Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just for them to be rude when taking my order. I had a code and had to give it to 3 different people just to get my order started. Then they proceeded to give me the incorrect drinks and after I drove off I learned they didn’t even have my order correct. 10/10 do not recommend this. If you hate working customer service that bad, get a different job because making someone else’s day have a bad moment just because you seem to hate life is wrong.

Waited 20 minutes for a mcdouble and small fries. Lady at the window whose shirt said "Manager" was on her phone the whole time. Someone handed her my bag and asked if I was the one who ordered the mcdouble and small fries; the lady looked at her and said "I don't know" and handed me the bag without even verifying. I guess I was an inconvenience to her. My fries were good but my mcdouble was a mess. There was so much ketchup on the tiny little burger. WHY? McDonald's, please hire better employees to run your stores. Better pay could get you better employees.

Long wait to order at counter. Eyelash employee and manager were sitting on sidewalk outside. Came in but walked right by with no offer to help or get help. As mentioned before, no smiles, no welcome, no thank you.  I hate the new model for McDonald's.  They want me to order for myself, but i can't get refills for myself.  I need ice for my coffee  but am intimidated to ask.

Stale buns for the second time. The apple pie was drier than hard tack. When I first moved here, the service and food was great. Now it's total garbage. There is definitely a big difference between the morning and evening shift personnel. It's advisable to avoid this place after lunch. I will never be back after what I was given.

In addition to the miserable food, the service was garbage as well. When I pulled up to order, there were several minutes before anyone asked if they could serve me. Finally, I  was asked what I wanted. I asked for a McDouble and apple pie. Right after I said "apple pie" I heard a male voice say "no." Then to add insult to injury, I received food that I wouldn't feed to my dog. I want my damn money back.

The worst store and staff I ever encountered at McDonalds. I’ll never come back to this disgusting place. Don’t even get me started on the horrible and filthy look of the store. Somebody needs to report them to the health department.

Glass Doctor of Fort Collins

I live in Colorado so I've had a LOT of windshields replaced. Glass Doctor was very professional, friendly, and most importantly, quick. I've used other places that took forever to get the glass in, made mistakes and took a whole day to get the work done. Glass Doctor was done with my car in a couple of hours. I'll also add that the Subaru dealership told me they're the only shop in town that has the correct equipment to reset the Subaru eyesight system. Great work and super cordial.

We went to the Glass Doctor looking to replace our shower door. Joel at the Glass Doctor was great. We met with him at his office and in a few words he knew exactly what we wanted. He came to our home, measured and confirmed all was good to go. The installation technicians arrived and were very professional. When they were done you didn’t even know they were there except for our new doors. I would hire Glass Doctor again and will recommend them to everyone!

I had a chip in my windshield on my vehicle that they were able to patch up without an appointment. They handled my insurance for me and got everything done in about 20 minutes. Very professional, customer friendly staff!

I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Fort Collins! Julia and Lonnie are amazing. They went above and beyond to help and they were upfront and honest about what they could or couldn't do. I found them after a previous glass company wanted to charge me 2.5x more than what the tech told me for "cleaning", which was not what the tech originally told me was needed. When Lonnie from Glass Doctor came out, he told me that the tech's "solution" and "cleaning" wouldn't have even worked. Lonnie tried out a couple of things and then came up with a fix that worked and that I could even do myself. When I needed to replace some of my weather stripping, Julia found me the replacement and gave me the link so that I could order it myself. I will certainly be using them for all of my window and glass needs in the future and sharing how great they are with everyone I know!

Amazing crew of guys that were not only professional but fun to work with. They only do quality work and will be sure all measurements are perfect in order for the end product to look just right :)

Karate West, Inc.

Very welcoming and friendly. I could see the respect from the students and the instructors in both directions. Well round curriculum leaning towards sparring and Tae Kwon Do. The time I spent with them was awesome (I'm semi retired from the arts now). I am from a different style for 33 years but they gracefully welcomed me and the sharing was bi-directional. I have reviewed many a dojo for publication back in the Pacific Northwest where I trained - so I say with experience this is a place you can trust, be welcomed and know you are getting your money's worth.

As a grandparent, watching our grandson promote his belt,and watching the the Demo teams,knowingly they work just as hard to show,and display such beautiful control physically and mentally of their surroundings and own bodies. Am so proud of all these young people learning respect for all.Thank you

We love karate west. Very nurturing environment, but with expectations of students. Can't say anything bad!

Lou Anne and her staff are excellent.  If you have any desire to promote self defense for yourself or friends and family, this is definitely the place to go.  Very reasonable rates and expert training.  Highly recommended.

I have been at Karate West for many years.  They are excellent at teaching to very young (pewees), elementary, highschool, and adults.  Generally enough classes in a week to fit any schedule.  Highly recommend.

