The manager here should be replaced. I went in to pick up an order and instead of asking me for my name the manager assumes that I have a doordash order and says nothing is ready yet I'll be with you in a minute. I was sent to pick up an order that was made by my coworkers . She then stopped me from talking to another employee about my order when I was asking them to check she told him nothing is ready yet when I was already going to have everything taken care of. The employee then stopped and did not check right behind him literally right behind him was the door to the food warmer and my pizza. At this point I'm just being loud and calling the co-workers to double-check and see how long ago they placed the order so then they can just hear me and then help me. Finally she asked and wouldn't you know it my pizza was ready the whole time..... She didn't even apologize... The worst customer service. Get another job if checking on a pizza is difficult for you.
This is an awful location. I arrived at the store for a pick-up order and was told that it would be a 10 minute wait. I patiently waited 20 minutes before being told that they made a mistake and hadn't even started my order yet. I told them to forget it and refund me my money. At this point, the person at the front went completely offensive, making it seem like I was reacting poorly to their screw-up. Finally, as I was driving away, the woman at the front flipped me off through the window of the store. I will never return to this location.
The most disgusting pizza I have ever seen. I tried to put one piece in the oven to melt the cheese l, it did not melt. My kiddo even stated the pepperoni felt like a "quarter that is not not all the way done." I was not acknowledged nor assisted in any way, shape or form aside from requesting a refund from Doordash. No accountability. I am a mother and needed this request for tonight and the manager, Fred, had no regards and no care. This is not a bad night, I have ordered a bit ago, same issue. Go elsewhere.
Slowest service ever! Will prioritize in house customers over in store pick up and I have seen them doing it to Doordashers too. 3 people in the back can't figure out how to hand an order to someone. Or how about THE FRONT REGISTER PERSON MULTI TASK. It's not rude to pop over and get the To Go order while the customer is deciding or paying. What is rude is causing someone to wait 10-15 minutes for their order while it's right in front of them! The night staff is the very definition of "I gave up in life". Move faster......................
Why have an online web site for placeing an order advertise that when you order online you get discounts. Online my ordet was $27.99 over the phone $47.99 . the online lets you get to check out see your savings put in card info .And then nothing it wont go thru cause it wants an email address . the app ør online will not let you enter that info to complete payment.
What a waste of my time and probable yours.
