I have worked with Esther Mendoza twice now. Once to purchase and once to sell a home. She has been great to work with, she made good suggestions to make the house more sellable. she gave honest opinions of the houses we looked at to purchase and did not try to push my to purchase a house I didn't want.

We unfortunately had a buyer back out last minute when selling but she was able to turn the situation around and find a new buyer quickly while maintaining a fair selling price.

Mark Douglass was assigned as my realtor through the Navy Federal RealtyPlus program. We had worked through this process no more than 2 months at most. As a service member, I thought he had my best interest at heart as a fellow veteran but I was misled through the entire process as a first time homeowner. He seemed more interested in making a “quick” sale.

First, he did not help me to understand during the initial process of buying a house and used real-estate jargon which he barely explained. While he did make attempts to view multiple properties during my “search” phase, he seemed to be impatient with my methodical approach when I had questions. He took a “I know best” approach and often devalue any concerns that were presented.

Second, during the inspection/pre-closing process while he was communicating with the Seller he was recorded (mind you, he sent the video to me) bad-mouthing me as my representative. I was uncertain about purchasing the property that was not listed “as-is” but the seller refused to make repairs on some areas of the house that were identified during a formal inspection. This made me apprehensive about whether he cared to see to my interests or if he was working with the buyer to exploit me.

Lastly, due to the aforementioned situation Mark was relieved as my real estate agent and I was assigned a temporary stand-in. The temporary did not do a walk around of the property prior to showing me before closing. The house was a complete mess and I would have walked away but as a service member with a report date it was too close to back out (fear of not having a place for my family to live). There was feces in the guest toilet, trash thrown about some of the rooms, and dead bugs all throughout the house all of which was addressed at closing but no one answered for. For the record, I was unable to visit the home due to military deployment and therefore I placed a lot of trust in this real estate firm.

The entire firm took a complete hands off approach and did not attempt to facilitate any additional support. I am now having to work retroactively to figure things out and the previous owners are unreachable to discuss amenities/utilities. Larry Miller himself stepped in prior to closing but provided no help and he seemed to be more interested in protecting his subordinate agent instead of rectifying the loss of trust/confidence and maintaining a professional workplace.

I would NOT recommend their business/organization to veteran or civilian. I am very disappointed as a first time homebuyer.

Century 21 was wonderful to work with. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. They all answered my questions fully and ensured there weren’t any misunderstandings. I would recommend anyone in the office to work with again.

I have found this to be a great real estate office. I have gotten to know a few of their employees and realtor associates. Very friendly and helpful people. No pushy sales or pressure. If you are selling or buying this is an excellent choice, especially in the Foothills area.

Best real estate company!  Knowledgeable brokers and friendly, warm agents.

The whole rental process is crazy, you find something you want, then pay a fee for app. Then wait for approval, then one want is on hold by someone else. Then you find another online and by another agency and start over. This agency only had one rental left on their list.  Too large. Was willing to pay extra deposit. And year up front cause closing on my house. But they had no rentals to choose from. Now starting again with another agency. Crazy.

I was a first time home buyer and decided to go with Karen Thomas as my realtor. I really can't recommend her enough. She was incredibly helpful in finding detailed information about homes from the sellers and/or their agents. I visited four separate homes before finding the one I liked. She was patient throughout the entire process and not pushy at all, despite there being a shortage of homes in my price range and having to take a few months to find the right home. Importantly, she was very helpful giving me context of what was expected in the area as far as home buyer/seller culture is here, as well as what were reasonable offers to make to sellers. I was expecting the process of buying a home to be far more difficult and time consuming than it actually was. I would recommend getting preapproved for a mortgage first though to speed everything up and to let realtors know you're serious about purchasing a home. I went through Southern Mortgage right down the street and had a great experience there too.

Rachel helped us buy our dream home, all from another state. We couldn’t have been more fortunate than to have her as our realtor. As a first time home buyer she made this experience so easy and put us in touch with some of her local contacts that made this a seamless process.

Excellent company! Century 21 Price Right has been managing my properties for a number of months and I couldn't be happier. The entire team have been very professional and thorough. Their follow up is great, they promptly respond and answer my questions, and are pleasant and friendly to work with. I have used other Management companies in the LC valley and some leave a lot to be desired...Not Century 21 Price Right. They are definitely one of the best if not the best. I highly recommend their services.

Sandy DuFrane was very unprofessional over the phone. When presenting information that confirmed a pre-approval and asking to see a house, she laughed at the situation and said it was impossible and hung up. We were prepared for an explanation or ready for her to setup a later date, but not what we got!

Absolutely love this rental company! We have been in our place for 5 years and just bought a house and so we are moving out. Over the last 5 years, Tami and the team have always been incredibly responsive whenever we have had issues, they communicate efficiently, and have done a great job managing our place. I have rented from RMHL twice now going on my 3rd lease. I have been so impressed with how quickly they respond to phone calls and emails. I’ve never had to leave a message. Each time I have put in a maintenance request, I have been contacted by both Tami and the maintenance crew to set up a time to get the issue resolved. A couple times I was late on my rent by a day or two, and Tami kindly emailed to remind me. Lastly, I had some special requests (putting a peep hole in my door). It felt like a petty thing to ask for, but it would put me at ease making me feel safer living alone. I emailed Tami to ask and she went above and beyond and made it happen. It was so appreciated. I will continue renting from Remax Home and Land until I’m ready to buy my first house. And even then, I’ll probably stick with them. They are very professional, quick, and trustworthy.

I am the owner of the home that has been rented and managed by Tami for over four years now. I’ve been very pleased with her work and the work of her team most of the time. They respond to any of the tenants’ (or my) requests immediately, send maintenance workers quickly and are on any problems to fix them right away.
