Had so much fun with the mini golf ⛳️ although it was really hot outside. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. It’s a fun place to go with the kiddos, they have some arcade games and all kind things you can try out. Enjoy

We brought our three grandkids to this fun place yesterday. They had a great time especially riding the Go Karts. We also did the mini golf and played in the arcade. There is no entrance fees, one just pays for the different games.
A couple of the games in the arcade didn’t work well but that didn’t spoil the fun.
The staff was very helpful and all in all we had a great experience. Will be back again!

I have so many great memories of this place throughout the years! School field trips, dates, family outings and play dates! I think it's a fun place but it definitely needs a major update, as it still looks the same way it did 30 years ago when I first came to this place! Some of the mechanical holes don't even work anymore, so that's a bit disappointing. It is a great place for the memories of many, but if I were a visitor coming here for the first time, I wouldn't think too highly of this place unfortunately. I'll keep coming back I'm sure, maybe some day with my grandkids! I just hope it never closes!

Planned and had a birthday here. The packages are decent and affordable for what they offer with them. The staff is friendly and helpful and willing to answer any and all questions.  The reason for 4 stars is the games don't give the tickets shown on the screen and the ticket counters tend to only have 1 running at a time. Other than that I would recommend this place for a fun afternoon with the family for big and small kids. They often have package specials for families to get the best bang for your buck and it's just nostalgic.

The golf was great. However, it took them over a hour for them to get our food cooked. We were the only ones in line. When it finally did come out it was all cold. All we ordered were 2 hot dogs, chilli cheese dog, cheese fries, and chilli cheese fries. We ended up playing in the arcade to pass time. Half the games were out of order. Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

The employees do not care if you’re order is wrong. They just force another option on you. They don’t bag things.  They hand you a sack and have you get it yourself. So I paid $35 for pizza I have to cook, drinks I had to get out of the cooler while holding the rest of my order and bread that wasn’t correct even tho they had hours to make.

Showed up at 3:00 pm on sunday dec 10 to order a pizza and they refused to make me a pizza the manager told me they closing early because they didnt want to miss the game now thats what I call bad business practice I will never visit this location again the manager should be fired

Stopped in and bought a chicken herb mediterranean pizza and mediterranean salad. I ate part of the salad and three pieces of the pizza and it made me sick. My girlfriend only ate the pizza and got sick. Thought it might have been the pizza so I ate the salad later and got sick again. Called and talked to the manager to inform him. Was just informing them so that nobody else would. As a business owner I know if someone has a problem that it should be corrected and at the least an apology given. But I guess a "Thanks for telling us", in a melancholy voice is sufficient. Won't say I won't eat Papa Murphy's again but not from this location.

A great option for all, they will take EBT. Almost always have good deals. Very good pizzas 🍕.  Feeds tons of kiddos on cheap if needed.

This store is noticeably under staffed yet they still meet their  demands (orders). And always the highest quality of food and service. So please be patient, kind and please do tip. They deserve it.... Thank you guys so much for all you do for your community...

The Honey Baked Ham Company

I will say that the individual ingredients are good, but they are grossly imbalanced. I came in wanting a ham and cheddar sandwich. They do not have a ham and cheddar sandwich. They have ham and cheddar biscuits.

For $10 you get 3 biscuits that have a very faint allusion of ham and cheese. I would say the flavor profile is 95% garlic biscuit, 4% ham, 1% cheese. So, $10 for 3 biscuits. Why would you not have HAM, the titular hero of your store, not be the hero of your food?

It's not bad food, bad it is expensive and confusing.

What can I say...It's a honey baked ham and the cut is perfect. The glazing is a masterpiece in itself. The service is always with a smile and it's a great experience. You just have to be willing to spend a little more. That's just being honest.

😍 Delicious deli sandwhich. I was already making audible noises while biting into my honey turkey w/bacon combo when I began to taste the fresh cut onions. I was impressed and felt like it was well worth the $8. Will return.

A might bit on the pricey side, but I had a $100 gift card from work, so it paid for all but about $45 of the Christmas meal. It was absolutely delicious!!! Thank you ECA for the gift card!!

I had the absolute worst service. I was supposed to do curb side pick up, it wasn’t available. I waited over 45 min to pick up my prepaid ham because nobody was working for over 15 min. Honey baked ham may be good, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

$5 pizza but can’t change a sauce ?? Crazy !!
If you don’t like red sauce then can’t substitute for a white sauce!! What a crock !
I could understand if they were busy but not a single person was there except for the one worker who apparently is lazy and didn’t want to do anything. I’ll never go back.
The Blue Springs location was better and helpful and listened to their customers.

I've never had a bad experience with Papa Murphy's and I always get exceptional service no matter which Independence location I go to. Consistency is key and Papa Murphys has that in spades.

I love that Thai Chicken pizza. The thin crust you guys put out is so crunchy and delectable, it ought to be illegal.

It is nice to pick up on the way home after ordering online.  Great tasting.

