Excellent selection of items, super nice staff, and very clean restroom!

Beware! Yesterday September 27, 2022 I went into cash a paper lottery ticket at 8 o’clock in the morning and an older Asian woman intentionally took my lottery winnings. I contacted the Denver Police Department as well as the Colorado lottery because not only did she steal money from me she is out of compliance with the state Because she intentionally camouflages the prize winning display. This woman is evil because she pride herself on calling out thieves by printing their pictures on the front door of her business yet she is stealing somebody who came in and treated her with respect and I smiled at her and she took for me.  I’ve already been told by the Colorado lottery that my winnings will be mailed to me and they will be dealing with this but I’m telling you folks, I get the feeling that this happens all the time and we never hear about it and the police never do anything about it. If you go into a store and there’s no self check to tell you how much you actually one don’t use them and report them.

We need more people in the world like the family that operates this Shell station. They are true professionals, kind, caring, and diligent in their service. Could not ask for a better local gas station & convenience store. Great selection of snacks, beer/liquor, tobacco, and everyday necessities.

P.S. to anyone complaining about their gas prices - they are located directly off a major interstate, so obviously they are going to charge a premium for their prime location & convenience factor. Turn your brain on.

Do not use the air pump machine at this gas station, went and used it and it said it was $1.50 the next day I got a “tip” added to the total of another $0.25. I’m not upset about the $0.25 it’s the point that if they do this every time someone is using the air pump they are gonna steal a lot of money from people just trying to put air in there tires. Will never return!

I’ve been coming to here for years now and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! They have a great selection of items as well.

Ace Hardware Uintah Gardens

Travis went above and beyond his standard duties to make sure we were taken care of right before Christmas. He absolutely did not have to, but we're so thankful we found him at this Ace location. We need more people like this in the world.

I really like this hardware store! They have an amazing selection! Their customer service is fantastic! They make fresh popcorn for customers to eat, while they shop!

They made keys for my Subaru Outback! Their key making department is amazing! They have so many choices and can make keys for cars, houses, etc! They make the keys to the newer cars with the electronic buttons and the prices are much better than the dealership!

They didn’t carry the key to my car, so they special ordered it! Julie was so friendly and worked to ensure that the key worked perfectly, she checked it and then double checked it! Travis helped, when my car decided to be fussy! I left a very happy customer! Thank You, Julie and Travis! 😁

They have hard to find cleaning supplies! They carry all the nuts and bolts, nails, etc.  They have cabinet pulls. They carry plumbing and electrical supplies.  They carry stuff for the garden and everything to winterize your home! They carry Yankee Candle products. They have cooking supplies.

If you can’t find something, ask! If they don’t have it, they can probably order it!

You must really come in and look around! This is the hardware store of years ago, you will not go for minutes after minutes without seeing an employee. This is the friendly Ace Hardware Store that you went to years ago, with all the advantages of modern check outs and rapid special orders.

Helpful happy people work here. The staff radios ahead to assist with my purchase. Glass cutting is on the spot so super convenient. I replaced three broken windows in one day, diy! and get it done without weeks of lead time for a glass service company.  I quickly got help in hardware finding the right wood screws at the best price. Window glazing tube maybe a $1 more than big box, meh who cares. My time is worth more. I literally leave here happier than when I walked in.
O! And I love the kitchenware gadgets. I had been looking around for these two items I found here and I added to my purchases.

Yes!  Our neighborhood go-to Hardware Store, and not just the DIY locals like myself - but contractors who are working on projects on the West side as well and who, like me, hate driving across town to a big box store.  Always get Exceptional Customer Service, and the ACE Rewards are really nice perk too.  Great store, well stocked, with knowledgeable and friendly staff - just like the old days.   5 thumbs up for the Uintah Gardens Ace Hardware Store!

I've had a few great experiences at this Ace. Selection and prices are good but have always found employees to be very helpful with being available and finding items.

