Love this location! Amazing staff, professional, and fun! I called last minute to get in and they were able to get me and my daughter in 15 min later! Hair looks amazing and feels so soft! Thank you Ivy for amazing service and squeezing us in on a busy Friday!

I had an 11:15 appointment for lashes and by 2 pm my lashes were sitting on my desk as they had fell off my face! I immediately called the store whom blew me off entirely saying we are very busy and that I could come back! Why would I return if one I made an appointment and my time is valuable as well I had other engagements I didn’t have time to go back across town and secondly they were rude so I’m definitely not returning. They added insult to injury w no remorse as a business! With stained eyeliner on my lid this wasn’t my first appointment with them but def my last!

Very impressed and so pleased! This was my first time coming here, I needed get both hair and makeup done for family photos. I have long hair and I struggle to have it hold a curl. Ivy did a fantastic job making sure my curls would hold all through the day and I appreciate how efficient she was working with my long hair. Reyna did my makeup and it came out beautifully! She listened to the look I was going for and made to sure to deliver on what I wanted. I also appreciate that they did my hair and makeup at the same time, that was a huge time saver! I definitely plan to come back to have these ladies work their magic again!

I’ve been a blo dry bar membership for little over 6-8 months and I have the membership for 2 blow outs per monthly charge. I recently had my hand tied extensions removed so last time I came in they let me know I had a free mask credit available since I never got my monthly add on in any month…. So I thought I would use my free mask on this blow out. First when I arrived they were too busy so a new person had to wash my hair which she totally had no idea how to wash my hair took 30 + mins, my hair didn’t feel clean but I instead got a leave in conditioner that still didn’t do the trick it just felt like it wasn’t clean…. But any how went along with my service then it came to pay and I know I had 2 credits available as I was charged the day before for my monthly membership…. The total came out to $108 no discount for being a membership and they charged me over $45 for a mask. Very unfortunate and would like to speak to someone about my experience at this location..
