We stopped in and happened upon the self-serve chocolate and wine bar, and loved it. All five of the chocolates we tried were fantastic (dark and milk), and the staff were super friendly.
I was there from out of town on 1/3/23 and the asian lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was showing my wife the choices via facetime so we can spend $$ in the business, maybe because she was on her phone doing "God knows what?!" and I must have interrupted that so she can do her job. Then it was her and an older man going back & forth with issues with the card reader. It would have been so much easier and quick if you had an Apple/Google pay receiver. Never again! There's no excuse to be rude, especially when I go there from out of town and I am "showing off" your business via facetime. If it wasn't because my wife REALLY wanted caramel apples, I would have walked out.
Saw the reviews prior to coming and I definitely agree about the lack of good customer service. My husband asked a simple question regarding one of the treats and the lady just had a sour annoyed face on her the whole time and told him to read the sign like he was incompetent. The woman also acted the same when my brother asked a quick question too. She looked so mad and annoyed lol. “Why you mad bro?” Anyway we did give them our business but we won’t be back after this experience.

AVOID!! 5 chocolates for $18 and terrible. Should have know better. Low traffic = old chocolate.
