I usually go to my local store and happen to be in the area to print, fax, and mail documents that were time sensitive that were due within 4 days. I allotted room for errors and attempted to print, fax, and mail the documents 4days in advance and came in at 2:30pm today and get helped by Bob. Midway through, I had to request supervisor info as I was receiving multiple backhanded comments as to how many documents I had. I had a total of 80 pages to print and labeled everything easily and put it in a USB to avoid any troubles. Gave specific instructions and was open about it taking long and brought fine with it as I've mailed County documents like this previously. Bob then had a backhanded comment on how much it will cost and making the print work too much. For 80 copies?? I've never received such backhanded rude service at a UPS store. I was then left to stand for 5 mins for a fax cover sheet because Bob disappeared in the back and had to request another employee to retrieve for me. The other employee was apologetic and sent Bob to fax my 80 pages and he was complaining about the wait time and the cost. I told him I needed his supervisors card at the point to which he laughed trying to talk down to me. When I said I don't appreciate the treatment received when I've been more than kind and I apologize if something was taken incorrectly but I do this often at UPS stores and never witnessed such backhanded like you Bob?? Can you understand where I'm coming from? I chose to end the conversation and simply stated I don't wish to further communicate as we aren't getting anywhere and 3 mins later he's trying to interrogate me asking which other stores I've visited. I stated, I previously said I no longer welcome a conversation with you as your comments are not welcome and he just smirked. I don't care how much I am paying (payed $107 for mediocre work) I care about the customer service, and this is terrible customer service. Bob lacks empathy, looks tired, and is unable to de-escalate valid customer concerns. Bob can't do his job as he should. Maybe it's time to retire? Customers should not be subjected to backhanded comments when getting their services done here. I'm livid at this experience and would leave 0 stars if I could. The wait and the cost ain't the issue, BOB AT UPS IS THE ISSUE. James Kohler (owner) I emailed you as this experience was terrible.

This UPS store has been a great place to do business with in the past. Unfortunately, the last 2 times I've been there, an employee has been unfriendly and quite rude. I do not know her name, she is youngish with dark hair. My most recent trip there was 12-5-23 approximately 3:00 PM. She doesn't understand the concept of customer. Someone needs to address this with her. I am loathe to go there because of this employee and will seek other places when possible.

Not very customer centric. If you have Amazon returns I would highly recommend you take them elsewhere. If you need a small bit of tape, they will not let you use it. But they will offer to sell you a roll for nearly $6. If you need a shipping label to be printed to pay $2 plus taxes for return printing. Meanwhile, if you order the label through Amazon you only pay $1. I can understand taking a fee on some of the things such as label printing but having double the markup that Amazon has to provide the same exact label is excessive. Also, providing small amounts of tape is part of doing business.

Exceptional service for mailing packages and doing Amazon returns. Very efficient always very helpful. I never had a bad experience for the past two years I have been using this locations. Always incredibly friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Everyone at the store is always really friendly and helpful. Now they have a UPS drop kiosk that allows you to just scan your item, print or email receipt and go. Absolutely brilliant.