Coca-Cola Vending

*edit* The people here purchase SANTIAGOS burritos and only sell half to the public. The older men continue to hide the burritos under the papers in the warmer. When myself and other customers take those, he refuses to sell them and says “they aren’t for sale”. Absolutely ridiculous, buy them for yourselves then and keep them out of sight!!! I am absolutely sick of the ignorance and inadequate service here!! I gave them a second chance only to see them ripping SANTIAGOS off as well as their own customers. SAD PLACE!!!

People running this store are nice but extremely incompetent. Waited in a line of 13 people today.

Reasonable pricing. The guy that always works there is chill. Every time I'm in here its always a super fast trip.

RNR Tire Express

Well I’m really glad I found these guys. I had no idea where to go to find wheels and tires that I could actually see in person sand have installed immediately. Then they said they’d even finance 6 months at 0%. Too good to be true! Very satisfied

Terrible experience from the first time I stepped foot inside the building. Where do I start the staff was uninterested and knowledge of product and what fits what was not good.  they put a set of tires that were to big for the fender well. so it’s rubbed holes in both my fender wells of my newly bought truck I bought two weeks prior to this happening. They said yeah no worries good to go. They fit good they told me.  I leave the building and only one of my TPS sensors would register and work. Could hear the tires rubbing. So I make an appointment to switch out the tires and they switch them and the guy has me sit in the truck turn the wheels and he tells me in front of the staff nope doesn’t rub so I leave. Have the same problem TPS sensors not working and tires rubbing FOR A SECOND TIME now. Every time I had an issue it was a problem for them and I felt like my problems were an inconvenience for them in some way. The problems they created mind you.  So I go back a third time to get the wheels and tires finally removed from my truck completely and I’m left with both my fender wells damaged pretty badly and they shrugged and said sorry about that. Where’s the customer service? Where’s the actual knowledge of sizes and offsets. There was none and I would NOT recommend this company for any of your vehicles needs. Ever!! All this company wants if your money and if you get behind you better just not get behind. All bad. Unprofessional and unsettling that they just continue to push customers out the door I’m sure having same issues not always but I know I’m not the first person that this has happened to with this company. I guarantee it will not be the last time either. Good day

I seriously am speechless. Shane, Colby, and the rest of their gang at R&R are light years ahead of the game in this area when it comes to Tire Shops. Don't believe me? I dare you to call your favorite or current tire shop, ask them what it would cost someone coming in needing a new tire on a budget, and that tire mounted and balanced
…then do yourself and your family a favor and call the guys at R&R at the South Campbell location. Don't thank me, pay the gratitude forward on my behalf when you call and tell them Bailey said “still so thankful”.

So far so good. Got me in and out fast. The dude who had me sign papers couldn't really answer any of my questions and seemed annoyed that I had as many as I did. They only do aliments Mon-Thur so you have to make an appointment to get that done. I found that a little odd because I thought it was just automatic that when you get wheels and tires they do an aliment. Overall it was a positive experience and I will be recommending this company those around me.

Top Dollar Pawn

Sold me an amplifier and a guitar a few months back. Got strapped for cash recently and went to sell the amp back to them at guaranteed half price. They lied and said they sold me a pedal with it. I never received a pedal with the amp. There wasn't a pedal on the floor with the amp. They never even mentioned a pedal when I bought the amp. Yet they wouldn't give me half price back and accused me of losing/keeping this mysterious pedal for myself.

Again, let me reiterate, THEY NEVER SOLD ME A PEDAL WITH THIS AMPLIFIER, NOR DID THEY MENTION ONE CAME WITH IT.  Complete rip off artists. I don't think the guy at the counter knew what was going on, but his rude manager behind him absolutely knew what she was doing. She ripped me off so she didn't have to give me what I was owed. This place is a joke.

