The manager here should be replaced. I went in to pick up an order and instead of asking me for my name the manager assumes that I have a doordash order and says nothing is ready yet I'll be with you in a minute. I was sent to pick up an order that was made by my coworkers . She then stopped me from talking to another employee about my order when I was asking them to check she told him nothing is ready yet when I was already going to have everything taken care of. The employee then stopped and did not check right behind him literally right behind him was the door to the food warmer and my pizza. At this point I'm just being loud and calling the co-workers to double-check and see how long ago they placed the order so then they can just hear me and then help me. Finally she asked and wouldn't you know it my pizza was ready the whole time..... She didn't even apologize... The worst customer service. Get another job if checking on a pizza is difficult for you.

This is an awful location. I arrived at the store for a pick-up order and was told that it would be a 10 minute wait. I patiently waited 20 minutes before being told that they made a mistake and hadn't even started my order yet. I told them to forget it and refund me my money. At this point, the person at the front went completely offensive, making it seem like I was reacting poorly to their screw-up. Finally, as I was driving away, the woman at the front flipped me off through the window of the store. I will never return to this location.

The most disgusting pizza I have ever seen. I tried to put one piece in the oven to melt the cheese l, it did not melt. My kiddo even stated the pepperoni felt like a "quarter that is not not all the way done." I was not acknowledged nor assisted in any way, shape or form aside from requesting a refund from Doordash. No accountability. I am a mother and needed this request for tonight and the manager, Fred, had no regards and no care. This is not a bad night, I have ordered a bit ago, same issue. Go elsewhere.

Slowest service ever!  Will prioritize in house customers over in store pick up and I have seen them doing it to Doordashers too.  3 people in the back can't figure out how to hand an order to someone.  Or how about THE FRONT REGISTER PERSON MULTI TASK.  It's not rude to pop over and get the To Go order while the customer is deciding or paying.  What is rude is causing someone to wait 10-15 minutes for their order while it's right in front of them!  The night staff is the very definition of "I gave up in life".  Move faster......................

Why have an online  web site for placeing an order advertise that when you order online you get discounts. Online my ordet was $27.99 over the phone $47.99 . the online lets you get to check out see your savings put in card info .And then nothing it wont go thru cause it wants an email address . the app ør online will not let you enter that info to complete payment.
What a waste of my time and probable yours.

okay so they were out of the pan pizza, which definitely affected the quality of their pizza overall. With that said, I haven't had pizza hut in a long time, and they sure have changed their ingredients from the last time I ate here. The pizza was overall edible and not worth calling to complain about, but it was dry, even the meats were dry which I find very odd. The pizza was delivered hot and seemed fresh enough all things considered. I'd give them another shot with a pan pizza though.

When you call you get sent to a call center instead of actual location. Then instead of the issue getting resolved you get oh let me transfer you. What the hell is the point of a call center then? Then we get to quality of food the crust on the calzone was overcooked, it was split open so the meat was all over the packaging. The food was Luke warm at best
The app is useless, unless you want to only order and then it should assume your ordering through app to auto do delivery not carry out.

Miss Sally answered my phone call and was very patient with me while ordering my Pizza order. Very down to earth employee and professional beyond anyone I have come in contact with, During a delivery call. And it had been months. Good for her, promote ahead of peers. Or at least a raise. Corporate. She deserves this.

I ordered on ubereats and my order was canceled by the store to night 09/11/23 no one wanted to give me a refund my order was 74.88 I got a refund after I told them I was going to call my bank  but it's ok I got domino's

The service was trash. I ordered online to pay and pick up in store. Upon walking in there was another customer in front of me waiting for his order. When I got to the counter the older lady working was very rude and nasty. She asked my name and rushed me to pay which was fine but the machine was not ready to accept my card. I asked her about the machine and why it was taking so long, she hit a button and it came up, I tapped my card and her response was “good job”. I grabbed my order and she said “hurry up I have pizzas coming out of the oven”. She was rude as hell for no reason and I will not be returning. I don’t need a snotty attitude because she was having a bad day I came to pay for pizza and leave not be spoken to like a child after I said not one word to her besides my name.

Got the big dinner box you would think when you spend 45 dollars on pizza they could at least throw more than 6 pieces of beef on the pizza anyway I'll enjoy my two orders or bread sticks

Ordered from this location tonight. Delivery was very fast but when I opened my Dinner Box it looked like someone shook it and slammed on their breaks the whole way to my home. I have been on hold with the store waiting to speak to someone for over an hour. I will not be ordering from here again.