Good, fast & friendly service. Good place to pick your pizza and take it home and bake it hot yourself!

The Big Biscuit

Staff attentive , friendly and knowledgeable. Sat at the counter- the counter multi- color hides a lot of things that should be cleaned off.

Our food was okay but not as ordered.
Bacon came out perfect
Eggs were supposed to be cooked dry - they were not. The Waffle was supposed to be cooked longer so it was crisp. It was not cooked longer.

Food being wrong is a multi- fail
1. Was it not enter right?
2. Was it not cooked right even though it was entered right?
3. The person who picks it up and delivers it is commonly responsible to check for accuracy of the order.

This is a very nice breakfast/ lunch restaurant. We were about an hour before close, so pretty much slowed down.

Very nice staff and service.

I had a burger and fries. They were both excellent.

Wifey had a chicken cutlet with breakfast potatoes, gravy on the side.  The chicken was beat and tender in the breading and very tasty.

Highly recommended. Only reason we've not made it sooner is we're not morning people. The extra half hour, open to 2:30, was good for our schedule today.

Our waitress Selena was absolutely amazing...service was great..wait time was short even though they were packed..and food was beyond good!! Our first time was awesome..will be coming back!

I had the Haymaker and my wife had the Mayberry. As usual, the food was hot and delicious, and those were the best chicken strips I've had in a LONG time! Highly recommend for good service and quality of food!

Staff is very young but professional and polite. Pizza is made right in front of you so you can ask for more or less of something. They even have cookie dough. Building is kind of hidden but Google makes it easy to find.

Fr best papa Murphy's that exists. Always great service, like stand out staff.  Food is always better than i expect. N i expect it good. Just had to update my review to shootout to a place that has been good to me as long as i can remember. U guys rock. The pizza is better than any chain, all around great.

Ok so I'll be honest, I was a little frustrated after my order. I had a few drinks and didn't realize that it was a "bake it yourself" establishment (yes, I realize it's in the name now lol).

Kids were hungry and we didn't want to cancel so we said "screw it, let's try it." Y'all.... This pizza is INSANELY GOOD. We for 3 separate pizzas and followed the baking directions they give to a "T." It came out PERFECT in 15 minutes. Kids loved it, parents loved it. I've been to New York and Chicago and had pizza in both and this definitely rivals it. Their secret is that you cook it how you like it. Prefer it a little crunchy? Easy. Want it a little more "doughy?" Easy. 10/10. I couldn't be happier.

No one making pizzas!!! Could not keep up with orders, online or walk-ins. Ordered online for pick up at a later time and still had a 45 min additional wait. At one point there was 25 customers. Phone ringing non stop. They were disorganized to the point the manager was doing a “pizza roll call” and a “receipt roll call.”

Pizza was great and the employees are always very friendly and willing to help and suggest other ideas.

Great breakfast spot. This place does not skimp on the servings! The wait staff is pleasant and ready to help.

On our road trip, my wife and I discovered The Big  Buscuit.  What a find!!!  We split the Meat Omlett and an extra biscuit.  The omlett was huge.  3 hand  cracked egg, you can tell the difference between hand cracked and the liquid egg mixture.  The Omlett was filled beyond the eggs with bacon, ham, sausage, and cheese.  The eggs csme with cottage potatoes that were perfect!  The biscuits are very large, fluffy and ohnso tasty.  The server was so very helpful and attentive.   What a wonderful place to have an exceptional breakfast.

LOVE this place!! It's so hard to get in sometimes because the building is smaller than the amount of people who want to eat here. If you can get a table, grab it!!

Not bad, our waitress was really good. The food was above average but we like a few other joints in the area a little more. (Boozy coffee always earns an extra star!) ;)

The food and service were great. Big portions. The bowl of grits was creamy and hot. The eggs were perfect with amazing sauce over them. We are new to the area and will be back.

Red Lobster

We visited this establishment and waited, and waited and waited for someone to come greet us and seat us at the hostess desk. The restaurant was empty except for one couple who left while we were standing waiting to be seated. I finally had to step around the wall and ask them if there was someone who could come and seat us.

Once we were seated our server Kelly came over and completely turned the experience around for us. She was very accommodating, took our order efficiently and quickly got our food out to us.

We had the Endless Shrimp and it was delicious. Everything was freshly prepared and hot. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were fresh and very good as well as our sides. We really enjoyed Kelly's smile and welcoming demeanor. She was awesome!!! Her service completely changed and made our experience at this restaurant so much better.

If you visit this location I would recommend requesting her. She is phenomenal at what she does. She's very down to earth and easy to talk to.

Food was delicious! Server was friendly and did a nice job. Nice, safe area. Wheelchair accessible. We were there for lunch. There were six of us and we spent $150 not including tip. Meals are easily $25 each.

I got the Shrimp your way and lobster bisque. I ordered online and the food portions where child size portions. When dining in you definitely receive more food. I’m disappointed because I expected more. I am a fan of Red Lobster but I don’t recommend ordering online it’s a waste of money.

