Big O Tires

I've been here four times. A testament to a great tire shop! And I'll keep coming back. The staff are knowledgeable and great to talk to. Prices are good. I brought my tires here, including balancing and mounting plus removing the old ones it came to $140. Asked for a two-wheel alignment and they came back saying I didn't need one.

I have been an on and off again customer for years. But a number of disappointing experiences with mechanics at other establishments has led me back to this particular Big O. I was unaware that they were full service until today. Brian and Tevin were super friendly and attentive and the work done and price surpassed my expectations. You have earned a loyal customer. Great job to the whole crew!

I feel as though they attempted to upcharge me due to not having a ton of car knowledge. They wanted to charge me 3x as much as another shop to change my break pads ($550-$680 for only front pads, got them done for $200) and “forgot” to give me the deal discussed on the phone for the tires. Tires are fine and the man was polite, but won’t be returning.

Nicest people I met. Never tried to take advantage of being out of town with a flat tire. Went out of their way to help and not charge me anything!! You don’t run into a customer service like that very often. This is my granddaughter’s account but I wanted to tell everyone that they are the best Hopefully this posts to Big O Tire

I had a great experience today with Tevin and Brian - they were professional and friendly (one might even say chipper), and made sure I understood what was inspected and my options to move forward. Car service can frankly be a hassle, and today's experience was definitely not - thank you for making it quick and easy, and giving me confidence that my car is well cared for!
