Big O Tires

I have to say, the big o brand tire is definitely worth it with the road hazard insurance that comes with each tire. I didn't have my receipt but they had my number on file. I apparently hit a deer and had an antler lodged in my sidewall. But the tire got me to my destination and was able to get a temporary tire put on. Then took the busted tire to big o and they replaced the busted tire with a brand new tire. Saved me over $400 because I drove a big F250 with big tires. I'm super thankful because that tire was less than six months old and I was not going to be able to replace it so soon without the insurance. I think once I can afford it, I'll be getting all my tires replaced at big O.

I experienced a blowout driving through Springfield on a rally. Jake went above and beyond to take care of me. He stayed after hours, allowed me to use the low profile jack, and gave my friends and I water. It’s refreshing to meet someone genuinely kind.

If you need wheels/tire service, there’s no doubt in my mind THIS is the place to go. You’ll be in good hands.

Backstory: Went to Fall-Apart and waited 1hr and 30min for someone to fix my tire. I gave up and waited a week to go get it fixed. I shouldn't have with Big-O right round the corner from me. They (Jacob and Daniel) were very nice. The service was reasonably priced too. Actually pretty cheap when you think about waiting for Wally world to get it together. I worried over nothing for too long when I could have gone to Big-O.

Stopped there as my car indicated my tire was low. They didn't find anything and didn't charge me!  Very  nice gentlemen at the counter. I'd definitely recommend!

Big O Tires crew was awesome.   Very  professional, and met all my needs in a timely manner. If you need tires or service done I highly recommend the one on Sunshine in Springfield, Mo.

The UPS Store

I mailed 3 packages this past week. They started off with all 3 on the scale and never cleared the weight so I was charged the weight of all 3 for the first small package. I didn't discover this until the next day when I saw the weight on the tracking info. It amounted to an overcharge of around $10-15 per the store when I called the next day. I called the store twice and was told someone would call me back to arrange a refund. No one ever did so I called a 3rd time and spoke with one of the managers. He said that unless it was a "life-changing" amount I should forget about it and just be happy if my package went where it was supposed to go. I would skip this UPS store if you care about getting charged accurately. Customer service is not good.
Updated 12/27/2023 - The owner of the UPS store just sent me a check for the amount I was overcharged. Thank you!

Bryce Bryce Bryce, this gentleman single-handedly makes this store run like a finely tuned machine. His customer service supersedes all expectations.  I've seen him handle high-need customers with ease when he could have easily treated them the way they treated him. He is a wealth of knowledge and always gives his assistance even when the line is out the door. I won't go to another store unless Bryce relocates. Thanks for all you do.

I’ve had a box there for almost three years. They have been awesome to work with. Bryce, Jackie, and Sam are the best.

Brought in 8 amazon packages to return. The lady scanning was frustrated I could tell because it was right before closing time. One of the QRC codes was a duplicate (my bad) but the lady never advised this QRC was a duplicate which I was told when I called in that the UPS system would tell them it was a duplicate. She took the package anyways. I noticed the next morning early my receipt said 7 packages instead of 8. So, I called to try and find out where the '8th' package would be going and how this happened if their 'system' doesn't allow duplicates to be printed (which apparently it DOES since I saw her put labels on all 8 packages!).  The lady I spoke to said "well the truck is being loaded right now" so basically nothing she can do. I can't understand how a duplicate label is STILL not caught and they can't look up a person's name in their system so when I called they could tell me. Useless help and lost $60 bucks on a return now. Will never use this store again.

This is a franchise, not UPS. If something goes wrong with your package they're no help, they just hand it off to UPS. My package had the contents stolen and they quickly threw UPS under the bus. 'Ya, we've heard that happens at the warehouse'. This is sloppy. Just sloppy.

I was looking for a back door with a doggie door, went to Builders Outlet and they were able to customize one for me. I’m a happy and my dog is happy. Thanks Builders Outlet!

