Nordstrom

It's a Nordstrom so it's always packed. I went with the intention of exchanging a gift I received but no one would help me because they wouldn't make a sales commission. I was shuffled around to and from every department because their specific department didn't allow exchanges (all department accepts exchanges).  I wish I had a better experience as I do enjoy shopping there but this specific incident left a sour taste.

Me and my boyfriend were looking at colognes tonight and I wanted to mention how impressed by Maya and the other lady who helped us with the fragrances. I wish I got her name! But they showed true knowledge and passion about what they were selling as well as made it an enjoyable experience! Hopefully when I come back to buy Christmas gifts they’ll be there :)

This Nordstrom is as good as I've been to, so take the 3-star rating with a grain of salt. This might not even be corporates fault, this could be the state of large scale fashion. But I don't feel like a lot of what I'm being asked to pay makes sense for how well the clothes would hold up. That and the "deals" in the clearance are laughable. House brand shirts you'd find at Rack for "10% off", come on now. Men's casual section, outside of some All Saints and Wax London stuff was also very off trend (maybe an area thing). Service was good as always and I liked the employees who helped me.

I just wanted to go shopping to see if deals were out and there was and there was also a boat load of people there that day.

I had a good shopping experience until Renee ruined it (Second floor, women's clothing). Horrible customer service from her. She was very discriminative, rude, and unprofessional.
Renee was extremely rude with what she was saying and how she was saying it, and along with that she was making faces at me. I had another customer stand next to me and she looked shocked at how that woman was talking to me. Maybe she is new and still didn't complete her training, but rude employees like that should not be on the floor! I got ignored by her twice, I had to "hunt her down" for help (even though she did not look busy) and when I did ask “can you help me please” she made a face and asked "Yes??". After I asked my question she was answering and making faces like I was the biggest inconvenience. Very disappointed, and I am glad that another customer saw the way I was treated and was very shocked.

Budget Blinds

Jake's Fireworks

Just got back from Jakes in Centerton. Bought about ~$50 worth of fireworks. My wife and I lit the entire box of M-5000 and probably ~5 of the smaller mighty crackers. We only got 1 of the smaller crackers to work. None of the M-5000 worked. Pretty disappointing.

Staff was very nice and professional. Maybe it was just improper storage?

Nice place with a good selection. The team was helpful and made good suggestions. I got an extra 20 bucks in free fireworks when I signed up for their membership. Lots of 500g cakes here to explore. They have a lot of combo packs of varying price (50-500$). There are also smaller and individual fireworks you can purchase.

Best place for fireworks so far. The place is clean and indoors. The staff is always friendly and helps the best they can.

Great selection of fireworks and great prices. Definitely better than the pop up fireworks tents. Sign up for the rewards, get free fireworks or discounts. I will only buy fireworks from this location from now on.

This was the best experience. The employees were EXTREMELY helpful and nice. There are great deals and a large assortment of amazing fireworks! I came in with $5 and it came out with two packs of decent sized fireworks!

The UPS Store

I want to praise the manager Steve for going above and beyond for me. I was only in town for a couple hours and needed to ship some cold items to my sister overnight. It was quite spendy, but I needed it to stay cold. The next day the package wasn’t delivered. It was delivered the next day and of course the ice packs melted, so the food was no longer good. I called him to let him know what happened. He submitted a refund for me and here’s where he went above and beyond…. He went and bought some more of the stuff I was trying to get to my sister, found dry ice and shipped it overnight for her to get what she had been wanting. It delivered perfect and now my pregnant sister is over the moon to have her cheese spread that we can no longer get locally in our home town. He also texted me and kept me up to date the whole time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We really appreciated all his diligence with that, he didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did.

Honestly, have never had a problem here. I have came in so many times for Amazon returns and every guy who has helped me out is so polite, patient, and always wishes me a good day or weekend. I also have shipped things out for Christmas and one of the guys even helped me out with a deal to make it cheaper. Truly have never experienced anyone rude or mean. So thank you for always being so nice to me and helping me out!

I left this store with my blood pressure raised.  Don't go in there with your package untaped and your label not taped to your package or you'll get scolded.  Hate to think how this guy would react if you brought in an Amazon return without packaging material.  Don't go to this location.  The reviews you read here are accurate.  Not a customer-friendly location.

