Hooters

My family and I visited this location approximately 5pm on a Friday evening. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was cold and we weren’t seated next to a window. Our order was taken fairly quickly which was great, but the menu didn’t have any prices which was quite confusing. The food and drinks were brought to our table but only half the order, the other half had to be prepared again because it was said to have been cold. (Which we appreciated the honesty). After getting all of our food to the table we noticed our plates were wet and also had ranch on them which we had none of at our table by the way. The food was still cold. My wife did not eat nor did my son. I did thought the shrimp and wings were good just needed more sauce and heated up. I ended up taking my wife to a competitor to eat. Bad experience but the food was decent I probably just wouldn’t come back to this location. Maybe I’ll order take out in the future but not here. Overall Bad service.

Stopped by there on NYE to just grab a drink. I really think someone from corporate needs to check this place out. The environment was questionable at best. Dirty, run down and employees seem defeated. Also, what happened to the typical shorts and tank top uniform? Very sloppy and not what I expected for my first visit to Hooters. The girls need to at least wear underwear, not thongs. They also were not excited to see us walk in even though the place was not busy at all. They tried to convince us to turn around and leave even though we got there at 9:15 pm and just wanted a drink. I don’t think we will come back and it makes me not want to go to any other ones!

If I could leave an even lower star rating, I absolutely would. We walked in 5 pm and were seated, took around 30 minutes to order It is currently 710 and we are still sitting here. Around 30 minutes ago we asked to speak to manager when we noticed that there was multiple people that got here Way after us that had Already left. It took the manager around 20 To get to us And the waitress had to Tell her to come talk to us. The food ended up being free, but we still have not received it nonetheless. We didn’t even get that much food and it’s not even Busier than it would be on a normal day. The waitress said that the cooks yelled at her whenever she brung it up to them that we were waiting a long time. Edit: manager mentioned above was fired, still probably will not try again for a while

1st, it was not busy. So why was the service so bad? i just dont know. Our waitress didn't listen and got some of the orders at the table wrong, including no celery for my blue cheese. She didn't refill our drinks until we were almost done. I hadn't had hooters in a long time and was super excited. The best thing I can say about the wings was that the temperature was good. They had no flavor. Extremely disappointed !

Hooters has the best wings (obviously). My family loves to eat here. We suggest spicy garlic (dads favorite),BBQ, cajun, honey chipotle, and Texas BBQ. Ps if you get spicy garlic get extra, take them home and cook them in the air fryer the next day. They are even better the 2nd time!! We highly suggest this Hooters location!
