Daniels Shoes

I cannot speak highly enough of the service here. I came in with my daughter and four boys to get her shoes and we were likely there an hour. They showed her sooo many pairs of shoes and were so patient with her and all the energized other kids. We left with shoes for her and a couple of the kiddos bought socks with their allowance. If you want a large selection with highly personalized and patient service without a large crowd - this is it. Definitely will be going back.

We love Daniel’s shoes! They take excellent care of us everytime we shop there. They are professional and kind. I won’t shop anywhere else for shoes!

Budget Blinds of Ames

Overall satisfied! The process was a good experience and for the most part the people were friendly and helpful. The blinds are beautiful and look great. We did have a few issues once installed but Budget Blinds corrected without any questions or issues. There is still a hitch with of the blinds.

We’ve room-darkening shades from Budget Blinds for the past year and have loved every minute of them! They’ve made a world of difference in sleep quality after we added them under the blinds installed by our builder. I wish we had them from the start. Dana was a huge help in picking the right shades for a great price and the installer was friendly and efficient. Going with Budget Blinds was the right decision.

Pella Windows & Doors of Oklahoma City

The windows are so clear it’s like they are not even there! The installers were so very careful and cleaned up as they went. Everything was done so professionally… we love our new windows! Eric was very helpful in the deciding and ordering process!

We were very happy with the entire process of replacing all of the windows in our mid-century house.  The windows are everything we would expect of Pella, an excellent product.  We were also very impressed with the measuring and installation.   Pella finished the entire house in one day and we were very pleased with the work and the finished product.

Pella Windows delivered everything promised from price, timing, professionalism and quality beautiful windows.  When installing, some of our brick was damaged.  They sent someone out within a timely fashion to repair and you'd never know there was an issue.  Our salesman 'Jeff Chill' was wonderful.  I would highly recommend Pella Windows. We just recently bought a home in OKC and all the windows needed replaced except for 3.  My son told us of Eric Pipkin with Pella and we contacted him. We used Pella because of its great reputation and quality. Let me say at first our experience was awesome, but a year plus later and our brand new home still doesn't feel like home because of the lack of importance they placed on us as customers. Now when I call for status updates I get the run around. All we wanted was a beautiful patio door with good craftsmanship, but we got this.

American Country Home Store

We placed an order for an item that was back ordered, which was frustrating but understandable. The staff at American Country was wonderful in providing information on updates.  They answered all inquiries promptly and fully. They were caring and solicitous, I felt as if I was dealing with someone who cared and someone I knew. The bookcase is massive and impressive, we love it! Thank you to all who helped!

I bought the pencil post bed and am very pleased with it. I got it unfinished so I could stain it the color I needed. The service was excellent. I had one contact person which was great because she could follow the whole process through, answer questions, as well as make some customized adjustments so it would work with my adjustable bed.  We've had the bed a couple of years now and it is very sturdy and beautiful.

I purchased four custom rattan chairs. Wendy and Maggie went out of their way to help me get them delivered to my home before a very long distance move so that the movers could ship them with our household goods and avoid very large shipping fees.  The chairs turned out beautifully and work very well in our island home. I would highly recommend working with this company!

This delightful store has a wonderful selection of unique and well made items. I have loved every single item I purchased from this place. The customer service is personal and they will go past the extra mile to help.

Big O Tires

What a positive experience with Big O! Clean shop, great service, great people, and great prices. What more could you ask for? The manager Shawn was especially helpful in diagnosing and reprogramming my TPMS sensors after the light came on. I will definitely be back

Shawn was fantastic,  my tire blew on Interstate 39, fifteen miles south of Ames. He quickly found the tire I needed and had someone pick it up before my car (towed in) and I arrived. His team was also was able remove the stripped lug nut and replace it at a very reasonable rate. Shawn treated me like family.  I highly recommend Big O Tires.

My recent experience with this Big O Tires location has left me amazed. While driving through to Minnesota, we suddenly had a flat tire, and it couldn’t have happened at a worse time. We pulled into Big O Tires in a bit of a panic.

Had a punctured tire, was able to drop it off and pick it up the next day, despite them being super busy. 10/10 service from Shawn, super friendly. Clean waiting room and restrooms. Will be my first choice next time!

Walmart Supercenter

Good selection. Not overly friendly though. Just your standard Wal-mart. They do have quite a few self checkouts, so getting in and out is pretty easy which is nice.

Bought a $100 gift card back in electronics. No one told me that gift cards weren't activating at registers. Get home try to use it and it's not active. Called electronics and a supervisor said to come to the service desk and they'll take care of it. It's an hour round trip for me. I get here and walk in and am told the service desk is closed. Spoke to Irit and was told nothing could be done. No solution offered what-so-ever. Had to call a corporate number to get a solution.

It's a Walmart. Same store as last time I was asked to review. No really rude staff and only had to snap on another person's kid once..
Sorry not sorry but folks other people don't think your kids behavior is as cute as you do....

Lady at customer service with the long black hair and I think glasses on today’s date around 5:45ish was very snotty. I needed a money order to get cash off my debit card that wasn’t working at ATM’s. She argued that that’s “not what they are intended for” and had to argue against her personal opinion to have one sold to me. She wasn’t even a part of the transaction and decided to give her input into a situation she had nothing to do with. She then tried to say my Walmart debit card won’t work without even knowing what kind of card it is. Long story short it worked just fine.The lady at the register was very nice and helped me get my money order. The other lady said I can’t cash it at Walmart because it won’t work right away in a very unpleasant tone. I don’t know what she thinks customer service is, but that was not it. Very rude from her, very nice from the lady at the register.