Amanda asst manager is great and always polite no matter the circumstance.  But this store is always short staffed. This past order took two and a half hours to deliver. I got the notification that my order was out for delivery over an hour after ordering and it took over an hour to actually deliver to me. The food was not edible. I have called multiple times asking for the owner to call me. They don’t. The owner obviously doesn’t care about customer service, making things right, or helping out staff at their store when short handed etc. so now I have to do a dispute thru my bank because the owner can’t be professional and handle their business appropriately. It’s too bad because I really like Pizza Hut when the food is cooked properly and hot. This is what the pizza looked like when it got delivered. My kid took a piece and they it away because it was no good.

Nice gentleman at the counter I waited outside and he brought the pizza to me just didn't get them cut all the way I used a pizza cutter on it but other then that awsome service true to a pizza man's service

McDonald's off south Colorado boulevard. Denver Colorado. Because the Colorado Rockies win yesterday. I received a free 10-piece nugget through my app. Great Staff . Excellent service 👍

Ordered two fries but only received one. Didn’t realize that until back at home. I suggest verifying everything before leaving for pickup orders.

Edit: bumping up one star because a manager reached out with an offer. I was able to use the offer even though they were out of both bottled water and chocolate milk for an order.

Food is usually fresh which is nice.
However, whatever size fry you want, get the smaller size, that's what you'll get regardless of what you order. I usually get a large, but stopped at this location bc no matter the time of day I have gone my fries are a size smaller, in the large container, but not even close to filled so I just get the medium, which is more than a small, but not quite a medium....every single time. Other than that, great service and fresh food

Asked for no onions and they put them in between the patties! I’ve never seen a McDonald’s do this even when onions are ordered. It was intentional and the people of this McDonald’s DESERVE to be replaced by robots. Can’t wait until fast food becomes automated and orders are made correctly.

Tried ordering through my McDonald’s app at this location today. I have never had any other issues with Amy other location. My husband (Hispanic) went to pick it up and provided the code and everything and the woman told him that someone already picked it up and it wasn’t her problem that they didn’t have our food. She was very very rude to him. But yet when I (white) go inside instead they say that they have the order and it will be ready soon? Man at the front counter was very very nice. However these women need an attitude check.

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I ordered make my own 2 lg thin pizzas. I got 2 different sizes. The adults pizza was thick ( which I don't like). So it was thick and dry. I had 2 pieces, eventually threw the rest of the pizza out. And I got a Cobb salad, the lettuce was very wilted. I was so disappointed. The pizzas aren't all that anymore.... 42.00 for just a large cheese w/ black olives that was for my grandsons. Not going anymore.

We ordered and picked up a Chicken Bacon Artichoke Delight pizza today. When we unpacked it,  we found it had only 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Unacceptable!  I called the store and offered to text the manager a photo of the uncooked pizza. He said we had to “bring the pizza back” to the store to see if he could replace or fix it. Another 30-minute drive each way to fix the store’s mistake? No thanks. Ridiculous!

Well... So much for my childhood. I grew up on Papa Murphy's. It's been years since I had it and I finally remembered their Tuesday deals! I ordered a regular olive and sausage pizza and they had it ready about 10 minutes early. Great! When I grabbed it off the rack, however, the crust looked VERY thin for a regular crust pizza. I asked the employees if it was supposed to look like that. They then proceeded to lie to my face, telling me "it will puff up in the oven." As you can see, it did not. This is a thin crust pizza (with very skimpy toppings) and I'm disappointed. Won't be returning.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Ivy the store manager is disrespectful to customers and aggressive towards customers. We don’t work FOR the company so yes we was customers have questions. When I come I can and order and leave and the customer behind me says “what’s her problem “ Ivy. So with the attitude/aggressiveness I go back into the restaurant and ask for supervisor contact and she says I’m manager and supervisor with a big smile! I told her ok, well I’ll call papa Murphy customer service. Well Marrissa called me shortly after.  I spoke with her letting her know the disrespectfulness at this location and nasty attitude from Ivy. The fact Ivy said NO one will call me back because their busy is  tarnishing. So disrespectful and so cold to customers. Marrissa the area supervisor stated they don’t read reviews. Well take this as an eye opener if your ordering from this location. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE reviews. Ok, No pineapple being ordered is clear now, such a sad location with awful attitude. Like I told Marrissa it’s  the nastiness I received and another customer seeing it stating there was no need for the act. Owners can call me as well. My husband will be writing an review as well, he witnessed it as well. Awful location with store manager

Awesome service, I made a mistake while ordering my pizza online, and they fixed it on the spot for me! Great taste as well!