Ace Hardware Arvada

Going to this store is how thing's used to be in the 90's and before when people had good attitudes, were helpful and tried hard to help you out.
It's nice not to have to deal with young kids playing on their phone trying to avoid an interaction between a customer.
The manager knows how to hire good people and motivate them to do well.
Going to this store feels how things were before all of the online cell phone era times of today. The store feel like a cool local mountain town store where you actually want to chat with the people there and see, how's thing's going...

Overall, I like Ace Hardware. Although they are more expensive than the big box stores, one can generally get qualified and knowledgeable help. And they have most everything one needs. Except sadly, this store -unless one needs pet food or liquor. Which this store has.
But when one needs items that most every Ace carries, this one won’t. And this is a sad statement, as I really like everyone there. But for an Ace that is so perfectly located, they force one to go to other Ace locations in west Arvada or Lakewood.
Ace, please… we can get liquor or pet food almost anywhere. What we as your customers need is to go to your store and know that you’ll have what we need. Concentrate on what Ace sells. Not liquor or pet food.

This Ace is amazing. Over the several times that I've been, I have only had good experiences with the staff. All of the staff have been very kind and very helpful to me. They've been able to answer weird questions and guide me to whatever I need in the store.

If you need hardware, or tools, or anything of that type, then this is a good store for you.  The only complaint I have is that some of the prices are absurd. For example, a small fan that you could purchase for $25 at Walmart is $54 at Ace.

Less than useless. Tried to go buy a light bulb for my oven but some lady tried to quote the law about not allowed to sell incandescent which would be incorrect as bulbs for ovens are still allowed. The bulb was in stock on the website but she wouldn’t look up in her system on where they were stocked in the store.

I came into this location looking for a gift and my son and I got stalked around the shore by a male employee and it made me super uncomfortable. I went to a different employee to ask if I could have assistance getting something unlocked and got treated rudely. I’m not impressed by this location and won’t go back.

Shell

Great gas station near my gym I go to. Prices for gas are not bad usually and the shop is great. Pumps in good condition too. Took a star away because car wash wasn’t working when I got there unfortunately. Would recommend this Shell gas station.

Go in to ask for the person at the counter to unlock the door, bathrooms already located outside car wash. They were nice and clean.

$20 CAR WASH. BS. Needed a car wash very badly was desperate and stopped here. Put in my credit card thinking it couldn't be more than twelve or thirteen dollars. It's no wonder they don't post the price for a single wash on their kiosk.  Turns out it's $20 for a miserable car. Before I even drove in I went to the cashier and asked if I could get a refund before I even went in. He said no. Don't waste your money here. Useless cashier. Useless car was FOR $20?????????????????

First off, I have a Shell Gas card and this is local to me and it should be my go to.  I've purchased items inside the store and since I began paying attention, the last 5 times, I've been overcharged each and every time.  Sometimes on multiple items, today on 1 out of the 4 items.  The price charged for an item that was clearly marked  $2.49 was $2.79, a 12% markup.  Overcharges on one or multiple items, on 5 separate visits, cannot be accidental.  Scaled up to 100s of customers a day, and the con is quite profitable.  You at corporate, who are reading this, have it within your means to spend a couple hours there and verify for yourself if you made an unannounced visit, and you should.

I was a regular here. There was a soda sale sign up and when I went to check out the cashier told me that there was really no sale. They charge you full price! They also started a new scam. They never give you a penny back in your change They tell you "no pennies".  This isn't the Covid coin shortage but they always tell you they are out of pennies. After the hundreds of transactions of the day the stolen pennies add up.

I work near here but I will drive far to avoid this place..

Awesome friendly staff. Very informative of procedures on the yard. Unloading time was very quick

They think it's OK to park in front of the door of the like they own the place in the fire lane to go inside and shop blocking the ram for handicap very nice hope they know fire lane is for first responder no for lazy truck drivers ABC NEED TALK TO THE 3 IN THIS TRUCK  AS A FIREFIGHTER should get ticked

These guys are the most helpful and professional of all the places I called in 100 mile radius. Not only did they have the colors we wanted in siding Dustin took the time to walk me through the website over the phone so I could see all my options. If you need a special color in siding and don't want the run around these are your people! Dustin and Vince went above and beyond and I will tell every friend, family, or client in the future to call them before anyone else.

I tried to order supplies from them for a project for my house. They stated they couldn't sale supplies to me because they only sale it to clients that have an account with them. They should post this on their website or out in their location so the public can see that they only prioritize their so called "clients". The guy who answered my call was really rude when stating this to me. I then called different suppliers Companies and they were more than willing to sale what i needed. I"m very surprised the way they handle different customers that aren't their customers. Its there loss I guess. So everyone that isn't their client now you know not to even bother to go or call this place. It will safe you a really rude call.   :(

Very nice people here.  Check in was fast, easy dock to back once a pallet was moved and they got right to unloading me.  Was worried about bringing a dry van into a mainly flatbed facility but no issue at all.