Midas

Been going here for 3 years. First year I didn't have time to do an oil change in my jeep, so I dropped it off and came back 6 hours later and they didn't even start... 2nd was last year. I needed new brakes and nobody else could get me in that day. I went and they said the lock nut I provided didn't match the one in my car. (probably mistake from the tire shop) They told me they could just bust it off, I could buy a new nut from them for $2 each. I said fine... They gouged my rim with an air hammer.
Last time was 2 days ago. Every place was booked, all I needed was tires put on rims, nothing else. They refused to do it because I had a Tesla now. They are just tires, brought my own, and jack pucks for the lift.
I'm fine with waiting as long as I never see them again.

Called at the last minute for an oil change as I was overdue for service. Kevin, the new store manager was very customer service focused and was able to work me in almost immediately!!! Very professional and friendly. Has earned by business in the future. Tom Sally

The staff were very friendly and helpful! From the first phone call to the end of my service, every individual I worked with had excellent customer service. I had to go get parts from Toyota (who were less than helpful...big contrast!) but Midas was willing to help me understand what was needed and then install the part. I was able to make a same-day appointment and then walk-in for more help later in the afternoon. The waiting area is cool, quiet and comfortable. The receptionist, manager, and technicians worked as a team to get me back on the road!

I called looking for assistance diagnosing a problem with my daughters Chevy Volt and the GM Alec at the store went above and beyond to assist us even when he determined that the problem was something the dealership had to fix.  He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable. I have no doubt that I will send her there again if and when her car needs service.

I came in for an inspection and an oil change and was met with speedy and I efficient service for my vehicle from the crew. I especially appreciate the excellent customer service I received from a Midas employee by the name of Turner. I’ve recently moved to Ames, IA from Syracuse, NY and was nervous to find a go-to car repair spot for all of my auto needs, but Turner and the amazing crew at Midas expelled my worries. This auto repair shop will be the only place I bring my car in for service. Thank you, to Turner and the Ames Midas Crew for taking good care of me and my vehicle.👍

AT&T Store

Dayten was very patient and helpful during our visit! He put screen protectors on our phones, and when we noticed bubbles he fixed them for us, even putting a new one on for my sister when it couldn’t be fixed otherwise. Great experience!

Ok, you know how celk phone stores can be. Long waits, inattentive service, up-selling...
None of that here! I actually SAVED money! Go see Dayton & crew. They'll take good care of you!

Loved the staff and the deals I was offered! Everyone working was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me switch from my old carrier and save money! I never would have thought I could get my entire family new phones and save over 50$ from what I was paying before. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Went to the store in April to get my family onto my phone plan and initially thought we were having a great experience. However, when we went to trade in a phone for a free phone, the manager, Dayton, stated that we didn’t need to give him our old phone because it was “worthless to him.“ Fast forward to now (because it would take 3-4 billing cycles for us to be credited for the phone), AT&T isn’t giving us credit for old phone because Dayton messed up and didn’t take it and we aren’t able to turn in the old phone anymore because it’s been more than 30 days. Had we known we needed to turn it in within 30 days we would’ve done so, but because Dayton  said it was not needed now we are stuck. So thanks to him, we are now having to pay out of pocket for a phone that we wouldn’t have even traded it in the first place had we known this was going to happen. Absolutely disappointed and don’t really plan on sticking with AT&T. Along with this, he also added insurance and an upgrade plan to our entire phone plan that we did not agree to. I had to spend multiple phone calls with AT&T to get these charges removed and refunded.

Dayton is an all-star running this store. He was quick to solve my problem, compassionate, and was welcoming and honest. Totally the opposite of what I was expecting walking into att stores in other states. Dayton is the best!

Shoe Carnival

Outstanding customer service.  Seriously I got help from an awesome young man . He sincerely helped find what I needed. He did all the walking for me because I wear foot orthotic inserts so I can't walk barefoot. Taking my shoes off and on even a few times is discouraging. Not easy to find what I need. I was so fortunate to have his help.

Great experience great customer service good selection of shoes for people with smaller feet. Not so much of a selection for people with bigger or wide feet, unless you order online. In picture size 14 wide.

If they don't have your size in shoes at their store they will happily order them online for you and you'll receive them within 5-7 business days. Sometimes sooner.

Excellent selection.  We have purchased many pairs of shoes here.  We have also had them ship the correct size to us on multiply occasions!  Yet to find the same shoes cheaper anywhere else, even online!  This is our first stop when shoe shopping!  Love the buy 1 get 1 half off deal!

Sold me garbage products that were completely inactive it says on this box guaranteed until this month to be potent and they are not potent at all. In fact I ate six of them and nothing the probiotic in it was completely expired. 10 dollars wasted won't be back here.

29 January, showed up at this location at approximately 1030am to buy pre-workout, store was still closed. Hours online showed open at 9am yet the lights were off and gate closed. According to mall manager the employee hasn't showed up yet.

The older lady behind the counter is the slowest person iv ever see and has no urgency to get ur purchase done