I use top dollar. I've bought guns, backpack, knifes, tools, and I've sold tools, guns, amount other things like gold and silver. Top dollar has always treated me good 💯. I give them 5 stars all day long for being the best pawn shop in pueblo. My ol lady is Rhonda vandegrift I'm James Neighbours and we both do our pawning at Top Dollar. Probably one of the worst pawn shops I've EVER seen, the staff was literally ghetto fabulous. Didn't try to interact with us at all, acted like we were below them because of the situation "we're there pawning". FYI we need our rent money and don't get paid until the 10th, I can't believe you get ANY service to be honest. Their barely giving 10% if your lucky and was just an absolute terrible experience all around. Literally offered us $60 on a $960 grow light, you e got to be joking right? I will NOT be returning and will be sure to let everyone I know how my experience went and to spread the word. People like you should NOT run businesses because your communication and professionalism skills SUCK, and maybe try being mindful of the business your running. I wouldn't be there if I wasn't in a tight spot JERKS! Your welcome 😉

I randomly chose Top Dollar Pawn from Google as a possible retail outlet to buy my PlayStation 4 I had been searching for with no luck.
Upon my arrival at Top Dollar Pawn, not only was I met with an immediate low-key, not invasive, greeting from the staff, who remembered me from my phone call a day or two prior to my visit. Impressive, that was. So I was given a few different options on which unit I wished to purchase. The chosen unit was then plugged in, hooked up, turned on and demonstrated, right in front of me so I was completely satisfied with the purchase I made. However, once I got home, I noticed a thing or two that I wasn't happy with. Being a refurbished item, you'll have that occasionally. Upon my returning the product to the store, I was somewhat expecting a bit of a hard time, as is usual for a pawn shop with the return of electronic items. However, to my surprise and pleasure, the staff, namely Rosalind and Misha, both made my second visit even better. They were quite friendly with me very helpful and accommodated my every need and then some. They were really cool people to deal with and I am very thankful that I've walked into Top Dollar Pawn that particular day. Again thank you Rosalind and Misha and Andrew for a very honest and Fair & Square Deal. From my past experiences, a pawn shop is not generally where you find service of this magnitude. However, I did just that.

I went into Top Dollar Pawn looking for a white gold and diamonds ring for my wife's upcoming birthday willing to spend money on what I'm sure is 1 of their most expensive type of items. Customer service at it's worst. No one greeted me. No one even bothered to acknowledge me. After standing at the jewelry case for about 5 minutes I walked around the entire jewelry case and look at the sunglasses and costume jewelry and then right back to the section that held the rings I was interested in. Still, no service. Being a black man I'm no stranger to this kind of treatment. Just another establishment that ruined repeat and future business. I'll NEVER return and will warn anyone I know that they may not be welcome in this place of business regardless of how much money you're willing to spend.

McDonald's

I suggest not going there. My friend and I went fri night to eat.. her food sat untouched for 5 min. she asked could I get my food and an employee swore at her and came across the counter and beat on her. My friend got hurt. People say the employee is nasty

Was in the area to stop for a Sausage McMuffin and sausage biscuit yes and a cup of coffee one cream one sugar skipped lunch as well yummy yummy yummy

No atmosphere- this was a drive-through. The food was good, for what it was. Their breakfast can’t be beat if you’re in a hurry.

-Edit- (Oct 3 2022) I'm adding a star to this location because I respect the franchise owners dedication the the ADA community.  I haven't seen any other employer consistantly hire and support the ADA community like the McDonalds franchise owners here - good job guys-

Origonal Review - It's fast food folks, as fast food goes it's exactly what I'd expect.  11am the fries are hot and the place is clean.  When I get the craving this is where I come. -

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been ton don’t even waste your time guys and gals. They even turn mobile orders to breakfast only at around 10pm.. Literally the worst service ever followed by hanging up on me while I try to get managers name to lodge a formal complaint. Steer clear. Literally cussed me out and refused a managers name and blocked my phone number for asking….. manager talked to me on the phone at a certain point and acted like she was invincible. The store is open behind your shift girl, get ready.

