My husband visited this store and spoke to Chris and Josh, who were very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing an unusual problem and identifying products that met his needs. He says that Chris and Josh accomplished more for him in 15 minutes than AT&T Customer Service did in five hours over three or four calls.

Makyra the manager was a sweet little lady who helped me immensely while I was in store.. she deserves a raise!!!
Overall it was a great and friendly experience and I left with the phone I wanted and Makyra helped me find a great deal that fits with my budget

Big O Tires

I had visited the Big O Tires - Peoria #6231 location (order reference #18225) and was greeted by Larry Morales. He was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. In addition, I was in and out within a decent time which I truly appreciate. Thank you to the technician who also worked on my vehicle and made sure I was back on the road safely!

Lene was super helpful and kind, and made it possible to get my car fixed. Jeff was so sweet, he immediately came to me when I pulled in the parking lot to help me. Every time he's seen me afterward he remembers me and asks if they got me taken care of. Great customer service!

Angel is the man! Did a great prepurchase inspection that ended up saving me a bunch of money and a great quote as well. Super informative and honest too. I'd go back to Angel in a heartbeat, thanks man.

From the moment I stepped into the shop, Anthony and his team displayed exceptional customer service. Despite the shop being bustling with activity, Anthony attended to my issue with remarkable attention and responsiveness. He quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed my tire on the spot with evident enthusiasm and promptness. While waiting, I observed that this high level of service was not unique to me. Every customer who walked in was met with the same attentiveness and efficiency. It's rare to find such a dedicated and customer-focused team. I'm thoroughly impressed and would recommend Big O Tires to anyone in need of tire services. They truly stand out for their expertise and customer care.

We woke up ready to start a road trip and unfortunately noticed a screw in one of our tires. We showed up to this location simply because it was on our way and hoped we could have someone take a look at it right away. Tyler greeted us and got us taken care of immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure we were set to hit the road and even gave the kids some coloring books! We’ll definitely be coming back here again for any of our tire needs. The service here is exceptional and we were so impressed with the staff!

Wedding brochures, inserts, seating charts (all of which were personalized for EACH GUEST), and this place pulled it all off, flawlessly.

Let me start out and give a huge thank you to the staff - this crew was nothing short about absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! They communicated regular updates, even when they had to deliver not so great news, they didn’t hide it and made every effort to make it right and get the final product delivered on time.

Quality of work and attention to detail was superb. They really did care about what they providing to me and took the time to make sure it came out right.

On top of all that, they were priced JUST RIGHT. I reached out to several printers for pricing to print our wedding brochures and seating chart, and these guys were the best price I found, and considering their work, no one could come close. 10/10 will be using them for all my printing needs!

Jesse & team did a great job for us on a quick turn printing/copying/binding job we needed in a hurry.  The work turned out great, and they even delivered.  The whole time they were very communicative and quick to respond to questions and needs. Very happy with their service and will definitely be using them again.

Have been using this location for my job as an office manager for the last year or so and all experiences have been great! Always professional, timely and the print quality has never disappointed. Will continue to use for our printing needs when they come up!

I order here pretty frequently for my job and they always do a great job. Fast printing makes life easy and the option to pick up instead of ship saves tons of money. Jesse is easy to contact, fast at responding, and always a pleasure to work with!

Stacy was great to work with! I switched from US cellular and was unable to receive verification codes when trying to log back into my accounts. She took her time to walk me through all the steps to figure out the problem! In the end it was figured out! I appreciate all of her help! She deserves great recognition!

Stacey helped me today with a billing issue.  She called 3 different people to help me with an issue that wasn’t really about the fee’s.  It was about doing what is right for the customer.  She was fantastic.  The company is about making money.  Stacey is about making customers happy enough to still purchase product from the company.

Came in to join AT&T and trade in my old phone for a new one, had so many questions but Jared answered every single one and made the process fast and easy, a real professional!

can’t pay at pump with my debit card, so i go inside to pay. i try inserting my chip, it doesn’t work. weird. she tells me to tap, but i don’t have tap. so i think “swiping my card will have to do then!”. the machine instructs me to swipe, i do, and….”sorry we don’t accept swipe” what? the machine says it’s fine? “nope no swipe” so how am i supposed to pay? how are people without chip or tap supposed to pay?

Racism, allowing people to pump gas while smoking fire light cigarettes 🚬, it’s like it’s being handled by their own type of race . Always a mess and never in any order

The cashiers are always quick and efficient. They do not fake smile. The station is clean and well- maintained, though it is rather old. The gas is quality and they accept my Kroger gas points!

Don’t go to this place. They steal money off your card by over charging you then tell you to complain to the bank to get it back. They took my last 20 bucks for food the next day. I went and argued with the attendant who put me on the phone with the owner and he refused to give my money back. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. I honestly hope they go out of business.

