommend!

I never thought I would be someone who would enjoy workouts as much as I do now. I've been going to OrangeTheory West studio for about a year now. At the beginning going to workout was a chore, but now it is a habit that I love. My advice to anyone is be consistent and you will see results, that has been my story. Club Pilates

Great facility. Club Pilates offers a plethora of classes, the most in the city from what I can tell. They have different levels as well so anyone can join and receive proper care. They’re very clear about their policy and all of the front desk are happy to help if you have questions.

Just joined and have been to two classes so far. I love it! The instructors are great, a good mix of pushing you individually, but a low key group effort in exercise (i.e. they don't call you out for not getting the move exactly right 😁). I'm excited to continue these classes and meeting new folks!

While the staff is nice, the owners/company will have you pay for an extra month after you quit. Why on earth would it take 30 days to cancel a gym membership? Only so they can get extra money out of you. When I disputed the charge (I thought it was in error), they threatened me with collection agencies. Then they charged me extra for a late fee! I guess getting $200 for nothing was not enough. I spent so much money for my membership at this place, and they went after me like sharks for that last $200. I was shocked how awful the customer service was. They flat out told me either I would pay or it was collection agencies and there was nobody I could talk to about a resolution. Save your money and go to a regular gym as they often have Pilates classes. Worst gym experience ever. And I was planning on going back but cannot support that kind of business. I hope losing thousands of dollars for a future  membership to get that last $200 was worth it for ya’ll.

I love Club Pilates! I began in November and can’t get enough. I was a bit concerned to be one of the senior students, but instructors and students all make you feel welcome. All the instructors have been great. ❤️

Such an amazing place to workout with a group and get in a good sweat! The instructors are great at keeping you motivated to do your best! Take the time to try a class, you will get better and you will get hooked!

NOOMA is a beautiful environment that focuses on the mind, body and especially spirit. Heated workouts are very new to me and I surprisingly love getting sweaty! Their staff members are so kind and caring.

I have never been so in love with a workout. This studio is amazing. So welcoming, so kind and uplifting! I struggle with back issues and the heat has helped me tremendously. I feel so strong and powerful after each class. Love the variety of times offered. Which is great with two littles. So happy i found nooma.

This is an amazing studio that focus on both the body and mind. Nothing like any othe studio in the positive way. Totally judgment free. Even tough the classes are challenging, one is encouraged to honor our bodies  so there is no pressure to keep up. I am especially fond of hot power which integrates yoga movements with aerobic exercise. It is a beautiful class. As an extra treat is the refreshing mint smelling cold towel they place on our foreheads at the end of each class to help us to relax our minds and cool off our worked up bodies. For those who work, there are great contemporary showers that we can use before heading back to work. The staff is so friendly, the instructors are great. I highly recommend this studio which is more than an exercise facility, it is indeed an experience.

Little Rock is really lucky to have such a unique studio. You can tell the difference in the first visit, from the way the space is made ready for you with all materials set out to the special care the front staff takes to welcome you by name. Nooma doesn’t just provide a killer physical workout (although if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll certainly find it) but goes deeper to encourage a holistic mind body experience. The sense of community and connection is important. This is the place to find your strength and to challenge yourself, and it’s also the place to quiet the external noise and come back to center. There are a variety of classes. There’s something for everyone, although most classes are high energy and all are practiced in a heated studio. The infrared heat has been quite beneficial to my personal yoga practice over the last year, and the studio leaders are engaging and knowledgeable about the benefits of infrared. I definitely recommend showing up for yourself and making this place your studio home!

Eden Yoga & Salt Studio

I have been practicing and teaching at this studio sense it opened and it has always been a very clean, inviting, and serene place full of wonderful people.  There are a variety of classes available for all levels and I personally like to offer something that just about anyone would feel comfortable doing.  No need to stress it!  Cheers to Tori and her endeavors.  A great place to treat yourself.

Eden Salt Studio is such a wonderful place with amazing staff and a great energy! The yoga classes are taught by professionals that really seem to love their practice and sharing it with others! The salt therapy room is one of my personal favorites, so relaxing! Tori has created a magical place! Thanks Tori!

The yoga classes here are awesome and so is the salt therapy! But my favorite thing at Eden is a deluxe infrared sauna session! It not only eases joint pain & promotes healing, it’s also very relaxing & a great way to sweat out toxins! The owner, Tori Jones, is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Sign up for her “Hips Don’t Lie” yoga class for a challenging workout.

The salt walls are so calming by themselves but the salt therapy/Halotherapy left me feeling uplifted. The yoga instructors are wonderful. I’m loving exploring all the ways I can heal here. Highly recommend.

