The company has a nice feature with sending a picture of the tech that will be arriving to complete the work.  They completed the work in a timely manner and gave a complete breakdown of everything they did.  Well priced also.  After retiring from spending 20+ years in the trades, I would recommend All American Home to anyone.

I've used All American for the purchase and installation of a multi head heat pump, the decommissioning of a Toyo stove and related oil tank removal, and to bail me out (thank you Tim) when my kitchen sink water valve leaked after I installed a dishwasher.  Most recently Matt did a great job installing eight angle stops to my water valves to reduce the likelihood of future water leaks.  All American does great work and is reliable, courteous and is up front  and honest about the cost of services. I recommend them for any home services that they will perform.

We've been getting our furnace serviced annually from All American and they've been great. Very easy to communicate with and responsive to setting up appointments (half the battle in Juneau). Honestly, the communication with in-office staff (Tia), their dispatchers, and their service staff (Joe) is worth 5 stars. Once here, Joe was super helpful and professional. We've really enjoyed getting our annual maintenance from them and will continue to use them.

Quality service and customer engagement. Today we had Joseph and Jimmy out for some annual maintenance and discovered issues with my boiler’s fuel intake. They checked it out and tested every option possible to avoid expensive repairs, and while the solution still had unexpected costs, they were able to narrow down the solution. As a result, they finished the maintenance, installed a new part, and everything was settled without a second appointment before they left. Super courteous and patient with my questions.

Joseph ROCKED!!!!! He explained everything he was doing. He dealt very well with annoying dogs. He also was super friendly, efficient, & just amazing.

I've always had good service w/ All American & Joseph went above & beyond the usual excellent customer service I have experienced with All American.

Klebs Mechanical

This is my first time using KLEBS Mechanical and they did a great job! I called them for a boiler problem (heat issues), their technician determined it wasn’t my boiler but due to wiring, it was a broken water heater. I was the last call of the day, so they showed up the next day to replace the water heater. They showed up on time, were respectful of my home, clean and thorough. John and John were hardworking and kind, even called me ma’am! My hot water works great; I really appreciate the exceptional service KLEBS.

My plumbing/heating repairman retired so I needed to find a business to repair a heating problem. I talked to several people and researched a number of businesses online. KLEBS came up with positive reviews a number of times from talking with others and from online reviews. There was also a number of businesses to avoid! I chose KLEBS and Larry was sent to address my heating problem. Larry arrived on time which was appreciated. He was very friendly, fixed my problem in one visit, and offered valuable tips for my heating system. My heating system is working fine and the cost for parts and labor was reasonable. I will continue to call KLEBS in the future for any heating or plumbing problems.

Brandon Boe and his team at Klebs did a great install of a new garage heater. There was a minor supply issue hiccup but they took care of it and kept my garage from freezing in the lows of winter. Highly recommended!

We recently purchased a complicated home with multiple furnaces, boiler, glycol…Larry went through the house explaining each system and answered our many questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We are confident that Klebs will service all our plumbing and heating needs in the future. The dispatcher, Jessie was friendly and  professional. She understood our needs. She had me send a couple of photos so the plumber would have a better idea of our problem. The plumber communicated well letting us know when he was in the way. We had a set time and didn’t have to wait all day for the plumber to show up. We are so happy to have called Klebs!

We have done business with Klebs Mechanical for over 25 years. They installed our furnace and gas water heater. They provided quick service to correct out latest issue with an old thermostat.this issue occurred during a cold spell that caused our home temperature to drop to low 50’s. The service was provided by professional repairmen. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

What a refreshing experience to have Anthony and Ua repair my broken tub faucet.  They were prompt,  gave me information, kindness, and most of all great work.  These two guys just made my day.  Will most definitely call you next time I need plumbing services.

We recently had AC issues at home and based on a neighbor’s suggestion, I called Steve’s. Wow - I’m so happy I did. They have such great customer service - you can tell it is the company y culture. The people on the phone and the service techs that came to our house all are super helpful and friendly. We had a service call scheduled and the repairs done.
Jace (the AC tech) and the whole crew were outstanding. And the communication during the whole process was great.

Anthony and  Jesse were unbelievable!  We had a huge challenge with our new home with overgrown roots breaking apart our plumbing system and stopping up our toilets. Yikes!
They came in to survey the situation on Saturday and the very next morning, on a Sunday mind you they fixed everything.  They ran a 50 ft pipe under the driveway and rerouted the entire plumbing system so we never have to worry about plumbing issues again…..what an absolute blessing.  They are fantastic in every way imaginable from being efficient, kind, courteous and most importantly professional which these days is hard to come by.  They deserve a 10 ++++.

We r currently remodeling our home and had questions as to the price and process of installing a mini-split system for AC. Ryan at Steve’s Plumbing was very professional and knowledgeable as he gave us information as to the process, costs & benefits associated with getting a split AC unit installed. Our remodel will begin soon and we will see at what point we can afford to install the units we like. Thank you Ryan and Steve’s Plumbing for being so helpful and professional!
