The UPS Store

For UPS services they're fine, but don't waste your time bringing in outgoing USPS priority mail packages. In spite of the store's website assuring you they provide all USPS services. whether they accept them or not is up to the whims of the staffer at the counter. Last week a USPS package was happily accepted. This week their unpublished policy is to not take them subject to vague limitations.

The ladies working here today were super fun and easy to work with, especially Amber. This has always been a solid UPS Store — I’ve been coming here for 5 years — but the staff today was especially great!

Jasmine has a great attitude.  She was easy going and greeted each customer so friendly.  Amber was captaining the ship and was able to get my mailbox started.  Thank you ladies.

I walked into UPS on Sept 12 around 12-1pm and handled over my pre-paid Rent the Runway package to a woman at the counter. I said it’s just a quick return and left. I should’ve stayed to watch them scan it because like the other reviews here - I learned this week, that my package was never scanned and no one knows where it is. I’m now in an open case with Rent the Runway and can’t use their service until this is solved. Very disappointed this UPS location doesn’t do their jobs properly.

Spencer at store #6507 was patient, professional and friendly. I’m a regular and even when I came in with six huge boxes and four medium boxes she was terrific!

Ace Handyman Services Colorado Springs

Chelsea got her team out sooner than we could have ever expected and the job was done in no time!  The man (I don't remember his name!) was professional and courteous and the cost was well below what any one else quoted.  Great Job! We will definitely use this service again!

ACE Handyman's service was OUTSTANDING.!!!!! They were courteous, knowledgeable. and prompt. The technician arrived on time with all the appropriate tools and equipment. He assessed the scope of the job made modifications to the job and finished it quickly and under the estimate. I will recommend ACE Handyman services to my friends.

Thank you, for the awesome service to do our back porch stairs and rail. We will definitely use Ace Handyman again.

5 Stars.  Two thumbs up.  Brandon and Andrew did a terrific job re-building our front steps from the ground up.  They were on time, skilled, and completed the step rebuild project in a timely manner.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I usually go to my local store and happen to be in the area to print, fax, and mail documents that were time sensitive that were due within 4 days. I allotted room for errors and attempted to print, fax, and mail the documents  4days in advance and came in at 2:30pm today and get helped by Bob. Midway through, I had to request supervisor info as I was receiving multiple backhanded comments as to how many documents I had. I had a total of 80 pages to print and labeled everything easily and put it in a USB to avoid any troubles. Gave specific instructions and was open about it taking long and brought fine with it as I've mailed County documents like this previously. Bob then had a backhanded comment on how much it will cost and making the print work too much. For 80 copies?? I've never received such backhanded rude service at a UPS store. I was then left to stand for 5 mins for a fax cover sheet because Bob disappeared in the back and had to request another employee to retrieve for me. The other employee was apologetic and sent Bob to fax my 80 pages and he was complaining about the wait time and the cost. I told him I needed his supervisors card at the point to which he laughed trying to talk down to me. When I said I don't appreciate the treatment received when I've been more than kind and I apologize if something was taken incorrectly but I do this often at UPS stores and never witnessed such backhanded like you Bob?? Can you understand where I'm coming from? I chose to end the conversation and simply stated I don't wish to further communicate as we aren't getting anywhere and 3 mins later he's trying to interrogate me asking which other stores I've  visited. I stated, I previously said I no longer welcome a conversation with you as your comments are not welcome and he just smirked. I don't care how much I am paying (payed $107 for mediocre work) I care about the customer service, and this is terrible customer service. Bob lacks empathy, looks tired, and is unable to de-escalate valid  customer concerns. Bob can't do his job as he should. Maybe it's time to retire? Customers should not be subjected to backhanded comments when getting their services done here. I'm livid at this experience and would leave 0 stars if I could. The wait and the cost ain't the issue, BOB AT UPS IS THE ISSUE. James Kohler (owner) I emailed you as this experience was terrible.

This UPS store has been a great place to do business with in the past.  Unfortunately, the last 2 times I've been there, an employee has been unfriendly and quite rude. I do not know her name, she is youngish with dark hair. My most recent trip there was 12-5-23 approximately 3:00 PM. She doesn't understand the concept of customer. Someone needs to address this with her. I am loathe to go there because of this employee and will seek other places when possible.