Everyone at Builders Outlet was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had sort of a tough task with finding a door that fit our old house, getting the handle and locks properly installed, and inserting a doggie door. However, this was easy work for the carpenters at builders outlet. Carlos and José were amazing and the door came out perfectly and timely! Mary at the front desk was beyond sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommend Builders Outlet!

Hate to leave a review as they didn't sell me anything. Couldn't get them to give me a price. Sent e-mail with requested info and called many times. Was told that George would call me back. He never did. I called and he answered and told me to send Email with size of door and he would get to it in a week. he would be gone for a bit. Never got back to me.  I called and spoke to Mary and stated that I felt like I was begging and is there a chance that I could buy a door? Mary is nice. George is overwhelmed. Found another supplier and they had price to me in a day and I ordered from them instead. Three week process. I tried to be patient as I had the time, but time runs out. I will give a three on review because Mary is nice

Beautiful doors, we got our exact specifications at a big savings and in just one week. Everywhere else was more expensive and had long wait times. Very pleased that we found this place!

McDonald's

Didn't quite get our order right, & got rude when we told her.  We ordered 2 coffees & only recieved 1.  Asked for the other & the girl didn't want to give us one.  It's a 1.00 cup of coffee, not a $10 Starbucks.

Came in to enjoy some fast food. I sat down at a dirty table I asked if I could use the bathroom and was rudely interrupted by who I'm guessing is a manager saying j needed to buy something. I explained to her that I was absolutely going to I just needed to wash my hands first due to the fact I rode my scooter here. She basically acted like I was some drug addict or something. She's absolutely rude and if I didn't need to charge my scooter I wouldn't still be here.

Avoid this location. My last experience with this drive thru took over half an hour to be served cold food that wasn't even what I ordered. The time before that they also got the order completely wrong. I'm not sure what change in management happened in the last 2 months, but this location is worse for it.

In recent years, McDonald's seems to have lost its charm as a company. The quality of their food has noticeably declined, and I can't help but attribute it to corporate greed. The food just doesn't taste as good as it once did. Sadly, this decline appears to be widespread across the country, and my experience at this particular location was no exception. After being a loyal customer for a significant part of my life, I have come to a firm decision that this visit will be my last time in a McDonald's.

Leaving a review following my visit from about 5 minutes ago - homie at the window had an insanely good attitude and was hilarious. He was wearing a blue shirt so I'm assuming he's a manager, didn't get a name but he was Hispanic with short hair. Literally felt like I was in a McDonald's commercial. Just a great employee and really made the entire experience - I probably will not forget our interaction with him lol.

NWA Roofing should be the 1st choice for your home’s roof. Roof Inspection to completion of project was top notch. Larry was very easy to work with and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend them for any services you need done on your roof.

NWA Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof after the spring hail storm.  They came to the house quickly and returned a very competitive quote.  They explained the process and it went exactly as explained.

Their crew was very efficient and quick.  The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up and picking up excess nails and debris from around the yard.  I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good about NWA Roofing.  I had hail damage from the storm back in May 2019 and NWA Roofing responded quickly and took care of everything for me, not just the roof (siding, screens, guttering, etc.).  Larry provided continuous follow up throughout the process...he never left me hanging.  They do great quality work at a great value.  I am so pleased with their overall service and would recommend them to anyone needing a roofing company.

I had NWA Roofing replace the roof on my mothers home and they did a wonderful job. Larry and the crews are very knowledgeable and  kept us informed throughout the process. They were priced very fair and they upgraded the attic ventilation for mom. The new roof looks great and the crews made sure they was no mess when they finished. I would recommend and use them again!

NWA Roofing was the company that put a new roof on our house following hail and storm damage!  The work they did was perfect!  Improved the looks of our house a lot.   And they did not leave any old roofing debris on the ground, did not find any roofing nails or tacks and it was just one of those good experiences.  I was so glad I went with a local company like NWA because one of my neighbors went with some guys working the area after the storm and offering "special deals!"   He regrets not letting NWA Roofing Company do his.  You get what you pay for and we got a great price, great workmanship and Bob, the owner of the company always responds quickly to my calls! Walmart Supercenter

I hate this Walmart! They don't know the policy on car batteries. It says lifetime warranty if the battery malfunctions. When you try to return it they want a receipt. The receipt we had, the print faded away. They treated us like we were thieves. We never got to return the battery.
They will NOT call a manager for the life of them. Also very unprofessional they way they talk to customers.