Wendy's

The lobby was closed which was disappointing but also understandable due to a multitude of circumstances. Not the most ideal but the drive thru was open, the line was short & fast. Food was hot, fresh, tasty, with everything I ordered. Everything you know & expect from Wendy's. Would visit again.

They were prompt, fast, and friendly. Fresh fries even late at night. And they gave us a huge cup of cheese sauce! It was literally the best! Thank you to those working at 9:50 pm on 8/15/23. You all deserve a raise!!!

I will start off saying everyone that work  in fast food shouldn’t work the drive thru because all people can’t pretend to be nice but saying all that I don’t believe in giving bad reviews I only speak truthfully about what I see and what can be better but who am I but mere dust I liked the food but it needed more  ranch but it was hot and fresh and I thank everyone that was involved in making that meal especially the farmers who raised the meat and grew the vegetables see I don’t do the dark and grim reviews there is always something good in everything that you experience in your life  even your worst day you have two things to be grateful for that you opened your eyes and saw another day second that you had food to eat and water to drink enough preaching this Wendy’s could be a gold mine with the right staff and management I did enjoy my meal I did see the young lady at the window grin but she couldn’t help but smile when I said to her is this the place where they’re having the drive thru funeral  she burst out in laughter and my job was done  so remember you don’t know what the other person is experiencing but if you make them smile you have won the battle I try to compliment  3 people each day and I try to make them smile or laugh if we all practice that daily the world would be nicer so I give reviews on potential and also on experiences but a season reviewer knows that you must have patience with everyone you meet so go out and buy some food and support the local workforce  you buying that meal might be the money that helps a mother buy her child diapers or food or clothes so always think about that  also remember buying and selling is what makes the world go round eat at this Wendy’s and always thank the staff for all they do for  us they earned all the  stars I gave them and they all need a raise !!!

I work for Uber eats I went to pick up a customers order and they said they weren't taking mobile orders and the computer crashed. They also tooks 30 minutes answer while I was in drive-thru and there were also employees in the building. I also missed out on a good tip. Terrible customer service if I could give zero stars I would.

The lady was so nice, she came to out to our table because she forgot our napkins. Bless her.

Chick-fil-A

Got the new Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich and WOW! So good! Only downside is I had to wait a while for the fries since they had no salt and I feel bad for the people behind me since they didn't tell me to pull forward and wait. I waited at least 4 minutes which I think justifies me pulling into a parking spot and waiting so the others can get their food and go. Other than that I've had no other issues in the past. It's Chick-fil-A so you know it's going to be good.

They really know how to treat their customers! Always upbeat, happy to see you, delicious food! When our cookies were hard, they replaced them with no questions. They please their customers! It's good food people!

Love how fast Chil Fil A is. This time it took a little longer than normal (like it took the time I would expect from any other fast food) and even though it was definitely not a long wait, we did get a coupon for next time. Love the gesture and we'll be sure to come back.

The service is relatively fast, and the employees are relatively friendly. Yet, it seems the operator has instructed their staff to pinch pennies at every corner. One very consistent let down is how they portion things that are not objectively measured. I’ve attached a picture of my medium fry. Every time I order, whether it’s a large meal or a medium meal, the fries are short, with literally an inch, or two, of emptiness at the top of the container. This meal, medium size, cost almost $12, and apparently that wasn’t a high enough price to get a full medium fry.

Just got off a hospital night shift and went here to get food. Was ignored by staff for about 5 minutes and heard nothing but Spanish talk in the and could see Spanish speaking employees. Had to get an employees attention, when they did come over I was rudly told "you can use the kiosks to place order" I said I had a code and was told "kiosk will take code". They don't so I walked out, will not use this McDonald's again unless English speaking staff is working.

Went through the drive thru on 2/27/2022 at 6:50pm. Paid for my food. As soon as I drove to the second window the lady in a yellow shirt was upset that my Diet Coke I ordered was a coke. She then proceeded to give me my order. Normally I would check it but my daughter is sick. Order was a Happy Meal, #2b Large with a Diet Coke and all I got was a half order of a large fry and the happy meal. The fries are old and dry. I am tired of subpar quality from franchises but workers demanding more money.