This location is almost always cheaper than others in this area.

212 Performance Gym

I love this gym. It's clean and whe staff are all so nice. They have a pendulum squat machine! The turf area is large and they have a great community. I really like it and will definitely be back. ♥️🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏼

Amazing gym! It’s always clean. The communication with the staff has always been great and prompt. I only had a membership for a few months (I was only in town for that long) but it was easy to sign up and easy to cancel. You can’t go wrong with this gym! It’s perfect for everyone.

My sister took me as a guest. It was a great gym! Very clean and great equipment plus any accessories you need are provided. The staff was very friendly.

Just moved to the Denver area and I had the Privilege of working out here today. This gym will make you hate the big chain gyms after your experience here . Very clean and not overly crowded at all. All the body building equipment you need and the owner was beyond nice to me and my friend. I strongly recommend this gym to anyone . I would give it ten stars if I could ! Will 100% be back .

This gym is awesome! 212 is top tier! All the best equipment and anything that you wanna try they can make it happen! From ice baths to cycling. The atmosphere is very friendly and it’s an enjoyable, welcoming experience where you want to spend your time.

Minuteman Press DTC

I have been a pretty loyal customer of Minuteman Press DTC for various professional printing needs, relying on their printing services for events, collateral, and marketing materials. However, my recent experience with them for our wedding printing was nothing short of unfortunate and unprofessional.

From the outset, it was evident that they had little interest in our job. Despite visiting their office in person, the initial communication was lackluster, and I found myself having to follow up through multiple emails just to keep the process moving. It was frustrating to realize that they seemed unaware of the details of my printing job, despite our face-to-face interaction at their office.  They did one of our jobs, then I moved on, as they simply did not care.

The lack of attention and communication from Minuteman Press DTC made the entire experience disheartening. It felt as though they were indifferent, and this lack of concern was evident in their delayed responses and apparent disorganization.

In contrast, our experience with their affiliate in Scottsdale, AZ was significantly better. The team there was attentive, responsive, and managed to complete our job within two days, without even requiring a rush order. This stark difference in service only emphasized the shortcomings of Minuteman Press DTC.

I can't help but conclude that the owner of the DTC location may not be prioritizing customer relationships.

I will no longer rely on Minuteman Press DTC for any future professional or personal printing needs. It's crucial for businesses to maintain strong relationships with their customers, and unfortunately, Minuteman Press DTC fell short in this regard. I hope they take steps to address these issues and improve their customer service in the future.

Superior quality and top notch customer care and service. The team was able to turn around a rush order in miraculous timing, and then followed up with a hand written thank you note. Looking forward to doing more business with Minuteman Press DTC!

Our organization uses MMP in the DTC for all of our major printing needs and Fred and Hollyn always deliver! They are prompt, easy to work with, fair priced, speedy, and just the nicest people! We love doing business here!

DING DING DING DING! What amazing customer service, print job, and quality of work! Hollyn and Fred were outstanding making sure they understood our printing needs. Hollyn was incredibly meticulous making sure the spreadsheets were in order. The delivery itself was top notch, too, making sure everything was alphabetical making it easier to stuff envelopes. I plan to use them again year round. Highly recommend!!

Nobody has answered the phone and I have called 5 times. This is ridiculous.

This place not only tries to rip you off it stinks to high heaven! You need nose plugs. The guy at the counter tried to scam me and scaned my items more then once. I pointed out what he did and he said it's 3 items.. I said yeah I bought three things but they are not all the same prices!!! So lazy!! They probably earn a fortune scamming people!!!

Very good customer service and a very clean store

Stopped at this gas station to get some gas on my way into work where the clerk was helping a lady get some ice. But also having full blown conversations with her . Took him at least 10 minutes to help her get ice while me and another dude standing the store on attended I ended up walking out because I have to go to work and I need gas and I don't have time for you to sit there and flirt around with some girl and give her ice for her carrying it to her car . It's nice but she young and very capable.  let her grab her own ice and continue helping your customers . It just seemed really unnecessary to take her out there to go look at the ice 1st then you guys both come back inside to pay for the ice then you go back outside to help her grab the ice and carry it to her car which is not even a foot away from the ice bin
Circle k got my business today

Dirty and cluttered. $8 for a small box of Fruit Loops cereal and gas is .20 cents cheaper half a mile down the road.
Cashier tooks forever to check us out cause he kept zoning out to something above his head. Told my husband the total and my husband attempted to hand him money and wound up tossing it on the counter since the guy was staring at the ceiling. I'm assuming sports show or drugs. I got fed up and grabbed our items and left before I got rude back.
If you're in a RV the parking lot is not RV friendly, we parked across the road.
Maybe it's just a Texas thing but no greeting upon entering either, real friendly.

Overall, gross and overpriced. Do not recommend.