Bader was our waiter and he was AMAZING! Very friendly, upbeat and made our first time at red lobster amazing! Definitely request Bader if you visit the Lee's Summit Red Lobster!

Placed curbside order and was told food would be ready in 30 minutes.  Food came out 45 minutes after the promised time and the order was incorrect.  Total time spent in the parking lot 56 minutes. Even after the restaurant corrected the order I got home and had a baked potato instead of mashed. To top it all off  the sour cream for the wrong potato was 24 days expired. Please do not dine here... complete waste of an evening and money!!

I have been there twice with my dad and have had very good experiences. Cindy was super funny and friendly each time. We have ordered two family pizzas each time, and each time have had fantastic meals. Can't really beat their prices for how large the pizza is that you get.

Also these reviews complaining about the pizza being raw are funny to me, it's like they have never seen a papa murphy's ad, or read any of the signage, or even the name on their google maps listing. The whole point is that you get cheap but fantastic pizza at the downside of having to put it in your oven for 20 minutes. If that's a deal breaker, go to Dominoes.

If I could give it 6 stars for a rating I would. The store manager was working alone when my son and I came in for the Halloween shape pizzas.

She was overly helpful and very friendly. She had been short staffed and had to work all day. It was a great experience.

We were laughing and talking about the different pizzas. I would definitely recommend going to the Papa Murphys in Lee's Summit just off 50hwy.

Great pizza take and bake! Yummy. 12 dollars Tuesday for large. 5 dollars Friday pizza 🍕 Quick easy and kids fed or if you're like me 4 meals and cheap food week. 😋

Came in here with my sister a few minutes before closing to order 2 pizzas. Girl with purple hair that was working here had a MAJOR attitude and did not seem very friendly. She clearly was not happy that we were there. This was my first time here, and if this is the kind of experience I have to look forward to at a Papa Murphys, then it will most definitely be the last time. If you hate your job THAT much, then I suggest searching for a different one. If you want to gain my business, FRIENDLINESS is key. I would’ve rather gone to a Papa John’s or Dominoes.

I guess this was just poor knowledge on my part but I had called to place an order over the phone. I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes so I assumed that meant it would be cooked. When I got there nothing was made. I then waited another 20 minutes to be handed cold food? I didn’t know that the place only served cold food. I then asked for a refund after paying cash after I was under the assumption that the food would be cooked. I guess they also don’t do refunds without a manager.

Hooters

My family and I visited this location approximately 5pm on a Friday evening. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was cold and we weren’t seated next to a window. Our order was taken fairly quickly which was great, but the menu didn’t have any prices which was quite confusing. The food and drinks were brought to our table but only half the order, the other half had to be prepared again because it was said to have been cold. (Which we appreciated the honesty). After getting all of our food to the table we noticed our plates were wet and also had ranch on them which we had none of at our table by the way. The food was still cold. My wife did not eat nor did my son. I did thought the shrimp and wings were good just needed more sauce and heated up. I ended up taking my wife to a competitor to eat. Bad experience but the food was decent I probably just wouldn’t come back to this location. Maybe I’ll order take out in the future but not here. Overall Bad service.

Stopped by there on NYE to just grab a drink. I really think someone from corporate needs to check this place out. The environment was questionable at best. Dirty, run down and employees seem defeated. Also, what happened to the typical shorts and tank top uniform? Very sloppy and not what I expected for my first visit to Hooters. The girls need to  at least wear underwear, not thongs. They also were not excited to see us walk in even though the place was not busy at all. They tried to convince us to turn around and leave even though we got there at 9:15 pm and just wanted a drink. I don’t think we will come back and it makes me not want to go to any other ones!

If I could leave an even lower star rating, I absolutely would. We walked in 5 pm and  were seated, took around 30 minutes to order It is currently 710 and we are still sitting here. Around 30 minutes ago we asked to speak to manager when we noticed that there was multiple people that got here Way after us that had Already left. It took the manager around 20 To get to us And the waitress had to Tell her to come talk to us. The food ended up being free, but we still have not received it nonetheless. We didn’t even get that much food and it’s not even Busier than it would be on a normal day. The waitress said that the cooks yelled at her whenever she brung it up to them that we were waiting a long time.

Edit: manager mentioned above was fired, still probably will not try again for a while

1st, it was not busy. So why was the service so bad? i just dont know. Our waitress didn't listen and got some of the orders at the table wrong, including no celery for my blue cheese. She didn't refill our drinks until we were almost done. I hadn't had hooters in a long time and was super excited.  The best thing I can say about the wings was that the temperature was good.  They had no flavor.  Extremely disappointed !

Hooters has the best wings (obviously). My family loves to eat here. We suggest spicy garlic (dads favorite),BBQ, cajun, honey chipotle, and Texas BBQ.

Ps if you get spicy garlic get extra, take them home and cook them in the air fryer the next day. They are even better the 2nd time!!

We highly suggest this Hooters location!
