I have worked with Esther Mendoza twice now. Once to purchase and once to sell a home. She has been great to work with, she made good suggestions to make the house more sellable. she gave honest opinions of the houses we looked at to purchase and did not try to push my to purchase a house I didn't want. We unfortunately had a buyer back out last minute when selling but she was able to turn the situation around and find a new buyer quickly while maintaining a fair selling price. I would recommend her to any person looking to to buy or sell in the Winnemucca area.
