The UPS Store

Fantastic store with great employees to say the least. I'm honestly impressed by whoever is in charge of running the place as they appear to be doing a good job. They always answer their phone, email, and whenever you drop in, they're extremely pleasant. Thanks for treating us customers well!

I am offering a suggestion to not use the UPS store at Arapahoe and University (by Natural Grocers) First, I am not alone in thinking the people there are just mean and this has been corroborated by friends. Second, I have spent the last month making multiple phone calls to Amazon trying to get my money back for returns I took to this store. These items were directed by Amazon to be packed up by the store and shipped (instead of self pack) so I dropped the items off and they were never received by Amazon. I went into the store to inquire about the return shipment, showed them the UPS receipt the store issued at drop off with the reference numbers, and got blank looks and was told there was nothing they could do. I believe, after tonight's call to Amazon I have convinced them the store failed to return the items and they refunded my account. Now, this isn't "really" Amazon's fault per-se, but they did direct these items to be packed by the store. I have avoided this store on and off for a while now and I will not go there again! There are other UPS stores just as close to me and the people at those two stores are wonderful!

The notary was exceptional! She was running the whole place alone, had a line of people due to an international complication with a package, and still handled everything with kindness and grace.

A company sent me clothes in a plastic bag, didn't fit so I printed a UPS return label for free return shipping and put the clothes in a nicer enclosed plastic bag with carry handle as a courtesy. Went in and they tried to sell me a box for something that came in a bag. Went to another UPS nearby and they scanned my bag and label in 30 seconds. These guys will scam you into selling more, don't fall for it!

I cannot recommend this UPS store more highly, but would give it 10 stars if I could. Ray and his staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when I had to ship some valuable jewelry to Massachusetts. He personally packed the items and allowed me to photograph every step for insurance purposes, gave me some good advice on what the safest services and shipping choices were so I felt very informed. Thank you, Ray!

Shell

Do NOT go to this car wash. They scam you out of $20 for a terrible wash. I have streaks and dirt all over. I used to come here all the time for a $13 rinse. Now you can only get a top dog wash and there’s no sign explaining this until it’s too late to exit and time to pay. COMPLETE SCAM. Will NOT return.

This station has really lost its touch over the last 1-2 years. I'm 3/3(technically 5/5) with the car wash dying in the middle of the wash. First time, it died right after it suds my car(making it a hazard driving out), second; it died when the arms were rubbing the back of my car; and today it died right when it rinsed the car. The staff both times were just rude. Why do I keep coming here when all I'm getting is ripped off and rudeness? Go somewhere else to get what you need at a station.

If it annoys you to serve me, you don't need my money. Willing to go a block further to never annoy your female cashier again for asking for cigarettes.

Drive 35 mins out of my wayfor $3.21 per gallon gas.  Spent another 15 minutes trying to get gas out of the pump.  When it never happened, my credit card was still active on the pump.  Had to leave like that when hanging it up 13x did nothing and walking in the store asking the clerk to cancel my transaction to get my card off wasn't successful either.

Would not sell me a pack of cigarettes because my form of i.d. is a current US passport. She said she has to scan my driver's license. Passports are a valid form of government issued photo ID. She was perplexed when I said this to her. I didn't feel like arguing and just left. Other times I have been here in the recent past the men working are overly flirtatious. I've been asked if I am married or have a boyfriend. Just a creepy place to go anymore. Won't be returning anytime soon.

The Honey Baked Ham Company

Picked up my yearly Christmas holiday ham and discovered they have sliders now and ordered some. I ordered the turkey and Swiss and they did not disappoint, we had these as part of our Christmas Eve meal. I knew Honey Baked did sandwiches for lunch but the sliders are new. I'll be trying the other two options as well, the chicken bacon ranch and ham and cheddar.

Ordered online for a pickup.  The day before picking up I called to ask if there were coupons nice older man said coupon savor and he'd honor coupon.   Got there today with a 100 gift card, largest turkey had was under 10lbs, I also ordered a 5 lb ham.  The manager wouldn't honor the coupon even after I said the man yesterday said he would.  My bill was 167.00, than minus the gift card.  What a racket this is not worth the price.  I could have gotten a 18 lb turkey and whole ham  and still come out cheaper.   This was my first and last time I'll use Honey Baked.   Not impressed!!

Was over in this shopping center so we thought we’d give this place a try. Cute little place. We had sandwiches and soups. Turkey classic is what I had with loaded potato soup also chicken salad. Chicken salad was kind of plain a little watery. Turkey classic sandwich was pretty good the potato soup was pretty good also. What I didn’t like was the price. It was a small sandwich and a little thing of soup. Sandwich was smaller than half a hamburger.

