I live over an hour from this location. My car needed tires and an oil change, as it was making a loud noise. Zach and his team stayed well past the normal time to make sure I got home safe to my family. HIGHLY recommend this company! Huge thank you to the BIG O TIRE TEAM!

Big O Tires achieved customer service excellence by being extremely accommodating...they were able to diagnose the issue quickly, order the parts, repair the car, and have my daughter back on the road the same day. They even followed up with a text message to ensure that everything was okay the next day.

I informed the staff I wanted to keep the left rear tire! The right rear tire had a nail in it and couldn't be repaired, so I purchased 2 new tires, wanting to keep the one good tire but was given what I thought was the good tire but the tire I got had a nail in it! I was not told this when I picked up my vehicle, nothing in the notes on my receipt! Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication on this!!

We took in our car for a simple patch job. No issues with the car at all. After the patch job driving the car home we noticed it was pulling to the right and we had to turn the steering wheel left quite a bit to get the car to drive straight. Called them and asked if we could bring it back the next day to get it fixed. We were told no problem at first, then when we went back they want an additional $80 to fix it. We told them no we wouldn't be paying that as the car was fine before we brought it in. They said ok well we'll mess with it but I'm not using any parts and I'll see what I can do. When we got the car back it was significantly worse than it was after they already messed it up. The dude purposely messed it up because we refused to pay them $80 to fix their mistake. I have purchased tires, brakes, and more through Big O Tires in the last couple years but we will never be going back. Now we get to go spend more money to fix their mistake. Watch out for Spencer and Russell.
