Mr.  Rob Fisher was extremely helpful and informative.  From the phone and in person,  Mr. Rob was very professional. He also provided additional quotes and made the best recommendation for another vehicle. The integrity and service was beyond expectation.  Wow! The professionalism exceed standards. These guy's are great. Been to them twice now, they're professional, and friendly. They make you feel like a person. The first time I went, my 3 yr. Old granddaughter was with me, she had an old truck that she brought with us to play with while we waited. The truck was missing a headlight, she asked if they could fix it, they took the truck, cleared glued a blob for a headlight, let it dry and when my car was done , her truck was done. Made that little girl's day. Thanks guy for great service and the friendly atmosphere.

These guys were amazing. We had a tire emergency 1,000 miles from home on a Saturday and they pulled out all the stops to get us fixed up and back on the road. They stayed late to work on our vehicle when they easily could have pushed our service to Monday. They were having a holiday family decorating party after they closed and they still stuck around to work on our vehicle. We waited for our vehicle and enjoyed watching their families decorate and their kids play. We were desperate to get home to our kids so being around their loving family really put things in to perspective for us after a frustrating day. We were so grateful that their kind family helped us get home to ours. They run a professional, courteous and efficient business. We highly recommend!

I had booked my appointment online over a weekend for a Tuesday morning at 8 for several things. That following Monday Zack called me to let me know the morning was all booked up, but that I could drop my car off that morning and he would make sure to get it done sometime through the day. I informed him that as long as it was done before I needed to go to school at 4:30 that that was ok with me. I dropped my car off by 8 am last Tuesday. By 1:45pm Zack called me and messaged me the report on my car. Several things needed to be addressed in addition to what I had requested be done. Both air filters needed to be replaced, the brake lines needed to be flushed, and the bushings in my control arm were cracking. All of which I could clearly see with the pictures attached to the car report so there was no confusion over what he was talking about.

I became very worried as I was due to leave out early early the next morning to drive into Central Texas for a funeral. I expressed my concern about cost as it was certainly not what I was expecting to hear, and I was worried I would have to cancel my trip. Zack was so sweet, honest, and transparent. He broke down the costs of everything and explained the financing I could apply for as well as sending me all the info via text. I quickly applied, was approved, and immediately called him back to give the all clear. I again expressed concern over if he would be able to get all of it done before end of day. I was supposed to leave around 3am the next morning.. so definitely needed to get it done ASAP. Zack verbally thought out how long it would take and then assured me if we hung up right then he would make sure everything was done by 5:30. I got the call around 5 that everything was done! The amount of relief cannot be described.

Not to mention that during my trip the shop messaged me to make sure that everything was good with my car and that I was experiencing no issues. It is so hard to find an honest car shop willing to go the extra mile for someone they don't personally know. I can certainly tell you that I will be back for sure!

I really needed to get my car serviced before we started getting snowfall. I thought that I had a confirmed appointment but did not. No worries, they were able to fit me in and ready for the twelve inches of snow we got the next day. Courteous, Efficient, and Thorough. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced with Big O!

AT&T Store

Rarely do I feel compelled to write a review about the service I receive, but the service I received from Malcolm and Tate at this store yesterday (Dec 3rd) cannot go unnoticed. Yesterday, I purchased a phone from this store and shortly after returning home, I realized that my apps were not syncing correctly. I called the store and returned so that Malcolm could take a look at the problem, which was only 15 minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, resolving the issue proved to be more complicated and could not be solved within 15 minutes. However, without any hesitation, Malcolm and Tate stayed after closing hours to do everything they could to resolve my issues. This was crucial as I had a business trip the next day. Both Malcolm and Tate worked diligently to fix the problem, maintaining a positive attitude and a smile on their faces, even when I became a bit frustrated. I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional customer service, positive demeanor, and willingness to help, even staying well past their closing time without hesitation. Absolutely outstanding customer service! Thank you!!!

Mack was amazing!! I went in to pick out a new phone and he showed me all of the best options and told me about special discounts. He was so helpful and had great conversation. Two other people were helpful to me that day too but I didn’t get their names :( best AT&T store!

This place tried the classic bait n switch. We had a screen malfunction. Apple stores would charge us $301 to get it fixed. Prior to agreeing to that I took it to AT&T. They talked us into upgrading to a new phone to fix the problem. That did not fix the problem we had to actually take the phone to Apple stores which fix the problem paid $301. Later that evening, we took the upgraded phone from AT&T back. They charged us $55 restocking fee and admitted that they could not give us an upgraded phone until our other phone was fixed which cost us $301.  Classic bait and switch.