I truly love this place I go to many UPS stores but this is by far the best they're kind and helpful and they've helped me with stuff that happened at other UPS stores bravo I would give them 10 stars if that was possible

I had lost a receipt that my company was going to reimburse me for. I called Steve. He found the receipt and promptly emailed it to me. Great service! I won’t go to any other location.

The Body Shop

Me and my brother just got back home from The Body Shop at Park Meadow 11/12 and we opened the body butter trio, look what I got… 3/4 empty product, upsetting.

The saleswoman who helped me, Xanthe, is amazing. I just ran into the store for a quick pump of lotion for my legs and left with a bag of stuff I can’t wait to try. She was knowledgeable about every single
product I walked up to and honestly renewed my love for this brand. They have a range of stuff for everything, it’s affordable, and it all smells so good and actually like what they are meant to be and not an artificial over-the-top version. Looking at the new lines it seems like the company is really paying attention to the times and making ethical and environmentally conscious choices too, which I love. :)

I did not feel welcome. Very rude employees, so I will not spend my money there.

I love The Body Shop and their products are awesome, but this store really stands out! Everyone on their team is amazingly friendly and welcoming especially Taylor. Taylor is knowledgable and patient enough to answer my questions and help me selecting the best products that I would need.  Each time I come by, they teach me something, whether it's about a product or a way to do my hair. I so appreciate all the time and care they put in the past few years with me. . The complimentary drops of youth definitely helps too! :) Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you Taylor, you are the best.

I went here looking for something to help with oily skin, a face wash. They provided me with an AMAZING exfoliator. The employee was extremely kind and personable, super helpful, and chatted with me at checkout. Great person. They also are vegetarian and don't test on animals.

Associates of Otolaryngology - Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) Specialists of the Rockies

They got me in the same day as a critical issue had developed with my hearing.  It was a bit of a wait but the process went smoothly from there.  The audiologist was 5 stars.. she not only administered a hearing test but she got a Dr to see me about the test results (so I didn't have to return 2 days later to see a Dr about her results).  That was awesome!!  I was very pleased with the process from the call for an appointment to seeing the Dr and knowing what I was happening with my hearing.

Prior to my appointment, I attempted to call this office, their billing office, and my insurance to find out an approximate amount I would be billed for this. No one could/would help me. After multiple calls and emails, I got a vague answer of somewhere between $700-1500. Cool.
At my appointment, I described my issue and the doctor did a procedure that is only billed as a surgical procedure. I have since found out that this procedure is not typical. They didn't give me any answers at all, other than to provide me with a photocopied printout of various over the counter allergy medications, nasal sprays, etc. to use.
I didn't get billed until well over a year after my appointment. I was informed by my insurance they they billed too late for my insurance to cover the appointment. Nothing about this appointment helped my health condition or my wallet.

Dr. Swartz is amazing! He is very approachable and explained everything in layman's terms, then answered all of my follow-up questions. I didn't feel rushed at all, unlike many other doctors. Just a great all around experience!

I arrived 2 minutes early for my 3:10 p.m. appointment because I was told that I was “in the system” when I booked the appointment.  They asked me for my benefits information…I was emailing the front desk my benefits card and she asked me to fill out the paperwork also. I was filling it out and she said that they couldn’t get me in because it was too late now!  I couldn’t believe it. Unfortunately the front desk girl said this to me with a disapproving smirk.. ( she seemed happy to tell me to leave) It was unbelievable. One time I had a similar experience, and they took me back in the room and said that I could finish the paperwork while I waited for the doctor. I wonder if the doctors are aware of this type of customer service in their office. It obviously doesn’t affect the receptionist, bottom line…who gets to “ play authoritative gate keeper” but I would assume they have a lot of skipped appointments based on my experience.

Later that evening,  I was telling my friend about what had happened, and she  preceded to tell me she had an awful experience with them also and she had decided to get her surgery with another doctor.

Since I was paying out of pocket for a three visit procedure I requested and was provided the cost up front. Upon completion of my first procedure at the front desk I was given a much different (and higher) price and was told that the person who had quoted me the original price no longer worked there so it wasn't valid.

About three weeks later when I was still having discomfort from the procedure I called in to the triage line to get some information. My voicemail (and subsequent voicemails for three weeks) were never responded to. I was scheduled for my second appointment 6 weeks after the first and was sick on the day it was scheduled for, I called three separate times that day and was never able to confirm cancelation or reschedule. Subsequent calls over the next several weeks to both reschedule and get my questions about the still ongoing discomfort were never returned though I was at one point told the delay was because they were short staffed. I finally called and told the front desk person that she needed to stay on the line without transferring me until I had an answer or she had a live person to transfer me to. 5 minutes of her saying she was on Teams messaging the person I needed to talk to before saying they would call me back and hanging up. Again never returned my call.