It's been a refreshing pause from all the active things I do, I"ve been able to learn more about my body with Yoga with Tori and a couple other teachers and also getting my breathing right with the Halotherapy! The staff have always been nothing but sweet to me and I appreciate their energy. Highly recommend if you can!

Love this location! Amazing staff, professional, and fun! I called last minute to get in and they were able to get me and my daughter in 15 min later! Hair  looks  amazing and feels so  soft!

I had an 11:15 appointment for lashes and by 2 pm my lashes were sitting on my desk as they had fell off my face! I immediately called the store whom blew me off entirely saying we are very busy and that I could come back! Why would I return if one I made an appointment and my time is valuable as well I had other engagements I didn’t have time to go back across town and secondly they were rude so I’m definitely not returning. They added insult to injury w no remorse as a business! With stained eyeliner on my lid this wasn’t my first appointment with them but def my last!

Very impressed and so pleased! This was my first time coming here, I needed get both hair and makeup done for family photos. I have long hair and I struggle to have it hold a curl. Ivy did a fantastic job making sure my curls would hold all through the day and I appreciate how efficient she was working with my long hair. Reyna did my makeup and it came out beautifully! She listened to the look I was going for and made to sure to deliver on what I wanted. I also appreciate that they did my hair and makeup at the same time, that was a huge time saver! I definitely plan to come back to have these ladies work their magic again!

I’ve been a blo dry bar membership for little over 6-8 months and I have the membership for 2 blow outs per monthly charge.

I recently had my hand tied extensions removed so last time I came in they let me know I had a free mask credit available since I never got my monthly add on in any month…. So I thought I would use my free mask on this blow out. First when I arrived they were too busy so a new person had to wash my hair which she totally had no idea how to wash my hair took 30 + mins, my hair didn’t feel clean but I instead got a leave in conditioner that still didn’t do the trick it just felt like it wasn’t clean…. But any how went along with my service then it came to pay and I know I had 2 credits available as I was charged the day before for my monthly membership…. The total came out to $108 no discount for being a membership and they charged me over $45 for a mask. Very unfortunate and would like to speak to someone about my experience at this location..

StretchLab

Jet did a phenomenal job! My body has never felt better.  I’m more flexible and in less pain. She also has a super good personality.  I highly recommend.

From the moment I entered the business I experienced the utmost professionalism and consideration.. They were informative & gave clear instructions that were easy to follow. The facility was clean and it was easy to locate via the GPS. The professionalism is awesome! Do yourself a favor and  get here as quick as you can! Your body will thank you.

Elliott is a great person to have as an instructor. I truly hate to see him leave but I know he needs the time to give to studies and to progress in his career. I know he will be very successful. Thank  you Elliott for your service with stretch lab.

10 Fitness Rodney Parham

I love being at this gym - the staff is fantastic, equipment is well-maintained and clean. Most importantly, working with Mia for personal training has been a game changer for me! She’s encouraging and challenges me beyond what I think I’m capable of doing. I’ve seen dramatic changes in the 5 months I’ve worked with Mia!!!

Update: Saying “what up dude” is not a greeting, then ignoring me afterwards! What’s wrong with these people in customer service positions! Wow! No one greeted me, but when I left they said have a good day. They were doing a great job of cleaning! Their water bottle dispenser, had cold water in it! One of the employees put a weight clip on for.  The premium weight room is large! This location has better employees than the Conway location! And it’s cleaner! Conway location, the people just don’t care! They need an overhaul and new management there, including proper training of the employees!

My experience has been great at 10 Fitness. I have been using this location since it opened. The equipment is great. I use the theater when action movies are playing. The staff is professional. And the added 24/7 access makes it excellent.

My husband & I met with the trainers, Zach & Blake for our first session.  Considering our ages & lack of exercise regime they developed exercise recommendations for each.  They were patient, encouraging & fun to be around.  We have signed on for additional training sessions & are looking forward to them….that says a lot coming from someone who has always disliked exercise!

I love Zumba and I was amazed to know that they had Zumba at 6 AM in the morning for people who want to work out before they go to work or start their day. I was visiting from San Francisco. I was welcome with open arms. Beth  was the instructor on Friday morning and she played great music, hip-hop music. She rocked it. Her energy was amazing and she had a great smile. She welcomed me to the group .  When I move back to Little Rock I will be going to this workout place in this location I likeRodney Parham . It was a nice work out environment and it was clean they have showers. I was impressed.

BodyKandie Beauty Spa

Kandie was amazing. Would recommended, 10/10. She is very detailed and walks you through every step. She has great environment and I will be re-booking with her.

My Brazilian wax was better than I expected. The business was very clean and relaxing. Brooke made sure I had a great experience! Highly recommended!