Not very customer centric.
If you have Amazon returns I would highly recommend you take them elsewhere. If you need a small bit of tape, they will not let you use it. But they will offer to sell you a roll for nearly $6. If you need a shipping label to be printed to pay $2 plus taxes for return printing. Meanwhile, if you order the label through Amazon you only pay $1.
I can understand taking a fee on some of the things such as label printing but having double the markup that Amazon has to provide the same exact label is excessive. Also, providing small amounts of tape is part of doing business.

Exceptional service for mailing packages and doing Amazon returns. Very efficient always very helpful. I never had a bad experience for the past two years I have been using this locations. Always incredibly friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Everyone at the store is always really friendly and helpful. Now they have a UPS drop kiosk that allows you to just scan your item, print or email receipt and go. Absolutely brilliant.

McDonald's

McDonald's food. Soda tasted weird and was a bit messy as all self service areas are.  Most of the tables could use a wipe down.  They have some cute decorations and flowers on the tables.

They have an awesome indoor play place.

I ordered the buy one get one for $1.  last time I got a Spicy McChicken, when I asked for the regular McChicken.  So this time I specified and the person at the window said what you are asking for is the Mc Crispy... ok whatever... only to find out the McCrispy is $5.39 first off... the sorry attempt and a Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich was awful, and not worth $5 or even $1.  I receive a barley warm patty with two pickle stacked on top of each other.  The sandwich was so old the pickles saturated the breading on the chicken patty.  So I didn't get my sandwich AND I was charged another $4 for a sandwich that was inedible, I threw it out!  There goes my $5 and my lunch :(

Sitting here right now waiting on food. Whole restaurant is filthy. Not a single clean table in the place.  Manager is sitting right across from me on her computer chatting with employees about schedules. Nobody even attempting to clean the restaurant.

Food came out. Ice cold cheese sauce on my burger.  Here at 1PM MST on Saturday 8 July.

I usually love this place but I won't be buying nuggets anymore ever again from McDonalds. I got nuggets twice in a week and both boxes the nuggets were very different. Realized they changed the nuggets! Disgusting. Now they are super thin, dry like cardboard. Not hot and fresh either. Gone are those juicy, thick nuggets. RIP. Threw them out. Avoid the nuggets, they changed them and now they are gross and paper thin. So disappointed in this change I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I've had a mailbox with this store for three years. As I moved to another state, or I will keep using their excellent service. The whole team is very awesome. Each time I went to the store, the staff greeted me and my family members. They are super nice, friendly, and always ready to help. After I left Colorado, I had several delayed packages delivered to my old address. They spent extra time taking care of the forwarding packages. Here I just want to say thank you to the whole team there. I also realized the owner of the store changed this year while their service is as great as previous. If they could read this, I also want to thank the previous staff - Adam and his team. The whole team makes me miss Colorado so much... So I would love to recommend this store to other customers who need UPS services.

Warning! When you take an Amazon return to this location the Indian woman behind the desk with try and trick you into buying a box for your return. With Amazon returns you do not need to provide a box or label. Stand your ground and they will just process the return like they should. I tried calling a supervisor of that location but no telephone number is available.
It’s sad to think how many people she’s already tricked into buying an unneeded box.

holy smokes!  charged 87 dollars to have a notary sign a 10 page (one) document.  got charged 15 dollars per stamp for the one doc.  45 dollars for notary on one doc.  and many misc charges to print, pdf file. attaching so so you can see if this fits within your budget to have them sign one doc. i felt very overcharged by Lalitha. i will not go back to the ups store for notary.   i usually pay no more than 30 at mailboxes.  made a mistake going here.

The friendliest UPS I have been to. I needed some documents notarized and everyone was so helpful. I went to another UPS and they were not at all interested in helping me get my documents notarized.

Tori is an angel. Could not ask for better service and her and Annabelle are so nice. They practically saved my life. I would recommend this store to anybody looking for a place to return things to amazon or who just wants to enjoy a good customer service experience all around.

Big O Tires

Had the BEST experience at Big O Tires in Monument. My two-year old baby and I were stranded on the side of I-25 North with a flat tire and no spare (thanks, Lexus dealer). The tow truck driver got us over quickly and these guys went right to work. Fixed my tire quickly and got us back in the road so we could enjoy our Fourth of July weekend! Shout out to Michael, the store manager, who not only made sure we were serviced quickly and competently, but also gave my baby a popsicle to enjoy while we waited! So grateful for their work! Would highly recommend!