Can't speak to the competency of the doctors here as I only had once procedure and had complications that were never addressed. I did get in to a different ENT after I finally gave up on this one and was given a different diagnosis and had my issue successfully solved two weeks later.

I am rating one star because this is the most incompetent and unprofessional front office staff I've ever dealt with. If you decide to go here pay on a credit card so you can report them for failure to perform and get your money back.

Walmart Supercenter

So with all the new renovations, there have been more customers.

Now I think they're struggling to keep up with inventory. I shop here as often as I can and I'll notice simple things not being restocked like vitamins or someone keeping up with the clothes department.

The store looks decent, it's just feels unkept.

My last resort for shopping. Hate it here.

Edit: went in yesterday and a bunch of deli sandwiches were expired and some were still frozen and expired which is weird. Deli had like three hot items ready. A Cop asked me “what do you need?” when We I entered the store. Oh but look they put new paint and signs up lol. 8 years later and this place still has terrible customer service and managers that look high all the time. Seriously avoid going here.

Not a single good egg in the building, just this lone, sad carton of all cracked ones. Looked like the entire store had been raided. A ton of staff sitting around doing nothing. Food desert vibes :(

This Walmart has changed a lot. They have changed the cash registers to self service and have a lot of room to check out. Don't know if there's any for an actual cashier, but I believe (and hope) they do. Just for the people that are disabled, that may have a lot of items. Or for people that may have 1 or 2 carts full of groceries. I did have to go to another register to purchase a bag though. The one I had didn't have any available. But overall it was cool.

This store is the absolute worst Walmart. I purchased all the items I had picked out and they had followed me through our the entire store as if I was stealing or something. It's really invasive to do this to people and I understand that it's their job but to sit there and also hassle me at the door after presenting my receipt. I swear that the employees are not dedicated to customer service what so every this is probably the last time I'll be visiting this location.

AT&T Store

Some people talk the talk, but my man Vinny absolutely walks the walk. Best customer service I have ever had and it’s not even close! He even offered me tacos and I’m like “sir this is an AT&T store” but he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. This man deserves a raise and a pizza party. 5 stars and a high five for my man Vinny

My son and I stopped in so he could get his info from old phone transferred to his new phone. Vinny took good care of us. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He has great stories to tell as we passed the time. Vinny made sure my son checked his phone, before we left, to ensure everything was done correctly. I’m waiting for my new phone and we will definitely be asking for Vinny when I need my information transferred.

Vinny was fantastic! Excellent service! Super easy and very quick assistance. He helped us get our phone set up to be fixed after shattering the screen. He ensured we knew all our options to pick the best choice for us. Would give more than 5-stars if I could! Super impressed with Vinny’s personable, yet efficient customer service!

Vinnie is the guy to go to for any need or service.  So personable and knowledgeable. We are deaf. He took care of us and made sure we understood him. Such a wonderful experience.  I’d give him way more than 5 stars if I could.

Vinny and his team at this location are the greatest!

While I won’t endorse the telecom company as a whole, this store gets a gold star.

This location was not necessarily convenient for me but they had an open appointment so I drove a little farther to come here. The employees were all so friendly and helpful. Sandra helped me two different days, once to place the order for a new phone and the second day to get it activated. I also had to sit and wait while my new phone was activated so I saw each employee interact with other customers and each other. They treated each customer with respect. I had wonderful customer service and will definitely come back to this store the next time I need to visit an ATT store.

UPDATE: Changing my review to 2 stars, again only giving any stars  because in the past this location had awesome employees, and one employee made some type of attempt at saving face. Just found out there was an error with the bank and AT&T, the current employees at this store could see our account and what the issue was, but instead of politely communicating the issue to us, they treated us like trash, spoke to us like we were stupid and lying, and made a back-handed comment as we exited the store. They even allowed one of their trainees to stare me down as if I’m some type of threat. Their answers seem to be flat-out lies if they don’t want to bother with you… at least their answers don’t line up with what other stores AND online/phone support reps have told me.