2 men were what appeared to be doing inventory! My kids and and I stood there trying to buy some waters. Not once did they acknowledge us or ask us to give them a minute. They just let us stand there. So finally we put the drinks back and walked out!!out!!! Very rude. Terrible customer service

I went to this GNC location on 6/29/23
At around 6pm. The salesman was extremely rude and just a jerk. I really couldn’t believe he was that disrespectful. I will never shop at this location again and I’m going to tell everyone  I know about my experience.

Says it's open on Google and it's always closed. I'll find a better store somewhere else that stays open.

Drove out of my way to come to this location to pick up an order only to be greeted by a sign saying they're closed and will be back in an hour.

Everything online (including GNC official website) says it’s open until 8 but I have tried to come in 3 days in a row around 7 and they’ve been closed. Not upset but do think they need to update their hours

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

Good product, a bit pricey but had to go to this location to get the choice I needed.  Very friendly personnel at this location.

We stopped in and happened upon the self-serve chocolate and wine bar, and loved it. All five of the chocolates we tried were fantastic (dark and milk), and the staff were super friendly.

I was there from out of town on 1/3/23 and the asian lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was showing my wife the choices via facetime so we can spend $$ in the business, maybe because she was on her phone doing "God knows what?!" and I must have interrupted that so she can do her job. Then it was her and an older man going back & forth with issues with the card reader. It would have been so much easier and quick if you had an Apple/Google pay receiver. Never again! There's no excuse to be rude, especially when I go there from out of town and I am "showing off" your business via facetime. If it wasn't because my wife REALLY wanted caramel apples, I would have walked out.

AVOID!! 5 chocolates for $18 and terrible. Should have know better. Low traffic = old chocolate.

Saw the reviews prior to coming and I definitely agree about the lack of good customer service. My husband asked a simple question regarding one of the treats and the lady just had a sour annoyed face on her the whole time and told him to read the sign like he was incompetent. The woman also acted the same when my brother asked a quick question too. She looked so mad and annoyed lol. “Why you mad bro?” Anyway we did give them our business but we won’t be back after this experience.

No one is ever at the store. I've been here 9 times over the last month and a 1/2 trying to get pre workout, and no one is ever here. sometimes they have a sign saying they've gone to lunch, and that they will be back. Most often just all the lights are turned off and the open hours are posted, saying that they should be open, but nobody is ever here. I've attempted to stop different days and times.

I purchased the wrong item, and I've been trying to get item exchanged for the last 3 weeks, every time I've tried to go in, the door is locked during business hours.  If you don't want to work during normal hours then tells us when you will be there!!

Went 3 times in 2 months in the afternoon to find store closed. Also, I did not catch a name, but the manager who wears a mask has started an argument both times I have seen him in the store. I have been using GNC stores for 11 years, and have never encountered an employee who is so confrontational, and has no absolutely no knowledge of supplements or the fitness industry. If a manger would rather argue with long-time customers, and keep the store closed, they do not deserve dedicated business. I will be taking mine elsewhere after this last encounter, as I would recommend anyone in the area.

Seems like a lot of the negative reviews are directed at corporate policies that are out of the employee's control. I've never had a single problem with any of the regular employees or the subs they have from time to time. Store is always clean and if anyone has ever been in a bad mood when I've been there, they didn't show it in the slightest. It's a place to buy supplemental nutrition and the employees do their jobs to the absolute best of their abilities. As a business owner myself, I would hire each and every one of them.

Says they’re open on the sign at the door. They are not. 2:00pm on a Friday.

They had everything we needed and were very friendly and helpful!! Helped us complete our lighting project.

What more can I say. Bought a Weber E-310 Grill from them, had Mike come help deliver and set it up FREE. Mike knew the ins & outs and was very helpful on educating me on how to use properly.

Old school type of service that you rarely find these days. Thanks Mike!

My wife's niece recommended that we get our window screen repaired from a hail storm at this Ace Hardware.  And let me tell you this is the best Ace Hardware I have ever been too.  They repaired my screen in ten minutes and all of the staff at this facility are the nicest people you will ever meet.  Lake Ridge Ace Hardware reminds me  of how hardware stores used to be in the sixties, helpful, very friendly, and very knowledgeable.  I have an Ace Hardware two miles from my house and I will go 10 miles out of my way to have my screen repaired or any other service they offer done at this facility.

I went in twice today, admittedly with no idea what I was doing, or exactly what I needed. All 5 employees who helped me were absolutely fantastic. I wish I had taken note of their names.

They recommended alternatives for me, saving me some money, and even gave me advice on my project. I never write reviews but I was blown away by the customer service I received and I’m extremely grateful.

Lake Ridge ace Hardware off Kipling Blvd in Lakewood Colorado excellent staff and selection of things to fix up the house! Recommended if your in the area , check out senor burritos next door after you walk the ace!!!!  .