Stopped in for lunch. They have a small lunch menu and there's usually very few people there. Where they excel is their honey baked hams for a holiday, but make sure you pre-order. The price may seem high, but the ham is exceptional.

It smells sooooo good in this place. I go in twice a year. For Thanksgiving and Christmas.... They have never disappointed me with their product. Customer service was good as well. I can't wait to tear into this smoked Turkey for this Thanksgiving!

Hot Asana Yoga Studio

Warm yoga was absolutely wonderful. My instructor was such a beautiful soul. Even with carrying a child for another family, she led the class with such grace & was able to support our practices & demonstrate other moves to enhance our stretches. We even received warm, lavender towels & she was so mindful of our individual journeys. I feel so aligned & can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful experience with this yoga community at this studio !!! They were welcoming and kind at this yoga studio !!! I hadn't done yoga in almost a year and on top of that  , I'm from Oklahoma . So the altitude difference while performing yoga is a bit more interesting to say the least 🤣 . With that said the instructors and staff we're very helpful and considerate of you're our pace !!! I highly recommend this studio !!! Namaste everyone and peace be with you  !!! 🧘‍♂️🙏🏻🤙🏻

I've been coming to Hot Asana for over a few years now, and I love the place, and style of yoga. All the instructors are super friendly, and it's a great place for all fitness levels. So if you're a beginner or, more advanced, the classes will have different options for you. I have some mobility issues post cancer recovery and coming here a couple of times a week has really improved my overall quality of life physically and mentally. :)

I love this studio! From the environment to the instructors, it is my favorite place to do yoga every week.

Best yoga studio I’ve ever been a part of.  Top-notch facility, easy booking process, clean…but the true highlight for me is the incredible skill and professionalism of every single instructor encountered.  They are all different and bring their own flavor to each class, guaranteeing a unique experience every time you go. I wasn’t terribly into yoga until I got dragged to this studio and now I can’t get enough.

Big O Tires

Huge thanks to, Spencer and the entire team! They did a great job identifying the immediate concerns with my tires, got me in and out with no problems. Great communication, water provided, charging stations in the waiting room. Great experience overall! Will be going back soon for my next tire and ALL my services! Thanks Team!

I live over an hour from this location. My car needed tires and an oil change, as it was making a loud noise. Zach and his team stayed well past the normal time to make sure I got home safe to my family. HIGHLY recommend this company! Huge thank you to the BIG O TIRE TEAM!

Big O Tires achieved customer service excellence by being extremely accommodating...they were able to diagnose the issue quickly, order the parts, repair the car, and have my daughter back on the road the same day. They even followed up with a text message to ensure that everything was okay the next day.

I informed the staff I wanted to keep the left rear tire! The right rear tire had a nail in it and couldn't be repaired,  so I purchased 2 new tires,  wanting to keep the one good tire but was given what I thought was the good tire but the tire I got had a nail in it! I was not told this when I picked up my vehicle, nothing in the notes on my receipt!  Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication on this!!

We took in our car for a simple patch job.  No issues with the car at all.  After the patch job driving the car home we noticed it was pulling to the right and we had to turn the steering wheel left quite a bit to get the car to drive straight.  Called them and asked if we could bring it back the next day to get it fixed.  We were told no problem at first, then when we went back they want an additional $80 to fix it.  We told them no we wouldn't be paying that as the car was fine before we brought it in.  They said ok well we'll mess with it but I'm not using any parts and I'll see what I can do.  When we got the car back it was significantly worse than it was after they already messed it up.  The dude purposely messed it up because we refused to pay them $80 to fix their mistake. I have purchased tires, brakes, and more through Big O Tires in the last couple years but we will never be going back.  Now we get to go spend more money to fix their mistake.  Watch out for Spencer and Russell.

I wish I could give a good review but I can't. Bought a boneless ham for Christmas. Picked it up on Wednesday to serve on Sunday. Website says should be good for 7 to 10 days that's four days. It's was tasteless and dried out. No moisture at all. Could hardly get slices apart. It says they come in frozen. I wonder how long this ham had been thawed. It was barely cold when I picked it up. Never again.

Delicious! My husband comes here frequently for lunch and now I see why! Sandwiches are made fresh and they are amazing. If you upgrade your sandwich to a Box Lunch, you get one side of your choice and a drink for roughly $9. Great for family dinners, catering, or holidays. This is also the place to go to grab Honey Baked Ham, Bacon, Ribs, Roast, Pies and other Desserts.

Such kind service that is very welcoming. Food feels and tastes very homemade and flavorful with honey mustard like I’ve never had! The broccoli salad is delicious, 10/10. Cookies are phenomenal as well. Even the outdoor seating is comforting and nicely decorated.