Went in with a pretty complicated transfer from Verizon to AT&T. Mack and Claire were awesome! They walked us through ALL of our options and helped us get the 2 phones, hot spot and transfer of our numbers with patience and great attitudes. Very glad we went to this store.

It was a great experience with Lukas. He was personable, knew his stuff and helped me even though there were some roadblocks. He offered solutions and even helped lower our bill. And my daughter was all over the place and he helped entertain her. Above and beyond.

Graze Craze Charcuterie Boards & Boxes - North Colorado Springs, CO

This was perfect for New Years Eve party! It was ready on time, so pretty, HUGE (8-10 board was plenty) and fresh! Everyone loved it.  My hand in Theo photo gives better perspective to the size of the board.

I highly recommend Graze Craze. There are so many options, they are beautiful and delicious.  You can stop in to pick up I even think they have delivery options. I had the medium board I shared with a friend for a quick lunch. Loved it. Will be back. Even considering doing this as client gifts. 🥰

Aubrey was amazing and went above and beyond to make our gender reveal special! She took my order last minute during the holidays and made us the most beautiful and creative gender reveal platter for an affordable price, cup cakes, cakepops, cookies, and macrons. She was flexible and communicated promptly. We will definitely be using her services again. Our family was wow and enjoyed all the treats!! Thank you for your generosity and kindness!

Amazing staff!! They customized a beautiful board for my daughters graduation open house. A little bit of a Graze board goes a long way! I'll definitely use them again.

McDonald's

They always get my food wrong, they did it again this morning, got the entire order wrong and when I came back to replace it they took my receipt, gave me the bag, so I couldn’t check the order. I checked the bag, right items, except that they forgot the drinks, and the straws and napkins. And most of the food was still made incorrectly. 0 stars. Jesus Christ what a fumble, didn’t get anything for my trouble.

Picked up a mobile order today and had hair in my burger. Didn't see it until I had already had a few bites 🤢 only good thing is all the drive-through employees were very nice

Ordered curbside but had to head inside anyway. Order came out quick but was incomplete. The server didn't wait as I called our, and once inside still had a hard time getting assistance. Once I did, still had to wait for other orders to get the rest of the meal. Also.... who bags fries like this (photo: laying flat, opposite directions).

I had a coupon for free fries 🍟 and drink 🥤when you buy a large sandwich. I tried the crispy chicken sandwich, but thought it was no match for Chick-fil-A. I still love the fries and a Coke!

The overnight cashier girl has the absolute worst attitude. That mixed with a wait time of almost 35 minutes for an online order, guaranteeing my food is cold before I even reach the window. How can they cry for better pay with the kind of services they poorly provide and we pay for.

What a surprise, all my fries were upside down and cold. Disgrace.

The UPS Store

Everyone at the store is very friendly. I was able to get service quickly and was greeted right away.
Chris and Uriah both helped me with my poster and shipping order. They were both very friendly and helpful. Chris was very knowledgeable and guided me through the poster process and made it very easy. Uriah cut and packed the poster perfectly. In the end, I got a beautiful poster that shipped to my friend in the same transaction.

Great service at this store. I have a mailbox and have been sending and receiving packages from this location for years. Big thanks to Lyric, Chris & and the rest of the team for the attention to detail on document notarization as well. It's great to see this level of customer care and attention to detail. Thanks!

I come here regularly, mostly for Amazon returns. They are efficient and always provide a receipt. The staff is nice. My one and only complaint is that sometimes the store is closed for some reason and you don't know until you get to the locked door during typically open hours - I'm not talking national holidays - it happens on random days.

Because it happened once, I started to call before I go - the fact they are closed has never been on their outgoing message. It's irritating to pack everything up to make a trip for nothing.

The rudest people.  I called today to get simple answers to simple questions and the woman on the phone was so rude from the get go.  She couldn’t be bothered to be helpful,  patient or informative.  Sorry I’m trying to give your “independently owned UPS” money.  I’ll be sure to take it elsewhere next time.

Chris and the carefully chosen wonderful stuff. Have then incredibly helpful, patient and kind period they have helped me with issues that I could not have done myself in a time. Love this store!  It has a beautiful lay out and great customer service.  I stopped in to upgrade my phone at the end of a really long day and was helped by Jonas and Matthew who were courteous and patient with expert knowledge of their products. Their good sense of humor didn’t go unappreciated either!  This will definitely be our go to AT&T store from now on.  A big thank you to all!

Amazing service!  I had been dealing with a billing issue and not getting the help I needed via phone or chat.  I decided to stop in here on the way home and I'm glad I did!  Wonderful staff, shout out to Eboni and Westley for understanding and working with me for a complete 100% resolve!  Best service I've had in a really long time!  They know how to treat their customers and friendly banter while they worked.