AT&T Store

Romeo and his associate helped us decipher the mess that the ATT kiosk at Sam’s Club got us into.   This mess included being told that we would be able to get a 25% off our total bill, “Only certain Occupations”, not all health care professions.  Also told that our new upgrade would include New iPhone 15 Pros, Not True we are still having to pay for part of these phones.  Also told we are on the best plan.  Not true.  Romeo and his associate explained clearly what we have, what we need to change and exactly what we will be paying for.  Thank You So Much!!!  Appreciate your time and expertise!!!  We will be back.

Garret was a super star. Excellent customer service. Talked us through options after my son lost his phone. Very professional and made us laugh with his quick-witted humor. His work ethic was great as well. Thanks a lot Garrett! 🙏👍😀

Milwaukee Tool (Denver)

I'm like a kid in the candy store here. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous knowledgeable. They helped me with all of my needs. I highly recommend you visit this store for all of your Milwaukee tool needs

Rover led light, already coming apart light goes on and off constantly, top magnet cover broke

What a gem. They've helped me numerous times with impact drills. The staff is super friendly and full of knowledge. Keep up the great work guys!

If you are a Milwaukee tool guy. There is a lot of red at this store. 2 major things that stand out for me and the reasons I have no interest in ever going back. 1st there are no prices on anything in there. And everything is zip tied to the racks.
Milwaukee how do you have a store with just about every to you offer, open to the public. But me as a consumer I actually can’t come in and shop here.

Excellent customer service, Milwaukee always stands behind their products. Excellent warranties.

Cheyenne Mountain Ace Hardware

Glass cutting was cut okay. I’m pretty sure they use the scoring message to cut the glass. Ask for 5 pieces all cut to the right measurements except that each piece was chipped in the corners and one was not cut straight. I didn’t notice till I got home because they were wrap. Not too happy about that but only paid about $30. Not really sure but it was my first time coming to get glass cut anywhere. Employees were very nice and friendly I would go back just because of that put I would honestly go somewhere else for glass cutting.

Great local hardware store in the Cheyenne Mountain area. You will find friendly, helpful people who will go the extra distance to help you out here! Highly recommended! I'm new to the area and have one comment/suggestion. The store name is difficult to find on Google maps and is frequently either not listed in a search for "Ace Hardware" or appears well down the list even though it may be the closest location because it starts with "Cheyenne Mountain" instead of "Ace Hardware". I have had difficulty searching for it on Google Maps and have even been directed to the Garden of the Gods location as being the nearest one because of this. If the manager is reading this, I would highly recommend renaming it to "Ace Hardware, Cheyenne Mountain" on Google Maps. More people will end up at your store and experience the helpful staff and well stocked selection of hardware.

I was so excited to have an Ace nearby, and we have enjoyed being able to pick up odds and ends for projects. Sadly, today, when I attempted to buy an off-cut of acrylic plexiglass (left over and discarded from someone else’s cutting) Ace decided I needed to pay for the entire sheet even though I was only getting 1/3. I was dumbfounded. I guess I will just keep giving my dollars to the big blue and orange stores instead.

If I were to sum up my experience it would be 1/3 of the helpfulness for full price.

I live in a neighborhood with questionable sewer infrastructure, so when I started getting signs of a backup, on a cold and windy Christmas Eve of all times, it was super handy to have this Ace right around the corner, open, and having the enzymatic drain cleaner in stock that I was looking for. Staff was friendly and I got in and out of there quickly in time to avoid a Christmas catastrophe. Thanks!

I was thrilled when Ace opened in our neighborhood, saving me the drive to the Uintah location. However, my excitement turned into disappointment after my  two recent visits. The customer service was lacking, with rude staff and an unapologetic manager when items didn't ring up correctly as per the advertised signs. It's crucial that someone steps in to help this group understand the importance of welcoming customers and providing excellent service. Unless changes are made, I fear this location won't last long.