Very clean and fresh sandwhich shop. All options are great, and the staff is always friendly. The meats and breads are delicious. They have catering and holiday options for whole hams, turkeys, and sides, or Box lunch options.

My most favorite place until today! Scrimped on the ham salad, could hardly taste the ham. So sad because that’s why I go there.
Manager responded positively to my complaint. 🤗

McDonald's

I came to pick up a delivery order & they have a monitor near the pick-up area. But they are not utilizing the monitor at all, which would have made things a bit more organized for all the people waiting to pick up orders.

Slow service with no direction for those needing to place an order inside. So many workers wandered around the registers, but no one acknowledged any of the customers.

I go to this McDonald’s after work bc they’re 24/7 and it’s on my way home. The person that works the drive through at night in a blue shirt/hoodie? gives you major attitude is sounds super annoyed to be taking an order until you get to the window to pay. They’re always out of soda and always a 10 minute wait at night

Only one word comes to mind for just how bad the food and service was at this place... disgusting.

Very friendly staff. Watched as a problem arose and the team working together to find a solution, which one person fixed without fixing by offering an alternative while another member of the crew worked on the actual problem until reaching completion. Either way, it was resolved, and the customer left satisfied with their original choice. Thumbs way up! Keep up the good work, and thank you. It's been a while since I've seen a crew work together so well.

Love me a mcChicken and Mcflurry. Do wish they were 1$ but that’s just the times we live in.

Walmart Supercenter

Walmart has some adorable FALL & CHRISTMAS decor in. Perfect for garlands and accessorizing and decorating your home for the Holidays.

I went there specifically for canning items. I've got a few other times to other walmarts and they never have what I'm looking for. I can order it online, but I was hoping to complete my project today. Anyway, I was able to find other things- mostly things I didn't need, lol. The staff is always friendly and the store itself is always clean.

They don't have cashier's. But that is not the problem. They don't open the self check out either. So, you have to do a line to self check out and they have maybe 49 self checkout closed. At the end, after 40 minutes paying, a guy at the door wants to review your items. This is an abuse. They do this on purpose to have people inside the store all the time. I will never comeback to Walmart.

I’m sorry but the costumer service area with the 2 ladies? Well they love to talk loudly about their costumers. I asked nicely if I can return this floater that you have to manually blow “Merry Christmas “ I thought it’s the plug in self inflatable. The lady said” it’s in a small box because you have to blow it as in self to blow “then I said “yeah but it feels like those pool floater and I have to blow it up manually!” So she returned it and started talking to this lady beside her that “she doesn’t know what’s inflatable, maybe she’s stupid. “ well you’re the one stupid or too poor to even know what’s the different between SELF plugged inflatable and the pool inflatable!

Update- I went to the customer service/money center and encounter the same damn lady! I asked her to cash out the check then she responded “we can’t do that because it’s out of the country.” 🤦🏻‍♀️ the check was issued from Hawaii and it’s out of state ! Please train her!

It’s a Walmart. Definitely not the cleanest one I have been too but not the worst. It’s has most items and staff are somewhat friendly. They could take a lesson from Target on at least making the store feel clean.

Our experience with Budget Blinds was second to none. From setting an appointment for an in home consultation with Ryan to installation with Matt things could not have gone smoother. Ryan effortlessly and patiently guided us in choosing our product and color. My husband, John, and I selected some lovely drapes from Budget Blinds in late October. 11/13/2023  today Sam came to my home to hang my new blinds on my dining room slider. He called me when he was on his way, was very polite and courteous while in my home, and cleaned up after himself.  Once again, my experience with Budget Blinds has been a great one.

I was so happy to find a UPS store open on Sunday!!! I stopped in yesterday afternoon and Will helped me with my shipment. She was super efficient and so very pleasant. Thanks, Will, I'll probably see you again!

I have been a customer at this UPS store for several years.  I have always had excellent customer service until recently.  There are now three young women who work there who are very rude to customers and act as if they are doing you a favor by helping you, rolling their eyes with disgust if you ask a question.
There are a few other customers I talked to who are very unhappy as well.  We will be taking our business elsewhere if this isn't addressed.  It is just as easy to be kind as to be rude.

I have been coming to this store for awhile. The folks that used to work here were always so wonderful and pleasant. Over the last year there have been significant staffing changes and the new staff are unprofessional and just not pleasant or polite. Every time I walk in it feels like the employees are annoyed to be helping me.

Love this UPS store!

Needed to do an Amazon return and found this location, which is supposed to open at 7:30. Arrived at 7:45 to a locked door. Anyone doing business at this hour is likely in a hurry trying to get an errand done before work. The late opening is not appreciated.