*I’m not going to this location again after today. I gave 3 stars anyway, because past experiences with other employees have been great here, and today someone there made at least some kind of effort at being polite.
Usually I have a simple, pleasant experience here. Yesterday and today were very uncomfortable, though. Yesterday while I was there sitting with an employee, he had a trainee with him that kept staring at me, expressionless. I tried ignoring it. It was just so weird, he didn’t even blink, didn’t speak. Just stared at me.
Today, I had to go back in with my partner. A younger lady seated at a table with that same trainee from yesterday, and another trainee, called us over. She was civil at first, but at some point something changed with her attitude. A woman who seemed to be her boss came over to talk to us, she was initially a little snippy with my partner, but seemed to make an effort at remaining polite and professional, even though she seemed a little annoyed OR maybe just tired… the younger girl tho, she was flat out rude. She wouldn’t engage us except to correct an amount I misunderstood, and even that she did smugly and kinda aggressive. Her jaw was clenched, her eyebrows were raised, and she stared straight down at her screen. When I realized this, I looked up and noticed that guy from the day before was staring again. This time I smiled a little, no response. Just stares. I look away, look again, still has his head turned staring at me. Doesn’t look away. Felt so creepy at that point.
The woman (manager?) came back and told us that they couldn’t help us in store, and told us some other information that didn’t seem to make sense (but I’m not a cellphone expert so idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) but again she did make an effort to explain things differently, and to remain professional even if a tad sassy. So, we thank her, say bye and wish her a good day, she does the same and we all depart. As we’re leaving, backs turned at this point, the younger girl exclaims “Have a nice day!” as if to antagonize us, she had enough of an attitude in her voice to catch the attention of others in the store. It felt terrible in there, creepy too. We felt like we were treated as if we did something wrong for asking for help setting up a SIM card… and worst part for us is that we have no idea why they acted like that! We never yelled, cussed, insulted, attacked, accused, demanded… I mean no clue. No one has ever been that way with us in the past few YEARS we’ve come to this location. It creeped and bummed me out enough to leave a review.

I had a great experience with AT&T retail store near Quebec and 36th in Denver, CO. I waited less than 5 minutes before engaging with the sales associate. I was offered multiple options to achieve my objective with a professional and pleasant attitude. I recommend that you visit this store!

This store is awesome! Especially Tyler. He is very attentive and efficient! He answered all my question and gave me some great advice one which phone is best for me. Great store with great employees!!

Alex was really helpful! Phone stores are usually very confusing and complicated in my opinion but I've had two great experiences at this location. Everything is calmly explained and the employees are knowledgeable and eager to help you.

McDonald's

Drive through open 24 hours but staff lock doors and hide when people come to drive through and on phones in back. Refused to acknowledge anyone in dive through.

Honestly,  this place  needs an overhaul.  We usually stop here on our way in town and it isn't bad.
Not this time.
First, we ordered from a kiosk.  It was about 9am and it was already full of fingerprints.
We went to sit down and had topics the least dirty table and clean it. They were all dirty.
Our order came and it was missing several items.
Getting the attention of the staff in the back was extremely difficult.  This also made refills hard to obtain.
I took a long while for a member of our group to get their food. When it arrived the rest of us were already finished.
After taking a bite of my burger I had to pause because I thought something foreign was in it like a wrapper piece but it was the weird bacon.
The burger tasted off as well. The fries were good but that burger was off putting.
You would think that with all of the other options in this spot,  that McDonald's would try to be good.
The bathroom was disgusting and the soap dispenser was broken making me wonder how the employees wash their hands properly.

I don't recommend it. Go to one of the other places within walking distance of this one.

There is no self service soda machine here. If you want a refill, prepare to wait.  We have limited time on our lunch break, McDonald's. Nobody has time to wait for a refill. Terrible

Pulled up and was worried because there was a bit of a line but they quickly moved through the cars and my sausage mcmuffin & hashbrown came out perfect. (and in the app they often have $1 breakfast sandwichs!)

Typically they work quick here. But if they get the order wrong you can forget about them fixing it. This has happened multiple times at this location over the few years it's been open. I have circled back through line and had my order corrected before, but this time I was rung up and charged for the wrong items, more expensive items. I showed them before my food was made
They just gave me the correct order but didn't care to try to fix the difference they charged me. So I paid $17 for what should've costed $12, but the biggest thing is that the lady at the counter kind of shrugged her shoulders about it. It's just stupid how the worst workers in restaurants can be found in McDonald's