This is a great store! They had everything that I wanted and needed. While I was there I tried using the scan and go. When I got to the register it didn't work so I had to go to the register and check out. The customer service agents were so nice and helpful! I had a good experience. Thank you guys!!

If i could give a Negative star review I WOULD.  Worst customer service ever! Manager wouldn't give me her name.The manager act like a child. They don't honor what price is posted.Carts all over. Many people just standing around.The manager lied about pulling the tag & I did show her it was there because I went back and YEP STILL THERE. She called security on me. I was leaving anyway but wow super rude. Worst Store ever.

I like the store itself, but some of the employees are something else. They fight amongst eachother infront of customers. They are extremely rude, some act like its ruining there day by answering a simple question. Applause to the empolyees who actually like their job.

This particular location has been a challenge for organization and overall service based on previous visits.  I was there right after they opened.  Many of the refrigerated displays did not have the lights on yet i.e. meat, deli, dairy.  I was glad to see that the meat display was being actively worked by an associate.  Found what I needed in dairy and walked through men's apparel, and it looked clean and organized.

Great professional service, Jane and Ashley were very helpful and informative in leading the way to understanding the insurance claims, how to read them and suggest the right repairs. They were in constant communication with us with updates and time lines. The vinyl siding specialist were very professional, hard workers . They literally worked from sun up to sun down in the freezing cold weather. Our house looks brand new , we are very pleased!! The next renovation project, we will definitely call JM!

It has been a pleasure to work with Amanda, Jane, Joy, Luis and Hemi.  They take pride in in thier work and strive for excellence.  I had stress fractures in my ceiling, Joy educated me about everything that needed to be done and why.  The work was completed on time, within budget and clean up was exceptional.  Definitely a company to trust.

Woof and Wander, Canine Pantry & Outfitters

OMG! If you have a dog, load ‘em up and go! Go now! NOW!!! We took our two senior rescue dogs yesterday, and they loved it-even the deaf, blind one🤟🏻. All sorts of treats, toys, gear, specialty food, and two (TWO!!!!) self-serve dog wash bays with towels. Best of all, though, was the  proprietor. When I tell you they were GENUINELY HAPPY to be there, greeting every human and pet with equal enthusiasm, and not just tolerating the constant demand of a busy day, it was pure joy. PURE. JOY. This place is a slice of heaven for pet owners. (Yes, there is a Cat Corner!) I cannot emphasize enough how this place is WELCOMING for all, not just tolerant. There is a difference. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the vibe of this place! Very helpful in fitting my Mojo for his first harness. It has made training him to walk on a leash alot easier than ones I've had in the past. Very durable, so far it's held up to his baby shark teeth when thinks he can walk himself. When it's time to up grade, I'll be going back for another!

Our first time there! Naomi was great! We went to use the self service dog wash. Online appointment was easy, Naomi showed us how it all worked & was super nice & patient. We have a 50lb American Bully who is afraid of water & she did great! Awesome selection of treats, toys & dog food, but not crazy boutique prices! We’ll definitely become a regular!

I love this store so much! I love all of the healthy options. I will definitely be a regular here. I am excited to keep trying new things for my puppy and kitties! The only thing that I wish was different is that it was closer to me (45ish minute drive) and that it was bigger! 🥰

Best dog/cat store in NWA! They are super friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy anything when you go in and they are still friendly even if you don't. Their prices are what you would expect for a small local business, not cheap but not outrageous. There is one employee/owner? with shorter hair that is awesome (not that everyone isn't great there) and they give great advice about supplies and behavior, you can really tell they know about dogs! I drive past all of the Bentonville pet stores just to visit this one because it is so much better and the people are so great here. Not to mention their selection of supplies is my favorite out of all of the other places.