Zack - our Service Advisor and Jessie our Tech gave us excellent service today!  Jessie was able to repair the rear alignment linkage that our car dealership told us needed to be replaced.  He had the expertise, he took the time and he put in the effort. He saved us a lot of money.  Jessie is great at his job and we so appreciate him.

Went in for an alignment after hitting one of the many potholes on Colorado's roads and my steering wheel was way off. When I went in the guy at the counter was on the phone but made sure I knew he saw me and said he would be right with me. David was able to get me in right away to fix the problem. Josh the tech who worked on my car made sure everything was perfect and test drove to make sure it was safe for me and wouldn't do anymore damage. Very professional team and will continue to come back and recommend everyone to got to them.

I had an incredibly (and in some ways surprisingly) positive experience with Big O Tires of Monument this weekend.  I had simply taken my car in for a tire rotation when it turned out one tire was so far gone that it couldn’t even be rotated. Since the tires only had 12,000 miles on them I was surprised, confused and upset.  But the manager, David Falsetti, looked into years-old paperwork on the car and determined the company was at fault.  I got four new tires installed at no cost.  Impressive company integrity!

Had a flat tire from hitting a curb. Tire wasted. They got me in quickly that Saturday - called me later with another tire option so I would not have to wait till the following week to get a Cooper tire shipped. Zach especially was outstanding and I wanted to recognize him!

Harbor Freight Tools

Be very careful if and when you go to this store! There is something going on here, I haven't been able to figure it out, but when I do, I'm going to make sure everybody knows.

The workers here are curtious and helpful. They greet you and say things like, "Good morning! "Hi!", "How are you?", and "Can I Help You Find Anything?"
Some will ask, "Are you finding everything all right?" and if not, they appear to be happy to show you. There were two that even asked, "Do you have any questions?" That, "If you come up with any, be sure and ask." What?
Then there is the merchandise! It's a trap of some kind! As I went to get what I came for, I saw some other things I needed.
Then, after I got what I came for and the other things I needed, I found some things that I didn't know I needed, but I did!
They were perfect solutions to other issues I have, but I didn't know there was a solution to fix it.
The weirdest thing of all? After getting what I came for, the other things I needed, and the solutions to the issues I had that I didn't know there were solutions too; I didn't spend much over what the original item I wanted cost.
How, you ask? The savings! Not only is everything a good deal to begin with, but almost everything is on sale!
Now, the drawback was that I only planned on being there 10 to 15 minutes, but I was there an hour and 20 minutes. I thought the Love of My Life would be angry with me.
But she wasn't! You see, the solutions to the issues I had that I didn't know had solutions? Well, a couple of those issues were actually issues with things that affected her, and now they were solved! I ended up being more of a hero than late!

I had previously gone to different harbor freight location and was about to give up on harbor freight (rude and not helpful, then I saw the review for this store and thought I'd give a try. To my surprise I  was greeted by fried friendly faces, which I mentioned to staff.
Also  very helpful in making sure I was getting everything I needed.
One young man I believe his name was Tony saw I was looking, and offered to help me even though he was already off work.

Friendly and helpful people and if you're a club member you get better discounts and no problem with returns because it automatically goes in their database and they offer extended warranties

They were sold out of most of the stuff I needed and they were more interested in joking with each other than helping customers and asking for a product person didn't even know or understand what I was asking for brought out a complete different thing

I've never had a bad experience at this location. From the amount of negative comments, I guess I've been extremely lucky the 60+ times I've visited over the past 5 years. Staff has never been rude to me, my items shipped were never lost or late. Always had a QR code for my items and I would be in and out with a receipt in no time. But the parking lot is terrible, which is the owner of that strip mall's responsibility.

There is a cost to doing business! Way to go in being part of the great decline of America. I wonder how you will feel when your business is gone. It’s disappointing the lack of customer service that is now an option to doing business. Next time, when paying to ship I will ship with Fed Ex and drop my Amazon box at Kohls.

Charge for Free Services
Amazon pays them to pack and ship returns that are dropped off as long as they are in the original package. I returned a box in the original package. They wouldn't accept it unless I paid them to tape it shut. Do not expect them to honor commitments they have made. They will charge you if they get a chance.