My husband and I went to this store easily over 10 times to get things fixed on our account over a three month period, that to this day are still not resolved. We have been charged for equipment from digital life that we never received and come to find it was delivered to this store which they failed to tell us the four times we went in to resolve this. They are all well manneres, but nothing was ever resolved after so many visits. I would not recommend this store for fixing account issues.

Absolutely fantastic experience getting a seven month billing error on my Direct TV account resolved!!!! Alfredo spent over an hour explaining the situation to the loyalty reps and now I’m assured I will not be charged for HBO on my account. He went beyond expectations to solve my problem and did it in a very professional and courteous manner. Thank you again, Alfredo!!!!

The Home Depot

Great Home Depot location. Decided to go to this one since we need to buy a few things from here. Nice, clean, organized, and big. Staff there was friendly, other people that don’t work there also friendly, well stocked, clean, and most important, easy to get in and out (since it can be really crowded sometimes) ! Self checkout was easy to use, and so is also cashier checkout. There is also a bunch of entrances/exits at the front of the store like every other Home Depot so that’s a plus. So, all in all, great Home Depot. Wild recommend this location and will be back!

I don't know about you but for me I absolutely love going here on a Saturday or Sunday morning at about 9-10ish, ohh the joy... Anybody picking up on the sarcasm??

Always busy with a very poorly laid out parking lot that is congested. It is in the same parking lot as Whole Foods (sort of).

If you are coming for lumber you are much better going to a yard the specializes in it as the wood here is usually warped and of poor quality.

I recommend Austin Hardwoods of Denver.

For power tools Ryobi is my recommendation because of the universal battery. But make sure you check the bundles as sometimes it's cheaper to get a couple tools or a tool plus a battery than it is just the single tool. Also check the price on the website which is sometimes cheaper.

It's fine. All HD are the same. Big. Has everything. Okay priced. The problem is, it's too big. Had to find aisle 43. Imagine a store having 43 large aisles and you have crutches. It's just too much. I miss Ace Hardware.

It's Home Depot, what do you expect?   You want customer service,  go to ACE!   Inattentive staff,  unless you're Latino.   I've walked passed several employees on multiple occasions and have never been spoken to.   Yet the Latino customers around me are always being greeted or asked if they need help.   It was hard to get used to in the beginning but the more stores I visit it seems to be the norm.  As a handyman   I'm all over the Denver metro area.  In most of the stores from Castle Rock to Thornton I see the same results.
For the stores themselves, from cluttered aisles (whether it's bulky displays blocking half an aisle or contractor orders blocking the shelves) to the main front aisle being 2 individual 1 way paths.   The flow of the store is very restricted on busy days.   And forget trying to purchase a locked up tool in a timely fashion!
The last special order I placed I was told "oh yeah,  it's on aisle 34.  Down on the end.   It will have a sticker with your name on it."  Get to the aisle and finally find my item.   It's buried behind several other special order items.  2 employees standing close by (within 4ft) didn't even notice me struggling to move the other heavier items.   After a set of heavy, steel bifold doors fell and smashed my arm they asked if I needed help.  I said not now.... grabbed my door and left.   Customer service is nothing more than a word to these folks

So let me first say that the customer service here varies wildly with time of day: the breakfast crew do a mostly acceptable job, the lunch and dinner crew phone it in as hard as ppssible. They raise the bar in how bad it can get.

Let's talk about my experiences at this location, although there's not a good location I've found anywhere in Colorado Springs. How about the photos I've attached? Notice the cheese isn't melted? That's because the patty was cold. “Fresh” quarter pounder patty was cold, and tge entire sandwich was served cold.

But hey, I actually have McDonald's crew member experience and know that there's a step before setting the product in the hot holding area where the sandwich is microwaved to final temperature. Missed a step, I guess. Also, with a temperature of maybe 50°f the patty was in the danger zone so the food can't possibly be getting held at a safe temperature.

So here's something fun I noticed once as I stood at at the counter waiting about five minutes to buy a drink (I just wanted a drink, only had cash) before someone asked if I had an online order: the person not correctly wearing a uniform, with more than one set of gloves (obvious because of the blue visible along with the clear ones), lazily setting a poorly wrapped McChicken into the hot holding area. Mind you, the reason it was poorly wrapped is because this person couldn't be bothered to set down the iced coffee which would get a casual sip while this person was preparing the food.

I could go on, but there's a limit to how long these reviews are allowed to be.

We placed a very large order for a team of children and were missing two combo meals out of the order. My husband called and let them know the night it happened. He told them I would be in to pick up what was missing in a few days. Called today 6 times before I showed up, and no one answered. (and no, they weren't busy, 5 workers were just standing around the register when I got there) Finally just drove to their store to get the missing orders. The lady manager (I think she was a manager) was rude and acted like I was maybe lying and seemed bothered. Received the orders and the fries were cold and stale, and I know it was done on purpose.  Finally learned a lesson to just never go back to that location. There are ALWAYS problems and food missing.

