The UPS Store

Everyone at the store is very friendly. I was able to get service quickly and was greeted right away. Chris and Uriah both helped me with my poster and shipping order. They were both very friendly and helpful. Chris was very knowledgeable and guided me through the poster process and made it very easy. Uriah cut and packed the poster perfectly. In the end, I got a beautiful poster that shipped to my friend in the same transaction.

Great service at this store. I have a mailbox and have been sending and receiving packages from this location for years. Big thanks to Lyric, Chris & and the rest of the team for the attention to detail on document notarization as well. It's great to see this level of customer care and attention to detail. Thanks!

I come here regularly, mostly for Amazon returns. They are efficient and always provide a receipt. The staff is nice. My one and only complaint is that sometimes the store is closed for some reason and you don't know until you get to the locked door during typically open hours - I'm not talking national holidays - it happens on random days. Because it happened once, I started to call before I go - the fact they are closed has never been on their outgoing message. It's irritating to pack everything up to make a trip for nothing.

The rudest people. I called today to get simple answers to simple questions and the woman on the phone was so rude from the get go. She couldn’t be bothered to be helpful, patient or informative. Sorry I’m trying to give your “independently owned UPS” money. I’ll be sure to take it elsewhere next time.

Chris and the carefully chosen wonderful stuff. Have then incredibly helpful, patient and kind period they have helped me with issues that I could not have done myself in a time.