Can't figure out how to reply to the owner's reply, so I'll just edit my review to express my thoughts. I'm sure that was some super impressive tape you slapped on that box, but I came to you because it was advertised as free. I could have used 5 cents worth of walmart tape at home and would have been happy. As far as the experience goes, your employees are rude and unhelpful. They laughed at me when I told them that I didn't think they should charge for a free service. To recap, I don't care about the quality of tape, it was a bad experience, and your employees are unprofessional.

The worst shipping experiences in this store. I urge you to go elsewhere if you want any kind of confidence in your shipping. I’ve had several items go missing. It’s a wonder they don’t lose most things when you watch the organization behind the counter. It’s chaos at best and a racket at worst. And the staff seems only mildly interested in helping. I can’t be the only one with Amazon return issues through this store. Make sure you get a tracking receipt, it will ensure only a torturous experience when your items go missing. Without it, all hope is lost. I will not return to this store.

There’s a guy at the front who speaks English and Spanish and has brown hair not sure his name, if he’s not in management he should be. I accidentally returned the wrong Amazon package and he was super helpful in going in back and finding it, and then later this week I got there right at 3:02 and he let me into return a package. I have a newborn and getting out is difficult. Seemed small but literally made my entire day!!

AT&T Store

Austin,Matthew and Mikail gave us the best customer service!!! At this store , you are not rushed and you are treated like family. Every question was answered and we felt confident in our choices. When we back to active the phones- we experience some weird issues BUT it was not an issue for these 3 amazing men. They figured out the issues and trust me they were weird and not normal and when we left the store we were so happy that we chose this store. I have never had such an amazing experience when purchasing phones!! There aren’t enough good adjectives to describe how great our experience was!!

Vanessa when I was confused regarding being changed for help transferring phones, notes to me “there time wasn’t worth anything to me ” or something along those lines because I assumed transfers are part of being members after compromising to buying an accessory to accommodate a free transfer. I’ve worked in customer service a long time and don’t understand why such a comment was needed or helped my understanding. Of course I didn’t want to be rude so I just left and will go to another AT&T. Hoping I’m not the only one met with this when just trying to do a transfer and work through it.

The predatory lying and upselling that this store does is ridiculous and should be illegal. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PROMOTIONAL OFFERS FROM THIS GARBAGE, DISGUSTING STORE!

Disgusting way of doing things to their customers. I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. They did absolutely nothing but lie to get me to take a promotional deal saying I would get a $100 credit to my account and wouldn’t be charged a cent as long as I brought the direct box back before 14 days. Well, day 2, I get a $124 charge to my bank account.

I’ll see you guys tonight and you’re going to make it right, or we can just cancel all 3 of my lines.

I just ported from T mobile to At and T. I had so many questions and customer service couldn’t help. I was at this store at 9 am first thing in the morning which I felt bad and Crystal was so helpful and kind she literally sat with me and looked at my account and broke down the balance. Set up the phone for me and transferred everything. She had so much patience and was so kind. I’ve never met someone so kind and patient. Crystal should be a supervisor or get a raise. She knows her stuff and has great customer service! Thanks Crystal!

Went into the store to pick up my grandsons birthday gift of a new phone that was ordered online. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She called the manager, who was not very professional on the phone, from what I could hear. I came home and called AT&T, who told me to go to another store, which made it fast and easy to pick up my order. This store obviously needs a lot of training.

Helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. The manager went out of his way to get in the exact phones we wanted by the next day. Friendly staff and excellent service!

Had an awesome experience upgrading my phone!  this store is in a perfect location and has an amazing staff. The manager Carlos is involved in and supportive of his team.

The customer service was great and the process was very easy to follow Jayden was an amazing and kind worker that helped us through the steps and was very understanding of the language barrier between him and my mother and didn’t get frustrated or annoyed with her overall it was a great experience

I would avoid this AT&T and choose a different one. I stopped getting service on my phone and went to this AT&T and they were completely unhelpful and did nothing but confirm I had service with them. They sent me to the Apple Genius Bar where Apple quickly confirmed it was a service problem and not a product problem. I went to another AT&T, who was embarrassed the first AT&T did not help me and rectified things immediately.