Mainly I just wanted to add more pictures of the playground, as you can see it's been replaced. I went to this McDonald's because I saw some really cool photos of the playplace on Google maps, but this is the current playground (as of January 2023)

I gave this McDonald's 3 stars because the customer service was horrible and the lobby was dirty. Oh yeah, and they got my order wrong too.

Don't even bother coming here it's trash. The doors are all locked at 5 pm and there's kids in the playroom. I've been waiting in the drive thru for like 30 minutes now and they're only using one window instead of two. There's so many people behind me. It's been 50 minutes now.  👎

I just visited this lovely McDonald’s and when ordering from the drive thru, I was distraught by the rude customer service I encountered. The young Latina female with long black hair was exceptionally rude , no greeting or nothing! Just a “ when you’re ready “ and then when I got to the window, the woman with the curly blue hair and cheap eyelashes was also very rude. However the visit was saved by the manager, she was extremely polite and pleasant!

Ace Hardware Circle

I came here this morning to pick up a few things, and I was greeted by an employee named Allen. This guy has no business telling me to take off my mask in the most rude way, I immediately decided not to ever come here again. This place is trashy, everything is super marked up on price, the employees are not knowledgeable about anything home improvement. Allen is a horrible employee and not be anywhere near customers. Unfortunately I have to give this place a star but it doesn't even deserve that, I will be going to Home Depot from now on. DO NOT SHOP HERE IT'S TRASH!!!!

Bob in hardware helped me find just what I needed.  Patient, kind, and efficient.  A great place to shop.  Good old-fashioned customer service.  Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man!  🙂

Well, I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I went to this location today as I was looking a particular type of stain that was listed on the minwax website. I went with my boyfriend who is Pilipino and I am Hispanic but white passing with lots of tattoos. We were greeted at the door by a woman who told me I had to leave my small backpack in the car or behind the counter because they have had a lot of theft lately. Fine, no big deal. I find the items I want and go to the paint counter to have the bases tinted and wait for 10mins with another woman who looks like she's been waiting a while she finds someone to help her and the lady who helped her took 15min just to make a paint sample. The woman who helped her proceeded to walk away even though I was still waiting at the counter, I waited another 15min and she never came back. I saw her sweeping by the front door instead. I was on my lunch break for work and got tired of waiting so my boyfriend and I returned the paint cans, went to the front desk and got my bag and left. As I was driving away I was flagged down by who I can only assume from these reviews is Keith the manager and he accused me of not paying for the paint. I explained to him that we put the paint back because we were waiting for a long time with no help yet he still questioned me and asked me to come back inside and he would "help us get the paint". He's lucky I even stopped the car when he waived me down, most people would have just drove away. Anyway, good luck running a business like that. I won't be back.

When you arrive at the store, you're greeted with signs saying that there have been too many recent thefts to allow backpacks in the store.  Now, every item on the shelves is security keyed and requires a staff person to unlock the item and walk it to the front of the store.  That adds staff costs, and their prices seem much more expensive recently.

They are free to run their store however they please, but I will shop at places that treat people as customers, not criminals.

The staff are very up in your face and you don't enjoy your experience bc they r profiling u the whole time and follow you bc they assume the worst of you and make u feel digested I will never ever ever I mean ever go in that establishment again I was looking for a torque wrench socket and unfortunately they d9n carry them. So if u want harassment come to this ace hardware for your session in self control

There was a sign on the door that said they were understaffed so I was sympathetic when walking in but once I got in I was the only customer and the kid working there just sat there and played on his phone while I directly asked him questions. He then came up like 2 minutes later asking if I had any questions. What a joke. You get 1 star because you had what I needed.

Said they were open online, sign taped to the window said they should be open, they weren't open. I had an order I needed to pick up here by EOD so I wasted driving here and wasted 15 mins on the phone with support to get it sent to my house. This is the 2nd GNC in the area I've shown up to during normal hours and they've been closed

Person working told me that my online order that was ready for pick up "did not exist". He then charged me more than what my online order costed. I now have two charges from GNC (online order & instore), because I never picked up the "non-existent" online order....

Never open, do not trust hours online or in window. Tried to go at 5:15 on a weekday, lights on and open sign on but the door was locked and no one was in there.

Stopped by this place twice during open hours. But both times the store was closed with a sign saying "no staff, sorry"

I was cool with it the first time, but now you gotta pay people more. I doubt if this place is ever open. Don't trust the listed hours, call and ask I guess