At 6pm this evening I stopped by this McDonalds to use my survey BOGO sandwich receipt. In case you have never done this, it's survey you fill out on the website and it gives you a code you write on the receipt to give you a buy one get one free sandwich. They were extremely rude to me and told me they do not accept it. They shut the window on me after I showed them what the receipt described about the survey. They didn't want to listen at all. One of them actually was folding my receipt to keep it and I asked for it back. I told them I would go to the other McDonald's about a mile away. They gladly took it. I would like to know the owner's name and let her know that this happened.

Food came poorly packeged and Greasy - cheese was melted beyond tasting. Even though ordered fries without salt, came to us hot and saltier than ever.  I did a mobile pick up but the cashier said they didn't have my order and to come inside. In fact they did have my order and ignored my request for extra napkins and some salt. Just not a good experience for an order that should have been quick and easy and accurate

On a Thursday afternoon, I went through the drive thru and waited just to get food that was almost not edible. I've had a few not so great meals before but this was the worst McDonald's meal that I have had in my 53 years of life which is why I am being very honest and intentional to give this location a bad review. You've been warned.

The Buttered Biscuit at I Street

Fantastic experience every time! We were at the I Street location this morning when these pics were taken. There is an adorable jolly snowman pancake available in late November/December 2023 (pictured below). Our server, Jason, kindly informed me that one of the kids meals is free Monday through Friday only. The meal is 3 mini-me cakes with chocolate chips (usually $6). He also brought extra kids cups for chocolate milk for the kids so I could split it up amongst my three who wanted a snowman pancake versus a kids meal that comes with a drink. We visited on a Tuesday morning, which was calm and not too busy. Great atmosphere, yummy food, and fantastic service.

Also worth noting that this is the best place in town for gluten free breakfast. Also pictured below is a gluten free benedict. Highly recommend this place.

Very open feel atmosphere. Abigail was very nice and friendly. I had the farmers son which was very good. My mom had the Cajun bennie, for me personally the crab cake was a bit too salty for my liking.

Dessert we had the lemon curd beignets which were delightful. I don't particularly like too sweet desserts so the lemon balanced it out.

First time here and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely have to come back to try more. I got the Countryman bowl and my husband got the Winchester. Both were very tasty as well as the side of pumpkin butter. 10/10. Service was great as well and we were seated very quickly. Got to check it out!

My friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint! I was traveling for work alone, the service was wonderful and the food came out promptly, even with a full house. The waffle was definitely a highlight - I had the seasonal gingerbread waffle. The latte was also great, made with an Onyx blend - pictured is the peppermint latte. The menu has a great list of diverse options for everyone.

Josh was an excellent, well mannered server. The food was exceptional (I had the Winchester with an extra egg, sunny side up). The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast before our 10 hour trip home( I'm from Louisiana). Well played, Buttered Biscuit.  Well played.

Placed online order at 2pm for a pick up at 6 pm on 12/8/23.  Showed up to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Then they couldn’t locate the entire order so they had to remake it.    Then this pizza came out.  Burnt to a crisp.

First time picking up take out pizza at this location and will not be back! Online order said that it would be ready at 6pm, arrived at 6, saw that my order showed as being ready but no one could find my order. Was told multiple times either that “it must be in the oven” or “it’s about to be boxed”.  I left 25 minutes later with my order, finally with one pizza cold (it was ready by 6 but left out of the warmer), one pizza burnt, and breadsticks “well done”.

Ordered delivery- it doesn't even deserve 1 star!  It said it would be delivered at 10:14 pm however it was closer to 11.  The Supreme pizza did not have the added black olives and I don't know what to call the cheese sticks.  I do not recommend

Picked up a carryout order and found that my BBQ pizza only had 7 Peace's of BBQ beef on the entire large pizza, the marina sauce was not good and very watery, the big box was missing my wings I had ordered and instead they gave me an extra order of bread sticks. The pizza was had very little flavor and was slightly doughy. I would not recommend ordering from this location at least around 5:20p which was when I picked up my order

Website ordering didn't allow for specific time of ordering. Called the "800" generic number listed for this location, automation was confusing and didn't give option to place order. Live customer service was connected, but she gave the incorrect number to Bella Vista's location instead. Ordering pizza shouldn't be this hard.
